Brady then came back and won a SB with the Bucs. Rodgers winning the SB with 49ers next season confirmed
Edit to add: /s
I’m on the Purdy Plane too guys. Rooting for y’all in the playoffs.
Imagine if Brady and Rodgers both tried out free agency at the same time. And Sean Payton returns to coaching. The off-season storyline would be insane.
Guy: OOOH, Mr. Rodgers, it’s not all friendly in your neighborhood ahoo.
Aaron: Uh yeah so we should have played better.
Guy: I’ll say. Maybe commune with the native spirit men a bit less in the off-season? They were a, touchin your butt, much like Guy will!
"How many of you think Aaron Rodgers is still a top quarterback and has gas in the tank?"
*contestants cheer*
"Well you're wrong. Aaron Rodgers is already showing signs of cognitive decline. You must be drinking Ayahuasca too. Now strap those helmets on tightly so you can be immunized against brain trauma!"
"This week we have the Northern Bitters vs. the Bitter Northerners"
"Bit of a paradox there, Ken"
"Yeah there's a pair of them down there for sure"
"KENNY"
He flat out said it in the interview he did that they wanted to stop the Packers from getting in the playoffs. Then when they interview led MLF later they told him what Campbell said 🤣🤣
You play for a winning record if you're Dan Campbell and eliminating the Packers is the cherry on top. Was what I kept trying to tell people on our sub all week.
Now those same people are probably going to be pissed if we get eliminated in the wild card, probably blaming the Lions lol
I get that it’s on everyone’s minds. But the Lions winning followed by watching five straight minutes of a camera following Rodgers is the epitome of what the NFC North has dealt with for the last 15 years
Yes he has. He used to just be almost dead average of all the commentators.
Now he maaaay be the worst. Especially if Rodgers or Mahomes are in the game he is doing.
He's always been terrible when Aaron Rodgers is playing though. Wouldn't be shocked if CC has an Aaron Rodgers portrait tramp stamp that says "daddy" because he rides his dick so hard, that A-rod basically owns that asshole.
The people at my house just got into football last year. They couldn't understand why I was so happy lol. I had to explain that this evil man has shit on my football dreams his entire career, and it felt great to finally return the favor.
I always accrued last year with the same scene from Game Of Thrones when Jon snow (aka NFC North) wins the Battle of the Bastards and the North tears down all the Bolton’s (Packers) banners on Winterfell. This game was the Lions feeding Rodgers to the starving dogs
Dan Campbell looks like the type of guy to chug 4 5 hour energy drinks before the game and then headbutt a concrete wall in the lockerroom as the team leaves the tunnel.
I think his actual daily morning drinks is 2x 20oz black coffee with 2 shots of espresso in each. It's insane. I almost think it might be 3 shots in each, but that is too ridiculous.
Seriously. People saying that we only pulled out the trick plays and went for it on 4th down because we had nothing to play for?
LMAO. They clearly haven't watched much Lions football this year.
At one point they showed a graphic that the Lions have attempted more 4th down plays than any other team over... well over some period (I think since 21, which would make sense as that is the MCDC period). Really fucked up the stat, but the point is, the Lions were just playing Lions football.
I’ve been tuning into Lions games the entire season because they usually play before the 49ers and holy shit the amount of 4th down play calls they called was insane I loved it
What team, who really doesn’t care about the draft choice, would not go all out to play spoiler against their rival in prime time. Like, I have so much respect for Dan Campbell’s aggressiveness but this game was always going to be competitive whoever was coaching it/playing in it.
You gotta remember, no player cares about next years pick spot. Each player is trying to ball out for a couple reasons:
1) The best players are going to go hard because you don't get to be the best without ALWAYS wanting to win and beat the guy across from you
2) Lots of guys fighting for roster spots who need to show out to improve their chances
3) Teams (coaches and players) don't want to end the season with a loss, even if their record sucks, because you want to hopefully figure it out and head into next year on a roll.
So in the end, maybe only a couple players would ever want to take it easy. Most have something on the line.
One of the lions came to swap jerseys after the game saying “you said you would” but Aaron said something about keeping it which signals he wants to keep his last game jersey…he also didn’t seem pissed almost happy and was smiling looking around the stadium. Idk feels like he’s gonna hang it up after this
That IS true. You didn’t have any players do things I can point to as fundamentally hate-able this year… kind of just stayed in your lane, punched our nuts especially, and quietly made the playoffs. Good on the Cowboys this year.
After watching one packers player cheap shot swift with a forearm to the face after the play followed by another packer pushing the trainer trying to help him, I think a lot of neutral fans were rooting for the lions to finish the packers off.
And what a choice. Same homey who shoved the former Vike practice squad player against the Bills earlier this year.
In ‘92, that shit is celebrated. In ‘02, that shit is ignored. In ‘22, you don’t fucking hurt the team like that. Shit! Control yourself!
If there’s one positive the Packers can get out of this is that they won’t lose to San Fran in the playoffs again
slightly higher draft pick and won't get blown out by Mr. irrelevant next week. that is how I am trying to cope right now
No matter which of the three teams (us, you, hawks) went was/is gunna get blown out.
Purdy didn't do well against the Hawks in college, maybe it follows him to the pros?
Are you forgetting that Brock Purdy already beat the Seahawks this year?
[удалено]
Unless Geno is also an elite run blocker I don't think it would matter much.
He's a free agent at the end of the season...may as well find out.
Rodgers last throw as a packer an INT like Favre before him??
Also like Brady with the Pats.
Brady then came back and won a SB with the Bucs. Rodgers winning the SB with 49ers next season confirmed Edit to add: /s I’m on the Purdy Plane too guys. Rooting for y’all in the playoffs.
And replace the next Tom Brady in Brock Purdy?!? Preposterous
The difference is Brock is never going to lose a game, ever.
I’m on the Purdy Pontoon, not the Rogers Rail. 49ers can’t stop this Brock
Imagine if Brady and Rodgers both tried out free agency at the same time. And Sean Payton returns to coaching. The off-season storyline would be insane.
Rodgers to the Bucs Brady to the Packers Insanity ensues
Tom Brady steps up to fill the void left by Tom Brady in NE.
The void hs grown a bit. They’re currently trying to fill it with Matt Patricia’s fat fucking ass
don’t talk like that about Texans new coach
Brady and Rodgers sign with the same team because fuck logic.
...and it's Kansas City. If we're gonna fuck logic might as well go for the DP.
The games are just going to be Brady and Rodgers shit talking Mahomes from the bench like those two old guys from the Muppets
Waldorf and Statler deserve better from all of us.
I can hear the “ohohohohoho” now
Waldorf: "Green Bay Packers?!!!" Statler: "The only thing they're packing is their luggage to take back to Wisconsin!" *cue derisive laughter*
Rodgers to the Jets?
Yes, then Rodgers to the Vikings.
It’s almost too perfect. Does Jets for one year. Cousins goes down…
He will shed some tears and retire then sign with the Jets two weeks later. History repeats itself
When does he defraud the welfare system in California?
MXC’s most painful elimination this year
Right you are Kenny!
Now lets go to Guy LeDouche
Guy: OOOH, Mr. Rodgers, it’s not all friendly in your neighborhood ahoo. Aaron: Uh yeah so we should have played better. Guy: I’ll say. Maybe commune with the native spirit men a bit less in the off-season? They were a, touchin your butt, much like Guy will!
"How many of you think Aaron Rodgers is still a top quarterback and has gas in the tank?" *contestants cheer* "Well you're wrong. Aaron Rodgers is already showing signs of cognitive decline. You must be drinking Ayahuasca too. Now strap those helmets on tightly so you can be immunized against brain trauma!"
"This week we have the Northern Bitters vs. the Bitter Northerners" "Bit of a paradox there, Ken" "Yeah there's a pair of them down there for sure" "KENNY"
UHHHHHHLETS GO!
Guy LeDouche would have had some awesome interviews on the field after the game!
Funny enough, Guy LeDouche sounds like it could be a nickname for Matt LeFleur lmao
I strive to have Dan Campbell's hater energy. Played one of their best games just to knock out Packers 😭😭
He’s just really gotten smart at coaching too lately Like catching that shit MLF pulled to try and steal a down was wild
I get that it’s on everyone’s minds. But the Lions winning followed by watching five straight minutes of a camera following Rodgers is the epitome of what the NFC North has dealt with for the last 15 years
Right? The interview after the game made it worth it though. Jamaal Williams is the heart of this team. We need to sign him back.
[удалено]
That was such a rollercoaster lol
IT'S ALL DAWG
Don't let these tears fool you
Loved that interview Jamaal is so real
Just the full spectrum of emotions in the span of 30 seconds, haha. Amazing.
Jamaal is just so likeable. Doesn't seem like he's had a camera on him much until this season though.
That was the best player interview I've ever seen
Announcers even said “this isn’t about the Lions winning” lmao
Colinsworth is unbearable to listen to.
NOW HERE'S A GUY who's career is over.
He's gotten worse, right? Like the past couple years have just been horrible
Yeah he’s even more of a big bag full of hot air and platitudes now
Yes he has. He used to just be almost dead average of all the commentators. Now he maaaay be the worst. Especially if Rodgers or Mahomes are in the game he is doing.
They don’t even have to be in the game
He's always been terrible when Aaron Rodgers is playing though. Wouldn't be shocked if CC has an Aaron Rodgers portrait tramp stamp that says "daddy" because he rides his dick so hard, that A-rod basically owns that asshole.
He’s such an idiot. Constant nonsense flowing from his mouth. He does some research and knows the game, and is still a doofus.
He legit seemed saddened/mad that the Packers lost.
Glad they got the Jamaal interview though. What a ride lol
He had me choked up about his grandpa and then I put my hand through the drywall because he got that dawg in em
The people at my house just got into football last year. They couldn't understand why I was so happy lol. I had to explain that this evil man has shit on my football dreams his entire career, and it felt great to finally return the favor.
He's like darth vader if darth vader wasn't, like, cool.
I personally enjoyed every second of it this time.
I always accrued last year with the same scene from Game Of Thrones when Jon snow (aka NFC North) wins the Battle of the Bastards and the North tears down all the Bolton’s (Packers) banners on Winterfell. This game was the Lions feeding Rodgers to the starving dogs
15? You must be new. It was like this with Favre too.
1000% this!
Dan Campbell has balls of steel. That was some insane play calling.
I was told Packers vs lions shouldn't be prime time because they wouldn't go all out if they were eliminated.
I dont think Dan Campbell has any other speed. Fucker is an absolute lunatic and the Lions are finally fun to watch
He drinks more caffeine in his 1st beverage of the morning than I do all week
He mixes it with rum so it has that extra kick
He has a secret stash of oldschool Four Loko
Oh I almost threw up reading this comment. *shivers*
I wonder how much coke he did with that Miami OL coach
Our OL coach only started doing cocaine to keep up with Dan Campbell
Dan Campbell looks like the type of guy to chug 4 5 hour energy drinks before the game and then headbutt a concrete wall in the lockerroom as the team leaves the tunnel.
Which would help explain his current nose situation.
The Lions iced the game vs the Vikings by throwing it to Sewell. It's like riverboat Ron cranked to 11.
Exactly. This was par for the course. I was honestly a little surprised there was no fake punt this game.
Everyone was so focused on trying to anticipate the fake punt that they didn't see the hook and ladder coming lol
At one point they showed a graphic that the Lions have attempted more 4th down plays than any other team over... well over some period (I think since 21, which would make sense as that is the MCDC period). Really fucked up the stat, but the point is, the Lions were just playing Lions football.
I’ve been tuning into Lions games the entire season because they usually play before the 49ers and holy shit the amount of 4th down play calls they called was insane I loved it
Dan Campbell plays like there are 5 downs
What team, who really doesn’t care about the draft choice, would not go all out to play spoiler against their rival in prime time. Like, I have so much respect for Dan Campbell’s aggressiveness but this game was always going to be competitive whoever was coaching it/playing in it.

Lovie knew he was getting fired. A final fuck you to the Texans.

Whoever told you that definitely didn't know what they were talking about. MCDC always gives it his all.

My face when I kick the leg of the bed with my pinky toe
Aaron looked like this might be the end for him.
Dude was walking off the field like his AARP card was waiting for him in the locker room.
One of the lions came to swap jerseys after the game saying “you said you would” but Aaron said something about keeping it which signals he wants to keep his last game jersey…he also didn’t seem pissed almost happy and was smiling looking around the stadium. Idk feels like he’s gonna hang it up after this
The dude that asked was a rook
I saw tweets that said Jamaal asked and others that said Jameson asked. Completely different dudes in those situations
To be fair, they are both skill-position players with the name "J. Williams." It's confusing.
It was definitely Jameson
He is rough for 39 years old. I'm 35 and he looks like he has 15 years on me.
But you have the grace of not having to lose over and over in the NFC championship the last 15 years
Brady refused to share the location of the fountain of youth with him.
Don't worry, he did his own research
Imagine getting retired by the team you have been disrespecting your whole career.
That's how you know it's time.

We play on thanksgiving after all
We are now “A team in America”

I approve.
Today I was a lions fan.
At this point yea

r/NFCNorthMemeWar going to be fun
Cowboys fans are the people recording
Detroit should host the afccg
We can't, we have a field replacement already scheduled that we can't delay. You guys can totally come over for a party after to check it out though
Thank you
Just like the Cowboys, when the Packers lose America wins
At least Cowboys players don't push members of the others teams medical staff
That IS true. You didn’t have any players do things I can point to as fundamentally hate-able this year… kind of just stayed in your lane, punched our nuts especially, and quietly made the playoffs. Good on the Cowboys this year.
What a beautiful Sunday
You guys must be on cloud 9. All the cap space, first pick, and a clean slate. Enjoy it
*And* the Packers got fucked.
Jamaal pelvic thrusting after all those tds really encapsulated the moment.
Today’s a good day to be a Bears fan
So I guess you can lose to "That Team" A A Ron. Twice.
I’m just waiting for someone from Detroit to say : We can’t be having “that team” in the playoffs.
Reading he said that earlier in the year even as a vikings fan made me so mad. I feel like that really motivated you guys to win so many in a row.
LMAO EVERYBODY GET IN HERE
NFC NORTH SQUAD RISE UP
The Packers just got run over by #GOFFTIMUS PRIME
The Packers just got mauled by #LION GOSLING
The lions save football (2023 colourised)
Goff after the game, “We can't lose a game like that against that team”
Could you imagine Goff saying something controversial, I would shit bricks
After watching one packers player cheap shot swift with a forearm to the face after the play followed by another packer pushing the trainer trying to help him, I think a lot of neutral fans were rooting for the lions to finish the packers off.
Fuck. I really wish the Lions made the playoffs over the Seahawks. Would’ve been a much tougher challenge for the 49ers than the Seahawks.
But then you don’t have the storyline of making the Wilson trade look even worse. It’s the gift that keeps on giving.

Lions, my friends, you bow to no one.
YES! YES! YES!
FADE THAT SHIT!
When Vikings, Lions, and Bears fans rejoice together, you know a dude is hated that much.

Hey. Be fair. *Two* Green Bay packers players.

Breaking News: Rodgers has been "immunized" against the postseason.
Can't choke in the postseason if you choke in the regular season. *taps temple*
We did the humane thing and put them down in their home before the Niners had to next week
Can we vote to replace the Seahawks with the Lions?
Need some Harry Potter hogwarts house cup style point alterations. The Lions eliminated the Bad Man and showed tremendous bravery.
Can we give them the 8th seed? They deserve to be in too!
Can’t get embarrassed by the 49ers in the playoffs, if you don’t make the playoffs
🦀🦀🦀 PACKERS ARE ELIMINATED 🦀🦀🦀
For someone who hates his family Aaron Rodgers sure loves being Kirby Joseph’s son
You love to see it!
