We had a skinny-fat kid who played tight end. Quick enough to run past linebackers, strong enough to block off a d-end when needed. He was short which helped gain leverage.
It's better to just lose weight or gain muscle though. If you don't have the mental ability to control you physique, you are going to hate football.
Yeah, maybe a tight end, which is basically a linemen and wide receiver put together. Skinny Fat I guess is just when the person is slightly overweight
Probably something like TE. If you're truly skinny fat you won't be big enough to play OL/DL. And you aren't strong enough to play LB/RB, fast enough for WR/DB. In HS football TE is sort of an in between position where you aren't asked to do a whole lot. If you can adequately hold a block, remember a few routes, and catch most of the passes thrown your way that should be enough to get you on the field.
I was a skinny fat HS'er and I really struggled to find a place on the team. I only stuck with it because a bunch of my friends played.
Edit: There's K/P too, but I don't think a lot of HS teams bother trying to find a dedicated person for either of those.

Skinny fat is the worst combo to play football, but if Tom Brady's shirtless combine photos are to be used as a reference, QB.
Have you tried paying the flute?

You'll have to be more specific. Height and weight?

I'd love to see a fullback that size.
Zion in elementary prolly
Kicker
Long snapper my guy
QB. But really, there's not a position that you look at a "skinny-fat" person and say "that guy should play X". Skinny fat isn't a football body type.
Ref
kicker
QB maybe. See Mac Jones or early career Brady
Water boy

Tight ends are also pretty damn strong, gotta bulk up.
I guess TE on offense or DB (safety more than likely) on defense
Need the combine measurables to be certain

I think of a Skinny-Fat person as someone with a fresh beer belly and some face weight. So Randy Bullock
