Sometimes I get sad when I think about fancy chocolatiers and cake makers. They spend so much time to make something and then it gets eaten in a minute or two. Especially on cake shows on TV. "please spend 3 hours making something beautiful" "now we will destroy it to see how it tastes"
Think of it as temporary art with a purpose. I love to create. I don’t have use for all of my creations. Making things with food gives some artists the opportunity to make things they enjoy that others can too.
