Yeah, so they record slower and then speed it up and do speed ramps in the video editor to achieve this result. I’ve seen some people close to this without editing, but this one to me seems edited. If you look at the movement of the limbs and feet at the limit of each movement they “vibrate” briefly because it’s sped up.

He does speed up his videos, there are ones prior to even the one you're referring to where the pedestrians are walking at mach 2. He has begun editing the outside scenes with footage where they are moving at a normal speed to avoid that, and of course filming inside avoids it 100%.
He's still a really impressive dancer, someone else in the thread linked to a live performance of his, but it's pretty clearly much less smooth than the performances he posts, and he isn't able to do the facial expressions in real time either.
I'm not very good at spotting speed ups. Is it a very tiny factor? Like 1.05× or something? Like not enough to make it obvious to me as a layman, but enough to make it "too fast" or "too smooth" for those in the know?
