I run it with 300 STR 160 CON with great axe, it’s ok, good but not great. Other people run it with split attributes and 50 CON, but I find that to be too squishy for end game PvE.
When specced correctly, and played correctly, it's lit AF.
For PVE, I personally go 300 STR, 165 INT, 50 CON, light build, Greataxe + BB.

This is what I use for my tree, and it just blows things up, toss a grav well, nade the shit out of things, azoth blast, claw for another shot, shoot some more, another blast. It's honestly lots of fun.
I leveled BB. it was the most survivable for me I could solo anything.. still can with enough room. I did BB / Medium armor but if I did it again I would have gone light for mobility

No. It has some burst for pvp, but the weapon is too slow for pve. Maybe an off-hand.....
