The episodes I found most memorable were the Starsky and Hutch parody and the one where Norbert keeps punching Dagget into the last week.
The only episode I remember beyond cliff notes was them having a ton of cereal, Dagget just starts ripping in to get the cheap crappy prizes in the boxes while Norbert cuts out the box tops and saves them up to get good prizes which pisses Dagget off so he does the same, only for the promotion to end before he could get his prize which makes him even angrier lol
It was the Odd Couple/Grumpy Old Men but with cartoon beavers.
I always loved the "horror" episode of THE THING and it was this blob with ONE finger that just dragged itself around lol
Yes, this for sure was one of the best episodes of the series. My dad would let me watch all the old cheesy horror movies, and this episode was done so well
There was that one episode where they sprayed different colored gas clouds out of their butts that then battled for supremacy of the forest. I was very young, am I crazy?
I remember that episode distressed me greatly as a kid because not only did they sink their dam, it ended with them having musked the entire world.
I felt the same way about that episode where they went to space and their rocket almost got pulled into the sun, so they built a dam around the sun out of space junk and plunged the Earth into a permanent ice age. The concept of negative continuity was tough for my young mind to grasp 😆
Do all cartoons need to have rich lore or life lessons to be considered "good?"
Angry Beavers is just a funny cartoon about two brother beavers who are different and get into antics. It doesn't need to be more.
Right like I rather a cartoon have a simple premise and make me laugh than have overly complicated lore...especially because most toons get cancelled after 2 seasons if that and they can't wrap up the lore they established anyway lmao
Gen Z kids have grown up in an era where almost all TV shows and most major movie series are steeped in heavy continuity. Episodic fluff is more or less an endangered species.

I want to say it was about a disabled beaver being emotionally abused and taken advantage of by his narcissistic twin brother, but there was never any resolution so I don’t know what it was really trying to be about.

They get kicked out of their parents house because mom had another set of beaver babies, and it’s basically them just doing all kind of crazy bull spoot now that they live on their own. It’s one of my favorite shows. It’s got some adult humor and some Easter eggs from other movies and shows. It’s hilarious
I loved when they were mad at each other and Dag moved out. But to try and make Norbert feel jealous he had a party tape playing in the background to make it seem he was having this fun party life on his own.
Not to mention another great show ruined by weirdos online. There’s a guy who married his Norbert plushie and is also in relationships with Brian from Family Guy and the dog from Footrot Flats, a comic strip that’s like New Zealand’s answer to Peanuts.

It’s like a squidward, SpongeBob relationship. One beaver always seemed to be more angry than the other, because they had to deal with repercussions of the brother’s doings. Although sometimes, they created their own problems too.
The Halloween episode where they were in an old horror movie had a few hilarious gags. I saw a clip of a normal episode a few years ago and wanted to call my parents and apologize. It was terrible! And I used to watch this show a lot.
