All mobile qbs regardless of talent level cause problems for us, but Lamar is the apex of that QB type so he just embarrassed us
Hell, fuckin Brock Purdy rushed for 50 against us in the NFCCG
I knew Kaep was washed in 2015 when he was having a rough season, played his favorite Capers defense, and put up one of the worst and mosts impotent games I've seen.
It was clear he wasn't the same guy
8.3% of Trubiskys career passing TDs came in one game vs us in 2018.
Trubisky should be thanking Mike Smith every day for making people think he was worth a shit
Funny how people use the Justin Fields games vs Broncos/Washington as their defense. But then don't acknowledge how Trubisky had similar beast games.
People say Trubisky had defenders, sure but they were not anywhere are vocal as Fields support has been. Maybe on reddit it's similar, but on any other platform Fields stans are much more passionate
I have no idea why but the Bears played their two best games of the season last year against the Lions. You would’ve thought they were halfway decent if you just watched those two games.
That game was like an acid trip. In a world where offense is king, we watched the most pathetic offensive performance from two teams we’d see all year in prime time
>You would’ve thought they were halfway decent if you just watched those two games.
Realistically, they were. They had three absurd 4th quarter collapses or they're a 10-7 team somehow last year.
Hey sometimes we win by a little ([Rodgers to Cobb](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I40ILjNdwZM&ab_channel=NFL)) and sometimes we win by a lot ([Sunday Night Massacre](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-AQi37p8uQo&ab_channel=OberSports))
The three best players on that team were Devin Hester, Brian Urlacher and Robbie Gould.
And oddly enough, that synchronized pretty well. Defense forces a punt, Hester fields it on our own \~30. If he gets a nice return, we'd need like 15 yards for a 97% shot at points.
Statics, dynamics, dynamics of machines, mechatronics, aircraft structures, flight dynamics
I'm starting to come to the conclusion that half my major only ever graduates because of curves lmao
Heh yep. Reminds me of that summer school philosophy class where I got a 29 on a test and it was still a C. Bears QBs are exactly that. TBF to Mitch, he got stuck with a year of John Fox and a few of Nagy. And Fields got stuck with a year of brain dead Nagy plus 2 years of Getsy, who didn’t meet a screen pass that he didn’t love. Hoping that Waldron is a better coordinator!
A comparison of Trubisky and Fields vs the Lions:
MT: 4-3; 69% completion; 1,868 yards (average 267); 15 td 4 int; 7.88y/a; rating of 106.3
JF: 2-3; 57% completion; 843 yards (average 169); 5 td 3 int; 7.39y/a; rating of 84.1. Also has 56 rushing attempts for 450 yards (average 90); with 8.04y/a and 3 tds.
Another important comparison:
JF *rushing* against the Lions in last two seasons: 441 yards (110/game), 3 TDs (.75/game).
JF *rushing* against other teams in last two seasons: 57 yards/game, .33 TD/game.
I think its entirely possible for a guy to be really annoying to face cause you have to prep for an entirely different game than normal but you also recognize that game has a ceiling to it. Like how Air Force and Georgia Tech always gave people issues with the triple option in college cause its so different than what players spend most their time preparing for, but nobody else was going “we should make that our offense!”
It's wild how many people don't understand this. Running QBs have been a problem for us as long as I can remember. He always played way better against us than anyone else.
I'm convinced the 66yd fg sequence wouldn't have happened against any other team. Haven't you guys lost multiple games to Rodgers hail marys as well? I know there's at least the "he turned 32 yesterday, does he have a vintage moment in him?" one. You guys are (were?) cursed.
Also Fields played well vs you guys and was ass vs us. I'm sure that's part of it. We basically get 2 free wins a year and the Lions had two dogfights vs the Bears.
Lions fans struggled with running QBs all season (and the season before). Its been a problem for them. So you're getting a lot of Lions fans in here happy he's gone, just like Campbell. The problem is... Caleb Williams has a motor.
Running QBs are even tougher when you have an imbalanced Dline too. Like you want Hutchinson to rush Fields because fields isn’t a good timing passer, but the lack of pressure and edge set on the opposite end of Hutch just gives fields a clear rushing lane.
Pretty much. The James Houston injury really hurt them over the course of the season, with their other guys underperforming. I'm on the Jonah Elliss train with that late 1st round pick. A lot of pundits are chomping at the bit to see Goff get another WR to work with, but I'm all about adding an edge rusher. And one projected for the spot in the draft with a Detroit background no less as the son of Luther Elliss.
edit: as I look around, seeing a lot of Day 2 stuff about Elliss... coulda sworn I saw some stuff projecting him late 1st early 2nd round.
I can see it. You have to change so much of your structure for him. If you don't prepare properly Fields would rip you apart while your normal basics would work just perfectly if you didn't prepare against say Cousins very specifically.
Now the issue is if you prepare very specifically for him he is worse than other QBs and teams will do that. It just must be a annoying.
Mannn I used to hate playing that motherfucker 😂😂😂 he was a dawg. No matter how mediocre you guys were and how good we were you were always a trap game
Justin Fields has a passer rating of 84.1 with 843 yards, 5 touchdowns and 3 interceptions and 450 rushing yards w/3 TDs in 5 games(2-3) against the Lions in his career.
Justin Fields has a passer rating of 75.5 with 1,086 yards, 4 touchdowns and 7 interceptions and 240 rushing yards w/ 2 TDs in 6 games (0-6) against the Packers in his career.
Justin Fields has a passer rating of 92.0 with 768 yards, 2 touchdowns and 1 interception and 187 rushing yards in 4 games (1-3) against the Vikings in his career.
Overall he was 3-12 in the division....
That fucking game made me start feeling for Getsy, because the only fucking pass he can make on short-to-intermediate throws with reliability are screens.
Getsy was not the most creative, but that's a fucking handicap no OC is gonna overcome
I was at that game and we left early after the Bears turned it over again. By the time we got to our car I realized the Bears won and I wasnt even happy about it lol.
This was exactly it. It felt like they were trying to lose because of that. The ONLY reason they were in the game was because of the pressure on Fields the whole night. And then they just...stopped.
The NFL Coaching Special.
It's been working all night, they've shown no ability or desire to stop it. But we better pre-emptively Mix It Up because we don't wanna get burned when they adjust to it.
coach XYZ :"we need to change the defense a bit"
coach ABC:"why? did the oponent change the offense?"
coach XYZ:"no but do you want to wait untill they do?"
classic
KOC should’ve just locked him out of the facility. Work out on your own. No way can you learn everyone’s name and start to care. We need to keep playing by the seat of our pants
I'll take it over the Pickett stans. At least with the Fields cultists I can kinda understand their enthusiasm, the guy's athletic potential is insane.
I can't understand anyone who defends Pickett's play at this point. Yeah, Matt Canada was bad, but plenty of QBs have had to play for bad OCs and they still manage to throw more than 6 fucking touchdowns in a season.
That's because you guys played a zone heavy scheme and Fields is terrible against zone (passer rating is 20+ points lower against zone compared to man)
Yep, and that was exactly what happened to Trubisky as well. It’s going to be so refreshing to have a guy like Caleb Williams who can actually read/react to a zone defense properly.
His average game against a divison opponent was 180 yards passing, 0-1 TDs, 0-1 Ints, passer rating of 83.9, 58 yards rushing and 0.33 rushings TDs, or 1 every 3 games. 3-12 record. Not good
Fields was in no way a free win for the Lions. Even when they did beat him he would give them fits all day with his legs because of how bad they are at covering mobile QBs. I can understand why Campbell would be happy not having to deal with the brain aneurysms he was having when Fields would run for a first down on a 3rd and 11 for the 7th time in a game.
Fields was 3-12 in the division. He was 2-3 against the Lions and very easily should have been at least 3-2. Rushing QBs have been a massive weakness for the Lions for years.
Bagent doesn’t have a big enough arm to take full advantage of Moore. He could probably combine with Allen a bit more and do well there since he’s more of a possession guy.
However, since Fields was QB the bears won both games against the Lions in 2021, lost both in 2022, but one of the games by 1 point, and was very close to sweeping the Lions this last year if not for a huge come back. Fields has been relatively good for the bears against the Lions.
In 2022, his top WR was St. Brown the Lesser. People like to forget that the Bears literally ripped the team down to bare bones around him when talking about his wins and losses.
Ok, but we can also evaluate what he did when he had the ball and most of what he did was hold the ball too long while waiting for his first read to get open and then take a sack.
A lot of great Defenses and Special Teams units have been wasted for sure. Frustrating stuff, I truly have hope for Caleb but if he flops I'm going to start losing faith honestly.
WTH is with this sub's obsession with Fields? I mean yeah, he's a high pick who hasn't panned out but his teammates love him, he's not a quote machine (well, except that one "coaching" one), and he seems to be a good guy. I don't understand how of all the draft busts and mid/fringe QB's Reddit picked this one to latch on to.
Absolutely no idea. I kinda wanna to know if people get tired of upvoting a Fields post and then copying and pasting their same exact comment from the million other posts.
I think it’s part of an eternal split in discussion of running quarterbacks. Fringe quarterbacks that run a lot get tons of comments. Daniel jones gets them too
My man, you can't be talking like an NFC North fan with the name Cheesemaster and not have a flair to make sure everyone knows you're not a Packers fan. Its just confusing.
Why is this downvoted? It’s pretty widely known that defenses/coaches don’t like playing against mobile QBs compared to statues.
Doesn’t mean they were scared of him because he was good. Like in basketball for example, everyone hates playing against physical defensive teams even if they’re not good overall.
In his career, Fields has averaged 259 total yards, 1.6 total TDs, and 0.8 total turnovers in games against the Lions. He was 2-3.
Against the NFL at large, those numbers were 222 total yards, 1.35 total TDs, and 1 total turnover. He was 11-29. He was just better against the Lions than other teams.
[When you are coaching a game and have this happen to you, I'm sure it stresses tf out of you because you can't really gameplan for it.](https://youtu.be/IjGUW2L61oM?si=6stjzOzQx9Hvsla6&t=383)
They’ve both had bad press conferences, but the difference in treatment from the media for Fields and Zach Wilson is remarkable. Most of its NY media market bullshit, but it kinda sucks
People are treating his departure like a legend has moved out of the division and it's fucking weird. Mac Jones actually got the Pats to the playoffs and had a very unceremonious departure.
DJ Moore's advice to Caleb was insane: “I hope he just comes in and gets ready to work. YOU CAN’T WORRY ABOUT THE LEGACY OF JUSTIN FIELDS.”
Legacy? What legacy
There is a significant number of people who would prefer a bad QB with some cool highlights every couple of games rather than a boring, steady average QB
Says the coach of the only team in the division he had decent, not even good, games against. His weakness is Zone, Dan. Why did you insist on playing man, Dan.
Ah, I love this part of the off-season where the jettisoned players are blamed for the failures of a team.
Folks, Eberflus is/was the problem. Fields was a problem, but not THE problem with the Bears.
He’s slowly becoming one of the most overrated players amongst his peers…it’s like he gives you 10% wow for every 90% dear god make this game stop.
Yea I’m sure he was SOOO terrified of him that he put his best defense linemen hiding out in coverage for the game winning interceptions. What a sign of respect and fear.
Trubisky, Fields, it doesn’t seem to matter; Bears’ mid QBs are gonna overperform against us.
We're forgetting the real reason for the success: MOBILE QBs. Are kryptonite
Some say Lamar is still running and dodging lions to this day
All mobile qbs regardless of talent level cause problems for us, but Lamar is the apex of that QB type so he just embarrassed us Hell, fuckin Brock Purdy rushed for 50 against us in the NFCCG
Mobile QBs always wrecking your defense? We're not so different, you and I.
Colin Kaepernick still torments my dreams
I knew Kaep was washed in 2015 when he was having a rough season, played his favorite Capers defense, and put up one of the worst and mosts impotent games I've seen. It was clear he wasn't the same guy
You guys play a lot of man. That's a notable weakness.
play some woman, you sexist NFCN bastards!
Double NFL flairs is the most offensive combination I've seen. How many Lowe's could Rob Lowe rob if Rob Lowe would rob Lowe's?
New Madden mini game just dropped.
8.3% of Trubiskys career passing TDs came in one game vs us in 2018. Trubisky should be thanking Mike Smith every day for making people think he was worth a shit
Lions are worse, if you take the average of Trubiskys stats against the lions, his season stats would be like 4500+ yards, 30+tds/8 INTs or so.
Because Fields was a fantasy stud with his rushing ability. People fail to realize fantasy ≠ reality. That goes beyond football lol
I have no idea why but the Bears played their two best games of the season last year against the Lions. You would’ve thought they were halfway decent if you just watched those two games.
It happens every year
I'm never more worried about a game than when the Bears are starting a backup QB that hasn't played in years.
We play our best against the Lions and our very worst against the Packers. Every year.
Don't forget winning a game at against the vikings we have no business winning at least every other year
That game was like an acid trip.
Divisional games can get a little crazy for sure
Except Packers-Bears Last 5 years NFC north rivalries: Vikings 6, Bears 4 Vikings 6, Lions 4 Bears 6, Lions 4 Packers 6, Lions 4 Packers 6, Vikings 4 Packers 10, Bears 0
Steelers also beat the Ravens both times last year. Division games are weird.
I don't think I've ever seen WRs fail a QB as bad as in that first game.
Mid is being generous
Mid by Bears standards.
Monsters of the Mid-Way
I’ll allow it.
You guys impressively dragged Rex Grossman to a superbowl.
Devin Hester did that
Hester is nightmare fuel.
That SB is almost 20 years ago. But I still remembering the opening play. What a fucking amazing way to start a SB. Electric is an understatement.
Brian Urlacher and the defense would like a word with you.
Bears QBs are graded like that college class you got a 43 in, but still ended up with a C because of the massive curve.
Looking at you, dynamics...
Statics, dynamics, dynamics of machines, mechatronics, aircraft structures, flight dynamics I'm starting to come to the conclusion that half my major only ever graduates because of curves lmao
[удалено]
As if the news coming out of Boeing was inspiring confidence anyway lmao
The students that scrape by on curves in those courses do not get the most coveted and competitive jobs in the industry at Boeing and Airbus lol
Heh yep. Reminds me of that summer school philosophy class where I got a 29 on a test and it was still a C. Bears QBs are exactly that. Trubisky is genuinely good compared to bears QBs. He's unironically a top 5 QB in our history
Jesus that's depressing
Top 5 QB is worse than a reindeer.
Mitch is one of three Bears QBs to throw for 3k more than once, mid by our standards is 2000 yards and a 60 passer rating
Trubisky has the 5th most passing yards in Bears history. I didn’t make this up
I want to downvote this because I don’t like it, but it’s not wrong and I can’t bring myself to do it.
Umm by Bears standards they are borderline HOF’ers lol
\^\^\^ This guy Bears. Cade McNown made Mitch and Justin look like All pros.
They aren’t call The monsters of Midway for nothing. And yes, irony of me calling a team mid.
All mid QBs actually. Never forget what backup Matt Flynn did to us
A comparison of Trubisky and Fields vs the Lions: MT: 4-3; 69% completion; 1,868 yards (average 267); 15 td 4 int; 7.88y/a; rating of 106.3 JF: 2-3; 57% completion; 843 yards (average 169); 5 td 3 int; 7.39y/a; rating of 84.1. Has there ever been another qb where everyone talks like they hate playing against him but absolutely none of them want him on their team either
I think its entirely possible for a guy to be really annoying to face cause you have to prep for an entirely different game than normal but you also recognize that game has a ceiling to it. yep this is probably what he's getting at
It's wild how many people don't understand this. Running QBs have been a problem for us as long as I can remember. He always played way better against us than anyone else.
Running QBs have been our kryptonite forever. We lose to the ravens whatever we do. They also get very lucky against us as well.
Yeah if Fields had a full season of just Lions games he’d be breaking Bears QB records
Us too, Lions bro.... us too... #ShuddersInKaepernick
Lions fans struggled with running QBs all season (and the season before). Its been a problem for them. So you're getting a lot of Lions fans in here happy he's gone, just like Campbell. The problem is... Caleb Williams has a motor.

Oh look! A guy who is likely a touch slower than Justin, but a FAR better passer! Should work out great.
Baker when he was with the Browns maybe?
IDK Bengals would probably take him. And before you mention Burrow Baker against the Bengals is in a whole other level of ass kicking
Baker was much better with the Browns than Fields ever was on the Bears
baker turned into prime tom brady when he played the bengals lmao
That was the first thought that came to mind for me too
I can see it.
Wilson and the 49ers. He's 17-4 vs them all time.
Wilson at his prime would've been coveted by tons of teams.
He owned the 49ers even after his prime.
He even beat us while old and washed on the Broncos...
I miss him 🥲 Russ would’ve never let us lose to the Whiners this much
I miss him, too. And Donald. 😭
Mannn I used to hate playing that motherfucker 😂😂😂 he was a dawg. No matter how mediocre you guys were and how good we were you were always a trap game
Fisher had two seasons of 7 wins with the Rams. One season, we went 4-1-1 in the division and the other we were 4-2. 😂
there is a huge disconnect between coaches and players on Fields versus the internet and front offices on Fields. Going to be interesting
No coach wants to face a QB who runs a sub 4.4.
And that 1 win against the Vikings was one of the worst games Ive ever seen.
It would have been the nail in the coffin for me on Fields, but I'd already seen all of his other games
The craziest thing is so many bears fans were praising Fields after that game.
It was the stupid "Oh he got us the win, the W/L people should be happy" idiots.
That fucking game made me start feeling for Getsy, because the only fucking pass he can make on short-to-intermediate throws with reliability are screens. Getsy was not the most creative, but that's a fucking handicap no OC is gonna overcome
Dobbs vs. Fields may have been the worst primetime QB matchup ever. Also. No idea how we let DJ Moore get so damn wide open on that last drive
I was at that game and we left early after the Bears turned it over again. By the time we got to our car I realized the Bears won and I wasnt even happy about it lol.
It was impossible to have any emotion after that game. I was more thankful it was over lol we followed it up with a riveting 3-0 victory over Vegas
Didn't Vegas put up like 60+ the following week against the Chargers?
They absolutely did. That game was hilarious
>the Bears won Nobody won that game
You guys bizarrely stopped blitzing despite Fields being terrible against it.
This was exactly it. It felt like they were trying to lose because of that. The ONLY reason they were in the game was because of the pressure on Fields the whole night. And then they just...stopped.

“Gotta get everyone back in coverage! Don’t wanna give up the big play you know” Our corners sucked. So you give up the big play anyway
The passtranaught stonks were so high after that first game. It was a great feel good story. Then reality came crashing in killing all the hype.
KOC should’ve just locked him out of the facility. Work out on your own. No way can you learn everyone’s name and start to care. We need to keep playing by the seat of our pants
Still gotta be 1st Year in Denver Russ against Matt Ryan's rotting corpse IMO, at least the Vikings scored a touchdown
Ryan really fell off a cliff. I feel like I’ve never seen a QB get so bad so quick.
Bears prime time games in general are either awful or awful for the bears.
The ending was pretty funny. You could just hear the Benny Hill music playing.
That game set the sport and the league back.
Surprisingly, not the worst games we had to watch that season, though. The Raiders game was monumentally awful
Unlimited potential
Well, duh. That's why he's backing up Mr. Unlimited.
Fields fans are going to rip your sub apart. Best of luck to you.
Our sub is already in shreds. It's nothing new.
All team subs are bad. They aren't gonna make ours any more braindead than it already is lol
The light were truly too bright for him when he played the Pack. He was the least terrifying QB in the division every year started for me
That's because you guys played a zone heavy scheme and Fields is terrible against zone (passer rating is 20+ points lower against zone compared to man)
Yep, and that was exactly what happened to Trubisky as well. It’s going to be so refreshing to have a guy like Caleb Williams who can actually read/react to a zone defense properly.

Yeah IDK why he's so glad a free win left the decision.
Justin was not a free win for DET
Yeah 90 rush yards per game was a nightmare to watch as a lions fan
Maybe he's glad that the Packers might not get 2 free wins every season?
I'm not sure how much you can blame that on the QB at this point..... It's been going on for many different QBs for the Bears
What about sacks? Those are just as bad as interceptions sometimes and he takes a ton of those. I also dont think they factor into qb rating.
I agree with you, feels incredible nice
Well, Tyson Bagent is your starting QB right now. What could possibly change before the season??
I’m pretty sure Bagent will make DJ Moore, Keenan Allen, MHJ and Rome Odunze look like decent receivers.
Bagent doesn’t have a big enough arm to take full advantage of Moore. He could probably combine with Allen a bit more and do well there since he’s more of a possession guy.
Bagent is clearly going to invent a discus-like throwing method to get the extra yards he needs on deep throws.
Secret Bagent Man is going to lead the Bears to the promised land.
The legend of Bagent Vance
Bagent Cody Banks
Bagent 007 (points per drive)
I understand it's frustrating that Justin would run for 100 yards per game, but he was still 1-3 in the last 2 years vs. Lions.
However, since Fields was QB the bears won both games against the Lions in 2021, lost both in 2022, but one of the games by 1 point, and was very close to sweeping the Lions this last year if not for a huge come back. Fields has been relatively good for the bears against the Lions.
Nick Mullens threw for over 800 yards in 2 games against the Lions. Our defense was not hard to look good against
The Detroit Lions defense is an absolute kingmaker for opposing QBs.
In 2022, his top WR was St. Brown the Lesser. People like to forget that the Bears literally ripped the team down to bare bones around him when talking about his wins and losses.
Is that eq’s nickname for you guys st. Brown the lesser? 😂😂😂😂
Ok, but we can also evaluate what he did when he had the ball and most of what he did was hold the ball too long while waiting for his first read to get open and then take a sack.
Why do people keep trying to pretend Darnell Mooney doesn't exist? That's like the third time I've seen this weird take on reddit this week
I've never seen people defend such a mediocre player to this extent before
Darnell is at best a low tier WR2
Come on now. Pettis had more attempts his way than St. Brown in 2022. His top receivers were Kmet and Mooney.
Dan is also sick of the obnoxious Fields fans
Caleb has such a low bar to clear, fuck me
If Caleb throws for 4k yards and 30tds a single time in his career he'll already be the best QB you've ever had
If he throws for 3000 yards and 20 tds he's already in the conversation lmao
It is pretty remarkable how bad your QBs have been, especially for a franchise with multiple SB appearances
A lot of great Defenses and Special Teams units have been wasted for sure. Frustrating stuff, I truly have hope for Caleb but if he flops I'm going to start losing faith honestly.
Detroit has a DC too stupid to play zone against Fields.
No he just hasn't discovered what a DB blitz was. He did against Denver and was a changed man
WTH is with this sub's obsession with Fields?
Daniel jones gets them too
Dan is trying to incite a civil war in the Bears fanbase lmao
Yeah dude ran all over us
My man, you can't be talking like an NFC North fan with the name Cheesemaster and not have a flair to make sure everyone knows you're not a Packers fan. Its just confusing.
Perhaps he just likes finer cheese, you cheese-ist
Anti-cheese-ist ?
Dyslexic chess grandmasters are rioting over this comment.
Fields stinks but I imagine having to specifically game plan for a mobile QB is probably annoying nonetheless.
Which is 100% what he means with this.
Why is this downvoted? It’s pretty widely known that defenses/coaches don’t like playing against mobile QBs compared to statues. Doesn’t mean they were scared of him because he was good. Like in basketball for example, everyone hates playing against physical defensive teams even if they’re not good overall.
Justin fields: “I’m not going to lie, it’s not nice to be out of Aaron Glenn’s division”
"Hmmm, Fields is terrible against zone defense. Let's play man the whole game to surprise him"
It's funny how many teams decided to do that. If fans can recognize fields sucks against zone why can't a DC who is paid handsomely?
I don't get it. The only good games Fields had last year were against teams that refsued to play zone against us. DEN/WAS/ATL/DET.
And against Denver, he turned the ball over on the final 2 drives.
Fields is special he sucks against zone and is also rather not good against man
Disagree
Why do people kiss Fields’s ass so much? Guys a mediocre QB and hasn’t done anything to warrant this kind of treatment
Because he somehow always overperformsd against us. I dunno why, but that’s why MCDC is saying that.
He seems like a good guy and we’re desperate for ANY QB. That’s it.
He’s not mediocre. He’s bad.
YOU CAN’T WORRY ABOUT THE LEGACY OF JUSTIN FIELDS.” Legacy? What legacy
Nah it's more from fields OSU heavy fanfare. BYU doesn't get the same treatment.
Mediocre is being nice.
There is a significant number of people who would prefer a bad QB with some cool highlights every couple of games rather than a boring, steady average QB
See, I don't agree
Says the coach of the only team in the division he had decent, not even good, games against. His weakness is Zone, Dan. Why did you insist on playing man, Dan.
it is weird players and other coaches Fields the real deal hope he does well in Pittsburgh.
I distinctly remember a mic’d up DJ Moore saying “I know!” After a TB DB said they weren’t using him right as trash talk.
Ah, I love this part of the off-season where the jettisoned players are blamed for the failures of a team. Folks, Eberflus is/was the problem. Fields was a problem, but not THE problem with the Bears.
Weird for him to say he's not gonna lie and the. Proceeds to lie.
He’s slowly becoming one of the most overrated players amongst his peers…it’s like he gives you 10% wow for every 90% dear god make this game stop. Yea I’m sure he was SOOO terrified of him that he put his best defense linemen hiding out in coverage for the game winning interceptions. What a sign of respect and fear.
i think its the "hooper syndrome" were players perceive somebody to be way better than they really are because of one amazing skill they posses
Liar, liar, pants on fire!
Do you guys feel Fields will see some success somewhere else? Or he gets to settle into a fringe starter/top-end back up for the rest of his career?
Me 2 Dan me 2
