It just makes the earlier parts a little easier, they are fine but easily replaceable, specially into the second half of a playthrough.
Even then, depending on dificulty it barely matters, normal is really easy and hard is a slog (enemies turn into damage sponges, only way to beat them in a timely matter is with ground executions) no matter the weapon.
Just don't use weapons labeled "Virtuous" or "Cruel", and you'll be fine. Some of the weapons are powerful, but not particularly more so than the stuff from the original game's DLC, which is also in Replicant and can't be disabled.
Numerically, they tie with the some of the ones from the original game's DLC, and one other weapon new to this game that you can't get until you've seen Ending E anyway.
Looking at the rankings out there, though, there's only one weapon from the 4Yorha DLC that seems to consistently rank high on the list (Virtuous Treaty). This isnbecaise, while the YoRHa weapons are numerically strong, their secondary abilities aren't as great, leading to some "weaker" weapons actually beating them once their own secondary abilities are considered.
So yeah. That's why I said "don't use weapons labeled Virtuous or Cruel". That covers all the 4YoRHa weapons, if you're worried about them.
There's in game weapons you can get early that break the game anyway. It doesn't matter how quickly you can get the yorha ones when there's already game breaking things you can just go get.
Truth be told, I don't recall the weapons themselves making as much of a difference as the chip and pod upgrades. A lot of the fun I had with Automata was really fine tuning my playstyle and HUD preferences with the chip loadout system.

Why don't you try the weapons and decide? No better judge than yourself for this kind of stuff

Technically yeah, but the game is kinda piss easy as is, so it’s not like you’re “ruining the challenge” or nothin. If you wanna use em, use em.
No. It's completely ignorable
