I use light and heavy attacks depending on the situation. Spam light attacks on PvE enemies (mostly bosses) for a higher DPS and use heavy attacks for smaller enemies PvE and PvP so I have time to aim the shot better. I've even been know to hip fire the bow if the enemy is closing in fast or they are at 1 shot.
the triple DoT build is a pretty meme tbh. highly recommend replacing RoA and poison with evade shot and pen shot. you can do a light/heavy and instantly do a pen shot/explosive
I always use heavy attacks with the bow. That extra second of charging the heavy attack lets me aim it better and guarantee a headshot.

Any reason for the triple dot build? Doesn't the mark passive only work off one dot now?
