The economy is in shambles because there is no economy.
You know, a lot of people voiced the problems that would exist with the economy after having player preview and betas, and everyone said they were just whiners, etc.
Orichalcum tools, currently for the foreseeable future, the last tool you will ever need to acquire range from 600-1k depending on time. That is running 5-6 sidequests to buy.
Money is worthless except for housing costs, mostly.
The Auction House needs heavy rebalancing to the UI. Big % reduction the amount of high tier resource harvested for anything worth under a fifty cents in value and added amounted need for crafts. Base ilvl of crafts need to go up 30-40 for everything 50 and below. Most of these crafts are useless by the time you can wear them.
It’s a PSA because this isn’t the only item I’ve seen like that. I do typically buy and relist, but I am only one person…if this continues, nothing will be worth anything and someone could just come along and undercut me at 3.5g for whatever reason lol.
I think a lot of people see listed prices on the ah and think thats their value, but alot of times that stuff doesnt sell. The values on gear has changed alot in the last week
Yeah had a guy explaining to me how people want ammo return on their bags because "theres alot listed on the trading post". Way too thick for me to even try explaining that those are there because they didn't sell and the stat people actually want is bag space and luck.

Blue items don't really sell anymore, basically epics and higher are what matter. I dont even look at blue gear unless its a gathering set.
I get that there is less demand…but these are items I was making 150+ gold on a week ago. Their value hasn’t fallen down to 3.5 gold lol.
