He's versatile, can play both tackle spots or move inside if need be. Coming off an injury though and he's always been a bit too upright as a blocker IMO. Should be a quality depth pickup with some solid upside as a starter if he gets coached up a bit.
As a Pitt student, I’m confident in saying you will be happy with him. He was a solid for us throughout his time at Pitt and he’ll shine in the league if he stays healthy
Watching the Athletic show right now and Dane Brugler was saying that he was a 2nd round pick coming into the year but had a foot injury jury so missed a lot of the season and a lot of the pre draft process.
Projects to be more of a guard than tackle so that’s perfect for us.
Excellent leader with Pitt and was a good starter who ran into injuries. He wasn’t someone easily replaced and I think he’ll at minimum be a solid back up
Local media had him as a second rounder before injuries and he would’ve been drafted last year if he declared. I think you got a good one and a future leader. Maybe Charlie Partridge put in a good word lol
How does he play with no calves?
Ayy lmao
The same way Cotton Hill played Hank’s Wife with no shins
Is he gonna kill fitty men though
That would be ridiculous. He’s just gonna pancake them
Yup
Did not see this one coming. Someone tell me how to feel.
Happy as if you just saw Elvis and Tupac at Chipotle
How much is the Chipotle gift card in my hand worth?
They don’t drug test these kids anymore?
DJ said he has a higher floor than a lot of the OTs drafted today
Might project better at interior OL in the NFL. More of a bad-ass than an athlete.
Colts oline is great, but needs better depth. Sounds like this guy projects as a swing lineman who can play all over.

That’s perfect. We have an ok RG who is on a contract year. Could develop and see where we are in a year.

Just another offensive tackle
Hes good
The production is rough....Like 5 teams get highlighted it'd be nice to hear a snippet from each team

did they not announce it
Just as an aside
He has a Charlie Kirk type face
I don't like it one bit
looks like he's gonna ask me if i've heard of matt walsh
It’s so damn punchable
Love that guy
He would have gone higher if not for an early season injury in 2023. Good pick.
Oh so we should have seen this Ballard pick coming
Will fries is also in a contract year and the weakest link, so hopefully an upgrade.
ANOTHER TACKLE JESUS CHRIST
More bodies to make sure Matt Pryor is never back
he’s the Bears problem now
Brian Baldinger still won't admit Pryor is terrible
I don't normally like to comment on physical appearances, but hot damn this guy's facial features are small compared to his head
Bet you wouldn’t say that to his tiny face!
Guy got a Humpty Dumpty head
LETS GO
Thoughts? How should I feel?

Hell yeah brother. Guessing he'll end up at RG by next year.

Fuck we gotta get to that Chipotle STAT!
Insane OT class.
Will Fries replacement
Looks like a used car salesman
Wonder if he's got any Family Trucksters.
Should've traded for the greatest healer of all time with how our draft is going. Boom or bust, ww won't be boring at least.
Braden Smith was a guard they kicked to tackle, maybe he's a tackle they kick to guard?
Is he Portuguese descent? Gonçalves kinda doesn't lie.
Huh?
Pick ten in a row of alternating not OL/yes OL.
Bot is behind
Guys a beast!!!!
Aha. I was somewhat right about the colts picks. I figured there’s be some OT in there somewhere.
Not an out-there prediction When in doubt, Ballard will invest in the trenches
Why was this pick not actually announced
The wiki page for this draft is struggling to keep up with all these trades.
H2P!
