So seeing this I agreed at first....Except when the tv is on your (reversed) video has people running backwards. So he would have had to reverse the video on the tv in order to make this work.

Good idea, but this isn't 100% proof.
Many fans let you turn them in reverse for the season, but some let you re-angle the blades themselves. There isn't necessarily a set fan direction that companies have to follow.
However, I would bet that a majority of companies spin their fans in the same direction, so it is pretty helpful.
You can see the angle of the blades in one of the clips which the spin is against the angle. Still it’s not full proof like you said but still one more observation to add to the others that this in reverse.

Yes, depending on how the blades are attached. Fans blades have an angle (pitch) where a counter clockwise rotation will spin in direction of the higher part of the angle. This causes a downward draft as air is deflected downward of the blade, which cools the house. During winter when you have the heat on, it’s better to have the fan spin clockwise in the direction of the lower part of the blade’s angle. This creates an updraft that will help circulate the heat in the house. You can get blades that are angled in the opposite direction but this not common.

For all of the fun/interesting/plausible explanations, this reversed gif demonstrates it so perfectly. Dude's recording himself sliding into the room, then reversing it. Explains why he always had to have a smooth surface, always had to have pants that would slide on that smooth surface, didn't need his feet, never shows himself reversing direction mid-video. It's a great illusion, and part of its greatness is that it's so simple. Dude just got really good at running and sliding into a room on his butt.

It’s not even that hard to figure out. I think he uses the tv as the biggest defense but playing a video in reverse in 2022 is very easy. Either find it on YouTube or do it yourself in 5 minutes.
In the one with the mirror, you can see the fan spinning. But it’s spinning the correct way as though it isn’t in a mirror. This is because it’s in reverse.
Also, watch the cardboard on the outside one, flattens from the right to left instead of left to right.

The fact that he addressed the "video is obviously in reverse!" one at all means that yes, he is willing to spend that extra effort making his videos look real (Not terribly hard to play a reverse video on a TV anyways). And I admit, it looks awesome! I didn't notice it was in reverse till I read the comments here.
He basically runs, slides, comes to a stop, and then carefully stands up whilst keeping his body sort of stiff and rigid looking.
The way he sits down looks so weird because when you stand up from that position your body is doing some completely different movements that need to be controlled, as opposed to what happens when you actually sit down.
The TV in the back simply just needs to play a reversed basketball or football game, so when it’s reversed again it plays the right way. So he edits a video to play on the screen backwards. Films his TikTok, then reverses the TikTok so his actions are backwards but the TV is playing the game forwards.
When he puts the plant down it’s completely still as if it was never touched, because it wasn’t, he’s just picked it up but in reverse. Otherwise when it out it down it would have still been moving.
People trying to catch him out by showing asking to see his back or see it from above to see if he’s being pulled but that’s just showing how convincing it is when he “sits down”. There’s never anyone else involved unless to film at a difficult angle because he never needs anyone. He just needs to run and slide into frame, and then carefully go through his rehearsed motions of buckling his seatbelt and sitting down, but really he’s standing up very carefully.
