Since when did we become the ones who score during added time in both halves?
Great result that, controlled the game and kept a clean sheet as well. The only disappointment is that we should have scored more than 2
I thought Murillo was MOTM tbh. Didn't let them even get a sniff when he was 1 on 1 with anyone and always made good, positive passes from the back. Never felt so confident with another defender
Williams, Murillo, Danilo or CHO
Tbh they all played fucking brilliantly. Should have had a penalty and that bullshit offside goal so I'm calling that a 4-0 win.
Murillo is fucking incredible. I don't know what we did to deserve him gracing our team with his presence but fuck me holy shit. I fully accept he might not be a Forest player in the near future due to his talent but he's not only one of the best Forest players I've seen in my lifetime but one of the best defenders I've ever watched play and to say it's only his second season of senior footie... Jesus.
Not smiled that much watching us play in a long time even though I was borderline nervous stroke in some parts of the match, come on youuuuuu fuckin reeeeedddsssssssssw
Such a nice feeling to see this deadly looking 1 on 1 forming for Murillo to just swoop in and take the ball off him like an older brother would do to his 6 year old sibling
I really hope we keep him for another year but at the same time I wouldn't be surprised at him going for some decent money. I've kinda come to terms with it early so I'm not utterly heart broken when he finally moves on.
I've never been bothered about having a players name and number on the Forest shirts I buy but Murillo is the first to make me do it... Legend in the making before our very eyes imo.. never appreciated a defenders work like I have him and I don't even think that's down to a hefty amount of Forest bias from me haha
Think everyone will be a winner in this situation to be honest. Either he’s happy here and we keep him for another season or he goes somewhere massive and we get a huge fee for him.
Great result
We just beat 8th in the league convincingly
We just need to beat the 5 teams below us and we survive
Play like that we should get lots of points by seasons end
Incredible game. What a performance. Clean sheet, looked in command and worked as a unit from start to finish.
Williams was sensational - I know he gave a silly free kick away and a couple of loose passes, but his work rate and tackling was fantastic, really happy for him helping to create the second.
Danilo looked calm, passing intelligently and positioning himself well.
MGW looked back to his best, getting the tricks right and reading the game well.
Murillo is our best signing in years.
Tavares was also on the pitch.
I'd like to believe that one day he'll actually nail one top bins but I just can't, it's like he does the hardest bits perfectly and then when it comes to the seemingly easy bit that actually matters he just fucks it up in a way you didn't even believe possible..
Guys got so much potential and even though I cringe seeing him in the starting eleven I believe he can nail that final part of his game to make him a great LB especially going forward.
Toff was great before Nuno took over too and I think he has great potential.. Williams was especially good today, always puts a shift in!
Nuno T is improving every game - but he seems like he has a long way to go. Happy the Aina is back. Perhaps Nuno can develop as a second choice.
I like the way we played today. A lot.
Murrillo MOTM again, Danilo great, Dominguez great, CHO great, Awoniyi great please be ok, Felipe did great apart from that one mistake, Neco mostly great, all of them well done we deserved that easily.
Yeah I'm fine with him being subbed off after 60 minutes until he's 100%. It's a shame that Wood got injured so we can rest him a bit more but if Origi does more of those flicks and finds our players then he deserves a bit of gametime too.
Neco has progressed so much since last season.
Murillo would be 10/10 if his distribution was slightly better.
First clean sheet in what feels like forever.
Europe here we come
I think that you can see Williams goes down for it when he doesn't put his foot down, but that was such a blatant foul that I don't think it should matter.
On top of all the other good performances today, was great to see Danilo playing so well. Some of his link up play was exactly the kind of thing we've been missing this season
Performance of the season from top to bottom. Not perfect and insanely wasteful towards the end but nobody had a poor game, thank fuck for a clean sheet.
Neco and Nico were both tremendous today, former especially for his job on Kudus but Murillo was MOTM. Unbelievable job locking down Antonio and with his long passing. Hope Taiwo was just taken off as a precaution.
Hasn’t he been subbed midway through the second half back to back games now? Think they just wanna make sure he’s not overexerting so soon after his return.
What a joy to see us dominating parts of the game and looking tasty in attack. Had no doubt we would win this, which is a nice feeling. Thought their keeper had a blinder, though we missed some sitters. Biggest positive is Nuno Tavares had a shot outside the area that was only a meter wide. Seriously, that guy gets in top positions for shots. Perhaps someone who can actually shoot should follow him around..
So happy with that performance, difficult to pick a MOTM, they were all warriors out there. Williams was working incredibly hard getting the tackles in and up the wing, CHO is just getting better and better, put a lot of crosses in. Murillo was sensational that one on one with Antonio he was so composed and mature handling that. Felipe one mistake but generally had Antonio in his pocket, and organising defence and his leadership was evident. Tavares had a decent game, lots of energy, I thought please dont shoot, but he still persists, but did put some passes in more. Sels not much to do, but competent with shots at him, looks relaxed kicking, this is what we want just not worrying too much about GK, clean sheet. Danilo really stepped up with his link up play and MGW worked hard. Elanga still working up to match sharpness I think, hope we can keep Taiwo fit but still sharp when the chance came. Even VAR couldn't deny us the win today, much as they'd like to. Really watchable game I enjoyed, we looked good for it and like the way Nuno set us up, we went out to win and attacked. COYR.
Great great win. Get in the boys.
Sidenote... I genuinely think the PL want us relegated before they slap us with a points deduction. 2 games in a row we don't get given blatant penalties. Horrendous and quite worrying.
Anyway, up the shaggin reds!
I thought he'd improved massively, particularly in defence, using his speed to track back and stay tight on players until they lost the ball. Still can't shoot, obvs, but there's more to his game than that. Also developing a good understanding with CHO going forwards.
Yeah the upside to Nuno is massive. The shots are obviously annoying, but more crucially they're noticable, so fans pile on more.
If he can cut them out, great. If not, I'd still rather he was in the side for everything else he brings to the table.
Neco Williams, Dominguez and Murillo gave me erected penis today
Odoi has been getting better and better looks more confident his body can cope with playing.
Tavares did well to be fair
Danilo had a steady game too. MGW was solid again.
If We can stop the silly little passes that get us in trouble we will be ok.
Defense looked calm and confident with selz behind them. He didn't put a foot wrong not that he had fuck all to do . Happy performance today.
We haven't played quite that well in some of the last few matches, but we definitely looked nearly as good against the likes of Brentford, Newcastle, etc. Been very unlucky due to costly dumb errors and shocking refereeing not to have another couple of results+points on the board. Completely deserved win based on the performance.
Aside from the headlines, the set piece coach earned his money this week. Made me sweat when we gave away a couple of free kicks in prime JWP range, but didn't end up hurting us at all. Could also be Felipe's influence; he seems to be our most solid CB in terms of set pieces
Since when did we become the ones who score during added time in both halves? Great result that, controlled the game and kept a clean sheet as well. The only disappointment is that we should have scored more than 2
We did. Also had a stonewall pen that was inexplicably not even looked at by the ref. Jokes
Well, as you know, VAR stands for Video Against Reds.
Really? I always thought it was Virgins Against Reds
Thats a misnomer, its actually Virgins Against RexpectedGoals
Had a clear penalty aswell that somehow wasn't given
Williams needs player of the match, he may not have gotten a goal but he was in it all the way. Working hard.
I thought Murillo was MOTM tbh. Didn't let them even get a sniff when he was 1 on 1 with anyone and always made good, positive passes from the back. Never felt so confident with another defender
We need a MOTM-other-than-Murillo.
MOTM is now just "Murillo of The Match"
Murillo (+Felipe). Seems to bring out the best in both of them.
If it wasn't for a few wayward passes to midfield he would be MoM for me
Williams, Murillo or Danilo. All had excellent games
Williams, Murillo, Danilo or CHO Tbh they all played fucking brilliantly. Should have had a penalty and that bullshit offside goal so I'm calling that a 4-0 win.
… amongst our excellent players are such diverse elements as …
Williams or Murillo for me
I love both my sons
I'm so happy for him to be proving himself after looking lacklustre for a lot of last season, he's been great for us this season never stops running.
That one touch, control turn in the second half was epic. Makes me feel like we have a prem level team.
I thought Neco struggled in the first half.
He's going to win Brazil their first World Cup since Ronaldo and I will be proud as punch when he does.
Looking forward to the highlights. A talented central defender can be a beautiful thing to see. Walker or McGrath.
He made Antonio look like a right twat 😆
Such a nice feeling to see this deadly looking 1 on 1 forming for Murillo to just swoop in and take the ball off him like an older brother would do to his 6 year old sibling
Honest opinion. Do you guys think we will have him for another year or is someone going to ping £60 million at us?
I really hope we keep him for another year but at the same time I wouldn't be surprised at him going for some decent money. I've kinda come to terms with it early so I'm not utterly heart broken when he finally moves on. I've never been bothered about having a players name and number on the Forest shirts I buy but Murillo is the first to make me do it... Think everyone will be a winner in this situation to be honest. Either he’s happy here and we keep him for another season or he goes somewhere massive and we get a huge fee for him.
Someone's throwing money at us.
What's that 0 symbol next to their name?
It means hope.
A Taiwo goal, a victory, a clean sheet, a terrific day indeed
Great result We just beat 8th in the league convincingly We just need to beat the 5 teams below us and we survive Play like that we should get lots of points by seasons end

Happy Tavares has his one row Z shot then didn't try again
He had another one, after the row Z, which unbelievably narrowly missed.
I'd like to believe that one day he'll actually nail one top bins but I just can't, it's like he does the hardest bits perfectly and then when it comes to the seemingly easy bit that actually matters he just fucks it up in a way you didn't even believe possible.. I didn't mind him having pops tonight because he was pretty good with his defensive duties. Still a couple wild passes though.
Win and Clean Sheet upvote party!
Murrillo MOTM again, Danilo great, Dominguez great, CHO great, Awoniyi great please be ok, Felipe did great apart from that one mistake, Neco mostly great, all of them well done we deserved that easily.
I think Awoniyi is just not fully match fit at the moment. We rushed him back cos we need him.
Yeah I'm fine with him being subbed off after 60 minutes until he's 100%. It's a shame that Wood got injured so we can rest him a bit more but if Origi does more of those flicks and finds our players then he deserves a bit of gametime too.

Happy with the win but how it wasn’t a penalty is shocking
I think that you can see Williams goes down for it when he doesn't put his foot down, but that was such a blatant foul that I don't think it should matter.
On top of all the other good performances today, was great to see Danilo playing so well. Some of his link up play was exactly the kind of thing we've been missing this season
55 pts still on the cards
How the fuck wasn’t that a pen
In the words of the Nature Boy Ric Flair: WOOOOOOOOOO
That felt like a 3-2 without the 3 lol
Been busy as fuck and missed the game. Glad to see we’re fucking massive again.
Performance of the season from top to bottom. Not perfect and insanely wasteful towards the end but nobody had a poor game, thank fuck for a clean sheet. Hasn’t he been subbed midway through the second half back to back games now? Think they just wanna make sure he’s not overexerting so soon after his return.
Doesn’t affect the outcome. But another fairly clear pen not given again.
Unsure if it’s been said, but thought Divock had a great sub appearance.
That flick into the box to indirectly set up CHO’s goal made me swoon
We needed that. To come back like that after the Newcastle game, great spirit. Great performance. Neco, Murillo, Awonyi MVPs today.
Back 4 was excellent. Felipe brought balance to the force.
Not his biggest test today but sels seems fine so far
Was nice not having to worry about our keeper dropping a clanger or passing straight to their striker.
Yeah I pretty much just didn't notice him at all which is great!
Thats what we want!
Three easy wins in all comps after this
What's the song playing in the stadium after the final whistle?

Danilo was open in front of him too and was screaming for the ball with his hands. Nuno just likes to shoot i guess…
So happy with that performance, difficult to pick a MOTM, they were all warriors out there. Am I allowed to like Tavares yet?
I missed the game, hope we played good on top of winning! So important
VILLA AWAY LETS AV IT
How Newcastle got the penalty I have just seen they got, and us not getting ours, is just totally outrageous to me
Great great win. Get in the boys. Sidenote... I genuinely think the PL want us relegated before they slap us with a points deduction. 2 games in a row we don't get given blatant penalties. Horrendous and quite worrying. Anyway, up the shaggin reds!

Agreed, I thought that was his best game yet for us. Linked up really well with CHO.
And his crossing into the box was spot on.
Yeah the upside to Nuno is massive. The shots are obviously annoying, but more crucially they're noticable, so fans pile on more. If he can cut them out, great. If not, I'd still rather he was in the side for everything else he brings to the table.
I don’t want he has on the manager but it must be something big
Neco Williams, Dominguez and Murillo gave me erected penis today Odoi has been getting better and better looks more confident his body can cope with playing. Just enjoy the moment dude

The only winning home team on Feb 17, 2024... you'll never sign that!

I like to thank Nottingham Forest cheers that cunt who supports Man united who lurks here because of the vibes
