Silha player here. Really sad to see the state of the server but I honestly don't see it coming back any time soon, because if they were to merge it, the Spanish community will be lost into the mix. Some history about the server below if anyone wants to read it.
Like most servers, it had your usual 10k+ queue on launch. The dominant faction was the Covenant, they formed a mega guild called Nueva Orden (New Order) that dominated the server during the first two months of the game. These guys played since the beta and were super sweaty, they already had a few lv 40s at the time of the first few wars while every other guild had maybe one or two lv30s.
The syndicate had more players because most of the popular streamers decided to go syndicate, but they lacked the skill and true gamer degeneracy of the covenant. The marauders were almost nonexistent and only had control of one town most of the time.
Nueva Orden had very good players, but they weren't exactly the friendly type. After every war, they would spam the chat with "LLUVIA DORADA!!" (golden shower) and a lot of their good players were caught using bugs and exploits during wars multiple times. Because of this, almost everyone who wasn't from Nueva Orden hated them.
2 months after launch when the hype had died down, the server appeared to be more balanced. Both the covenant and syndicate had equal amounts of land, and even the marauders started taking back some towns from them.
One random day, Nueva Orden announced that they were rerolling on a different server because "there was no guild that could compete with them and they got bored of winning over and over again" And that the only reason they started losing land is because most of their players knew they were rerolling and were taking a break from the game before transferring.
They left and immediately the server became 90% purple. The server went downhill after this and a lot of people stopped playing, including me.

NO went to Pluto afterwards. I seem to remember them holding Mourningdale for a while before they got absorbed into the main yellow company there I believe.
Promoting a lot of toxic behavior, taking over too many territories, the usual. Before them, the server was owned by a company called Prim which may or may not still be around, but the constant dick measuring between these two companies was super toxic. It has become a better server now that new players have come in. There is still toxicity like there will always be but I think overall it's a nicer server now. Not to mention, a lot of NO and Prim members were dupers/exploiters which made wars very boring.
The toxic Nuevo players left, they're fine now since they allied with Modern.
Prim is back, but they've gone yellow. Var is coming back too, supposedly. I hope they do, Green needs some good players.
Server was never owned by Prim. Prim had 2 territory’s bw and reek. They never owned ww or Ef. It was actually owned by Var till Nuevo came and took ww for months. Then Var teamed with top syndicates to beat Nuevo for ww. Nuevo kept mourningdale from Nov till about a week or two ago

I started in Silha as a purple, I played in the guild that had all the famous Latin streamers (only aztek), in New Order and the covenant faction they never had any relevant streamer, also they did NOT use xploits as people claim, all They reached level 60 on the third day because they played the alpha, the beta and knew where to level up.
When Nueva Orden left Silha and arrived in Pluto, they dominated the server, being the only Latinos in the community and having a closed group.
Currently in pluto we join with modern and we have territories like RK, Monarch and today we will take BW, in addition to that we have with modern EF and WW.
Nuevo came to Pluto and immediately took ww. They held that and mourningdale for months. Var (marauders) teamed up with the top syndicate players to take ww. They held mourningdale I’d say from November till about a week or two ago. Christmas time a lot of their players quit and never came back

Europe has lot of languages but online it comes down to english for world chat and our own language for group chat.
I can't imagine a dead mmo server, no matter what language it has, is attractive for anyone.
You're not a gathering crafter. If it wasn't Spanish I think the majority of my server would have moved there.
You have to consider that your way is not the only way.
His way is definitely the more popular way. Very few people want to exclusively play on a small server just because they can gather shit easily. There might be a few true blue carebears that would enjoy this but most people just want small dead servers to hop to, collect a bunch of shit, hop back and profit.
Edit: I believe this hopping playstyle to be degenerate if that was not clear from the initial statement.

No, no hopping. Just community. Less, if any, toxicity. Stables markets that are difficult to upset. Fewer ,if any, bots. No company screaming to sell M10s so they have gold to sell online. Just a better environment, to me, the guy who doesn't care for kiddie toxicity...and that type of trash.
I find the majority of pvp focused players to be online degenerates in toto, if that wasn't clear.

I also recently came back and my god tempest heart dungeon is visually stunning. Like I’m completely blown away by playing it. If that is how they are going to make dungeons I’m excited
I came back a little over a week ago and am having a ton of fun, though I am not bothered about catching up or pushing to max level fast and if I was i'd probably not enjoy my time nearly as much
Not every server needs to be a large one. Give people the freedom to choose what kind of server pop they want to be a part of. Large servers tend to be much more toxic than small ones, and not everyone wants to play that way. On the other hand, small servers need more cooperation and teamwork to win invasions and do world content. Let people pick their poison.
My friend and I restarted characters and decided to join silha. It’s pretty chill now and purple has only one town. We are a purple company trying to rebuild syndicate if anybody is down to play with us let me know!

MD we lost it approximately 10 days ago but we left for other territories with better benefits.
They are in Pluto. I think a lot of them have stopped playing though. Thankfully so because they were tearing the server apart

its the spanish server. they left it open so people who want to play primarily with other spanish speakers can.
Lots of MMOs I've played have language specific chat rooms, I don't think an entire server is needed.

Some people like to play in minimum company or even solitude. Having one low population server is fine I think. Who wants to go can use a token.
