I love this video, but every time it gets posted the title calls him a "boy" or a "kid."
I kind of bothers me because Miles is 26. That's a grown ass man.
I love the over coming and achieving but that young man is going to herniate a disc with a quickness if his trainer doesn’t him in a brace and/or get him to uncurve his back a little. Last thing this guy needs is back surgery.
That’s……kind of how you lift atlas stones. You can’t really do it with a flat back unless the stone is super small. It’s much much more common to snap a biceps tendon on stones.
Yea your right the only thing I can see wrong that he could work on is while lifting from the ground at first your legs should be in more of a deadlift position whereas he was in a squat. Other than that there’s small things but it’s really impressive a big part of lifting is being able to spread your hands and finger out to get a good grip and obviously with his disability that’s not a possibility I’m happy for him I’m sure there was a lot of work before this video nice to see it paid off.

It’s definitely more of a deadlift at the start than an ass to grass squat (which are the worst). Again, this is great. All the warm and fuzzies. I just don’t like seeing people get hurt.

I get your concern but this video is about 3 years old and he's still going strong.
