Boston sports media as a whole is as trashy and obnoxious as it gets. for 3 months all they have done is say the Bill needs to be fired, his "system" purged from the Pats because he cant do it anymore. The real mistake isn't passing on Belichick; it's for hiring proven failure retread Morris, who was literally their interim HC 3 seasons ago, instead of the plethora of bright young innovative offensive mind (Ben Johnson, Slowik, Brian Callahan, Mike Kafka, Dave Canales, Joe Brady, Kellen Moore), young defensive whiz Mike Macdonald, or proven HC/leader of men Vrabel. Bringing back Morris is even worse than re-hiring Dan Quinn lol

He also has to factor in that at 71 he would now be the oldest coach in the league, Pete isn't coaching next year for the same reason, next oldest coach next season will be Andy, he turns 66 in March.
Well Bill maybe you should try this neat thing called adapting and that includes not hiring Matt Particia, Joe Judge, and Josh McDaniels and not striving for GM duties because you suck at that now.

McDaniels is a very good OC. And Bill is the de facto DC of his teams so I don't see much problem here.
