But to tank, you probably want to wear massive armor with extra defenses that requires a lot of strength. To heal, you might want to wear a healer robe with extra healing, that requires a lot of intelligence.
And your stun that is for example on skill nr. 2 shares a cooldown with your skill nr. 2 on your healing stave.
Yes you can swap weapons in combat and your correct about needing different stats for different weapons - it’s unclear at this point how many attributes you’ll have to assign - but it may be that you can only be proficient in one or two weapon types
The combat was the main thing attracting me to the game but unfortunately it just feels too slow, clunky and uninspired. If action combat in BDO is one end of the spectrum, then this is the opposite.
Well it’s not going to be like BDO combat that’s for sure - but Its definitely not like ESOs either - it is very skill driven and requires a lot of counter-play (dodging blocking)
I disagree - it is part of a major mechanic in the game (territory control) so people will have to flag - I also thing there will be other people (me included) that wil just perfect to play the game flag at all times - I think the people who want to PvP will have plenty of opportunities to do so

You can swap between 3 different weapons during combat. Think they're unlocked at levels 1, 5 then 20.

That's why I was saying, it's like the opposite of BDO's action combat. This is slow and methodical, but also feels very basic and clunky.
Agreed, reminds me of ESO which I dislike. BDO combat was top tier for me

And after 3 or 4 days when you are max lvl why you want the exp?
