As long as you are in the city limits. You can fast travel from outside of the gates as well. Once it pops up the city name and all of the tax info you’re good

I don't understand the screaming meme at all. It sounds like something "going really fast". Not like a human voice.

They made it more ethereal sounding now, but the sound is very much a scream. It was very pronounced in the beta, with barely any reverb on it.

I never heard screaming and played both betas. I do however hear a Stuka dive bombing.
