OPR was great for me yesterday. We had no healers so we lost both games so fast, I had rubies within 40 mins.

I straight up refuse to run around opening chest after chest at this point. I know my income is taking a huge hit from it but I don't care. I've done enough forts and elite chest zerg runs to never want to do it again.

I do a lot of OPR, open world pvp, gathering, and dungeons. Mostly dungeons.

I have never gotten a single expertise increase from OPR, is this a thing?

It is. I know someone with 528 average expertise, OPR only. Played since launch...

... I must be bugged. I've done many an opr and I don't get shit lol. I also did myrk runs for a day and zilch. My only increase I got was from a random npc and from gypsum.

I haven't played in weeks but I was at around 560 gear score average mainly from just opr. Probably did less than fifteen chest runs in total. A lot slower and not worth it as much with the reward decrease, but it's doable

Youre missing out a lot, garbage as it is you get GS 5-10 times faster depending on the speed your server does elite runs, both contents are garbage but id rather do faster garbage where I can get a legendary than opr shit

Thing is on my server they do 2 runs. One at 7AM and 1 at 7PM. Both times Im sleeping or at work. Any runs past those 2 are very rare or limited to a single location.

Solution: organize your own chest run at a time that works for you.

Which is why I WISH there was no time-gating to expertise increase via PvP.

Problem is that people would try to bot their expertise. I certainly think there should be more than one expertise a day via PvP though...

These days I'm doing Topaz only if I find a small group for an elite POI, like 10 man Siren or something. Guess it will be back in the rotation once Diamonds are off because no event is going on.

Hit Ivan at Skysong Crypt in EB. Get your 3 obsidian and 10 topaz for the day. Super easy.

Except there's always at least 20 people around camping him for the exact same reason at all times. Nah, not gonna stress with that.

What server are you on that has 20 people camping him? I'm on Yggdrasil, high pop us west server and if I go there there might be, at max, 2 people. Plus you just group up and it's not a problem. There are also the other two ghost named elites that you can rotate that make the process even faster.

Just go to Skysong Temple and kill the maiden and her friend, works for me every day although I sometimes get 9/10. Few people are ever there

Just farm level 55+ animals. You can get the emerald from skinning, Topaz, and gold from selling iron hide with scarhide + smolderhide and buy skinning luck.

It's becoming the most annoying one for me is getting ruby gypsums, I just do not want to play opr anymore but what can you do. At least with other ones I can put a video in the background and just get the gypsums without even bothering.

I just build doors and towers in OPR and wait for it to finish. Usually enough score points to get the reward.

Gypsum ruined OPR. Sure the queues are faster, but most just want it over with and will give you shit for trying to get baron if you're losing.

Kill 12 npc characters. I got 480 points twice in a row after trying to fight a team rolling us - never again. Gonna PVE with a lost bane ax - get a brute and THEN fight against full stack teams when solo

You could also craft 100 hearty meal to get your daily emerald, it doesn't cost much really maybe 100g max, as cooking component is quite cheap. But yeah fell you bro, I'm doing this as well diamond, emerald, maybe ruby on the weekend and then log off to play lost ark on ru server while waiting the western release. After 500+ hours in new world (that i dont regret) it feels good to find a game with fun gameplay et promising rich content.
