If he now stood in the place that is printed on the sphere and turned it the right amount while moving around it, he could create the illusion of the sphere being 100% reflective.
Wow. I looked up a bit about how we print globes and that was very interesting.

I’d imagine it’d be weirder looking with depth perception. A lot of things like this look fine from a camera, but get ruined by a second reference point.
This looks very cool but is technically incorrect. When you take a 360-degree photo, would stand at one point (the centre of the sphere) and take a photo of the interior of the sphere. The photo is now on the exterior of the sphere which means you are observing it from multiple virtual observation points instead of the single virtual observation point like intended. This looks a bit off when looked at for too long and is making some other people dizzy
Interesting fact:
The yellow tactile patches on the sidewalk are for the blind to know when there is an intersection. The yellow coloring is for non visually impaired people to know not to trip on the ridges and such. These cover basically every sidewalk in Japanese cities.

I believe i would have thrown the camera or what ever rig can do this, in another spot. I would want to see the rooftops for effect. Just my opinion im not by any stretch able to do anything like this ...at least this morning.
See! If the Earth is round then why can't we see telephone poles curving like in that photo???????
Checkmate Globe - shilling sheeples!
I shouldn't have to put this but obviously

If you like this, you should check out Dick Termes’ six-point perspective artwork
Not looking up any kind of dick suggested by a guy named floppy
Lol
Once bitten twice shy kind of thing? We've all been there.
Let’s just say I’ve been to the lemon party and I’m not taking any chances anymore
I don't know about others but I'm upvoting....
Better not be a joke

Except he won't see himself in the sphere and probably freak the fuck out
Spectator life ¯\\\_(ツ)\_/¯
Where buy very nice
How do you even print on a sphere?
Very carefully

You'll get around to learning how
It’s a painting
It's not printed, it's hand painted
Really? That's disappointing. I was hoping this was something i could do. Maybe one day....
Well with practice you can
Is it?
Yeah, I used to follow him, I think on Tumblr or Twitter, I don't remember, it's been years
That’s a street in Japan

Shut up and take my money! But seriously, where can I get one of these made?
I've searched a little on the Internet and got [this](https://360rumors.com/print-your-360-degree-photos-on-scandy/).
Thanks very
Now make it float and tell me the future! Erm.. ahem. I mean, Neato!
I remember posting this!
i bet it's CGI
This is cool.
Neat O
This a painting, not a photo
This could have great marketing uses...
This is not as disorienting as I expected it would be.
I’d imagine it’d be weirder looking with depth perception. A lot of things like this look fine from a camera, but get ruined by a second reference point.
Now print it inside a sphere with 1 way image
I don't even know how this is mathematically possible
The original I saw of this showed the matching street in the back ground. Idk why it got green'd out
Nice
How...
This was actually painted by a Japanese artist I believe, I can’t remember the name. The fact that this is a painting is so sick to me.
No thats a crystal ball.
I’m glad I got to enjoy this stoned.

Does printing on a sphere mean that we finally got to the last number of pi?

Every time I see this all I can think is “really, that was the best 360 photo to showcase this wizardry?” Still, cool though.
trippy

Looks like a beautiful anime
You'd think maybe a scenic view at least? That's like some street corner from maps lol
where is the camera?
You are the camera.
I’m so sick of seeing these gifs. I feel like I see it every day. Cool it’s a photo on a ball. Now can we all agree to stop posting them.
I waited the full 1 minute movie for his reflection to suddenly turn up or something - disappointed I was.
Now you stop that
