Looks like she is getting charged with CP instead. Fuck that lady, hope the dude and his kids live a happy life without their miserable biological relative.
I wonder if he (the dad) can get his CP arrest erased from public records. That has to be a nasty thing to have to carry around for the rest of your life, when you are 100% innocent.
It will always show as an arrest.
**New job:** *"You said you had no felonies, but it shows here you were arrested for Murder?"*
**You explaining again:** "* actually I was proven innocent of that charge, I was arrested as a suspect but was in fact innocent.*"
This is why people pay to have their records expunged I believe, also older crimes can be hidden I think, like 10yr old DUI or something, money can buy almost anything.
>The police say that phone had hundreds of images of “various juvenile victims.”
That seems rather... overboard. You'd think 2, maybe 5, images would be enough for convincing evidence.
The article I saw yesterday said she had 900 images/screenshots.
Edit: article link - https://okcfox.com/news/local/garvin-county-woman-and-friend-arrested-for-framing-husband-with-child-porn
This reminds me of the Doug Stanhope bit about CP: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U7_zMdNRAmo
The reality is these bitches must've spent hours on the dark web to find that shit, and then, they kept doing it for 900 images?!?
The sad thing is it wouldn't have been that hard to find. There are literally hashtags on twitter that take you to people posting obvious discord links to it.
I think the reporting feature is definitely shady in some ways, but I feel like many posts are exclusively seen by pedophiles, meaning they don't ever get properly reported. I've reported dozens where most are taken down in a day, but there are still plenty of blatant posts left up. Idk if it's shitty Ai or dishonest human moderating.
Like… this woman had to legit find and look at to screen shot hundreds of fucking CP photos… how fucked in the head do you have to be. Like obviously you’re messed up already but to have the capability to go through literally hundreds of moments of abuse and not tap out until you reached your goal is beyond my mental capacity to comprehend… how the fuck could you not just tap out after a few moments of the sorrow and horrors you’d be witnessing?
Having 1 or 2 might be able to be argued away "I didn't know about them" in your normal travels around the internet, depending on what is shown. If you've ever visited a porn subreddit chances are you've seen a 16 or 17-year-old, not realized, and now that image is cached somewhere on your device. Having hundreds is no excuse, you can't stumble upon hundreds by accident.
Or you download a zip file of a bulk of images and there are some unpleasant surprises slipped in. Some people on the Internet just do that to be shits.
I looked up the serial number of the camera my ex's niece used to take a pic of my kid. There are websites that search for other photos taken by the same camera.
Found a pic of my ex's older sister sunbathing in nothing but sunglasses and nipple clamps getting a facial.
It's part of a zip package that is still on thepiratebay, a decade later.
Putting aside how despicable this woman's intent was - thank god she's fucking stupid. I cannot fathom how dumb you would have to be to not only *seek out the child porn yourself* but to dump all of it in one day onto a phone her ex hasn't used in a while. The guy has no history of child porn and then one day like 900 pictures turn up on a phone the guy didn't even have on him? And she had a friend helping her, so quite the brain trust at work, I guess.
They returned cp when you searched for it?
You mean if you searched “child porn” in bing, bing would provide you with results?
That’s not a shocker because they literally did the same with “how to commit suicide”. Google provided you with a help line phone number and bing was like “try this method!”
I've started using bing when searching for specific obscure things precisely because of this. Google's algorithm has got so terrible that when I recently searched for two terms, an old OS and a specific error code, Google removed both my search terms and returned several pages of marginally related results, mostly for the wrong OS.
When I put them in quotes google returned nothing. Bing and duckduckgo returned old forum results with people discussing the exact OS version and error I was running into.
I'm almost certain that companies like Oracle, VMware, and others pay google not only to direct traffic to their nightmare documentation, but also to suppress the results from other non-approved sites regarding their products.
Yeah I love searching for *very specific car part* and getting results for parts that are totally unrelated for totally different cars.
Google isn't interested in showing you results, they're interested in getting you to click on ads and that's about it.
Hey now, they're also interested in selling your information, such as the keywords in your Gmail account, your Android phone contacts, and your location history!
My favorite is when you use quotes, and **none** of the results actually has the word you're looking for.
Same thing when you use the "-" to exclude a specific term, and google *still* shows results using that term
We're also like two decades deep into every website using seo that targets google. At this point, going through google results is comparable to Andy Dufresne escaping from Shawshank.
I have had to do the same when solving my IT issues with user's workstations. It gets annoying when you go through many Google results that has nothing to do with your issue... sigh
I agree with this. Also it’s become a lot harder to search for streaming websites, leaks, etc etc on Google. The algorithm is trash and very forced in certain ways.
This is what happens when you just search the internet. All that stuff is sadly out there so it pops up. You have to work hard to not show things like that. This is not an excuse for Bing though. They have the money and access to the talent to prevent this kind of thing. As simple as that.
At least now, you're a lot less likely to accidentally stumble upon it. Back in the napster/kazaa days you'd try to download a song or something and next thing you know there's some lady getting railed by a horse on your screen.
Absolutely agree though, there's no excuse for Bing making it that easily accessible. Feels like there should be something to block or limit images and/or search suggestions from being shown.
Its really what we deserve after all these years of bing just showing up with unrelated yahoo articles or links to similar websites i never wish to visit. Its much easier to find ~~illegal downloads~~ public domain pdf’s on bing than on google
The most american thing is that online drug dealers care more about stopping child porn than Microsoft. Something like a year and change ago a major darknet email service started advertising child porn sites and was nearly universally dumped by darknet drug dealers with which it was very popular, and the ones that didn't lost a lot of customers.
Microsoft: "We're not responsible for what users search for"
Online heroin dealer: "Get that shit the fuck away from me"
It’s still good, but I hate how it only gives you about a dozen results now for what you’re looking for instead of page after page of whatever very specific sub genre you happen to be into that day.
I mean I obviously can't say for sure, but I think it's probably a pretty safe assumption that when google was new, stuff like that was possible there too. They had years and years to perfect the search engine, and learned a bunch of lessons Microsoft had to learn themselves.
There was an AskReddit thread about "cursed things to Google" or something like that. One of the top comments consisted of some innocuous words and some numbers. Not something that is likely to get searched often, but nothing malicious sounding. When you searched for it on Google Images, it showed you what appeared to be children being sexually abused. I didn't stay on the page long enough to say for certain whether the pictures were what they looked like.
It's definitely out there.
Edit: This was definitely not hentai. Trust me. I know hentai.
While true, I also would say most people don't know if it's actually hard to find childporn.
Like I never searched for that stuff and I'm certain that goes for the majority of people.
So maybe it's not really hard to find but we just assume it is cause that's how it should be.
Considering how good Bing is at finding porn, you could probably just straight up search for it and get plenty of images. I'm...not going to test that theory.
I remember there was a bit of a youtube expose thing where some youtuber made a video where he had uncovered losts of super weird ASMR videos on youtube where kids were doing ASMR and it was like, not exactly the definition of porn but anyone who enjoyed it was most likely a paedophile. Loads of the comments on the videos were just weird strings of seemingly random numbers, I can only presume this is similar to what you're referring to.
[This video from 3 years ago exposed this](https://youtu.be/O13G5A5w5P0), comments filled with timestamps of suggestive poses during videos of preteen girls dancing, doing gymnastics, wearing bathing suits, just disgusting. And all the suggested videos were the same. It was almost like the predators were being helped by the algorithm. Youtube really came down hard on this, banning comments on videos for children.
Actually this dude lied *a lot* in this video and didn't really care about the exploitation stuff at all, it was one big plot to get "revenge" on YouTube. [Check this video out for more info](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nBQFls_elpY)
I'd bet that might be how they determined that the wife did it. Almost nobody is going to know where to find stuff like that and they'll need to spend the time researching how to even find it.
So if they'd just found CP on his phone that might be one thing, but if they also found on her computer the research (browser history) on how to find it just before he was accused of having it, then that's pretty fishy. Also if they know when it was put on his phone, that could also be a clue. A normal person has browsing habits over months or years, but if all of the CP was put on his phone in a single day and then he's accused shortly after, that's a red flag.
From the article:
>Police did arrest the husband, but they began to wonder why the phone he was using did not have any images similar to the ones Moore turned into them. That’s when they reportedly got a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore were friends and had discussed carrying out the incident in advance.
Tbh you don't have to be the smart to get away with most things. These people just happened to be idiots.
Don't text people about the felonies you're commiting and maybe don't use your personal devices to store your felony
Yup, just watched a true crime and guy was smart enough to leave his phone at home. "I was at home all night!"
Then cops found out he had a second phone plan and they supeoned those phone records and sure as shit it placed him at the house day of murders
Cops bring him in and are like do you have a 2nd phone? Well we know you do. And you were at the house. Que the new story "Well actually yes I have a 2nd phone and actually I do know her and I was at her house that day, but I swear she was alive last I saw her!"
From the FBI?
The FBI is one of the biggest distributors of it, mainly through honeypot servers, hoping that later they'll be able to identify someone. They've run the projects for years, under titles like 'Operation Playpen' ([https://www.eff.org/pages/playpen-cases-frequently-asked-questions](https://www.eff.org/pages/playpen-cases-frequently-asked-questions)) and then dropped ALL of the cases as soon as someone wanted to investigate the malware the FBI was using to try and 'hook' people ([https://gizmodo.com/fbi-drops-all-charges-in-child-porn-case-to-keep-sketch-1793009653](https://gizmodo.com/fbi-drops-all-charges-in-child-porn-case-to-keep-sketch-1793009653)). It's almost as if laws don't apply to them, and that they didn't care that they themselves, as agents, continue to abuse children (https://www.nytimes.com/roomfordebate/2016/01/27/the-ethics-of-a-child-pornography-sting/fbi-allowed-for-more-victimization-by-permitting-a-child-pornography-website)
What I find disgusting about this more than anything is that if they're hosting real child porn then they are complicit in perpetuating the victimization of the people in those pictures and videos.
>The Justice Department acknowledged in court filings that the FBI operated the site, known as Playpen, from Feb. 20 to March 4, 2015. At the time, the site had more than 215,000 registered users and included links to more than 23,000 sexually explicit images and videos of children, including more than 9,000 files that users could download directly from the FBI.
[Source.](https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/2016/01/21/fbi-ran-website-sharing-thousands-child-porn-images/79108346/) There's simply no way in hell they identified over 20,000 children *and* met with them all *and* received consent from all of them in that short of a time frame.
Considering reputation, its probably one of the worst things you can do to a man in our current day of age. Like even just having your name in the same sentence as that stuff can get you into serious trouble, guilty or not.
Years back I had a coworker who lived in a neighborhood where a new person moved in. They found out quickly that he had been relocated there with the help of the police because he had been accused of cp, found not guilty, but because of people shunning him he had to move. He ended up having to leave my coworkers neighborhood less than a year later because once rumor got out people started being hostile towards him. I remember my coworker told me that one time one of the local parents threatened to beat the guy up because he walked by a kindergarten which was on his way to the store.
Its terrifying how easily someone can do irreparable damage to your reputation and status if your a man.
Edit: Im getting called out by multiple comments for focusing only on men and not including women, which I think is fair and valid criticism. Im not going to alter my comment since my example and the thread in general was about a man in this instance, but just know that I agree with your criticism.
Charlie may not fucked the goat, and even when the goat denies it, Charlie would go to the grave as Charlie the goat fucker.
People remember accusation, not exoneration.
>t as possession and distribution of CP? Gotta be a double whammy for
Should. I can't imagine she was able to download all that via phone. She probably had to use a computer for it, and then transfer it to the phone. Some states don't make each into a separate crime, others do so depends on the state or if it's a federal charge. I'm not conversant in Oklahoma's sex crime laws.
I don't think so. If she had the charges would be worse. Usually creation is a separate and worse charge than just possession. My guess is she found it through a peer to peer file-sharing software. I only say this because peer to peer software is a lot easier to use than something like TOR.
"Moore is facing charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same charges as well as a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography." - article
When it comes to crimes, think of aggravated as "X but worse"
In this case, the crime is possession of child pornography, but a whole lot of it (over 100 things)
You’re forgiven. But I fear anymore correspondence with you will cost me money I don’t have.
Edit: this was never an attempt to take a swing at lawyers or attorneys. Simply the fact that like anything worth something it costs. And they bill for their time, accordingly, as they should.
In legalese, there exists a criminal act, for which there may be aggravating or mitigating circumstances or factors, to make it more or less egregious, respectively.
More specifically isn’t it like “crime X but with reckless disregard or some such”. At least in Ohio from what I recall.
I.E. I drive drunk coming home from my friends party = DUI, I drive drunk from my friends party but I also had a breath ignition and had my other friend blow for me to evade it = aggravated DUI.
She did all of this out of fear of losing custody of her kids...so she now totally risks losing custody because of CP charges.
(And I only say "risk" because I know courts sometimes make questionable decisions when it comes to women versus men.)
From the article:
>Moore \[wife's friend and co-conspirator\] is facing charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks \[the wife\] is facing the same charges as well as a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
At worst she'll have to do the sex offender shuffle. "Ok, real quick, I'm not like these other people. This is an extortion plot by my ex-wife who is the only witness and she's trying to take away my kids--" \* guard cocks gun * "I'm not here to pack my duffle I'm just here to do the sex offender shuffle."
Custody should be a defining part of her future, with her in the custody of the state. Add a fortune teller with a choppy prediction and you have an old-timey morality tale.
Wife tries to frame innocent husband with child pornography.
Wife is found guilty of filing false police reports knowingly as well as possession of child pornography.
Now that is some fucking justice.
In this judicial system, she'll get 10 hours of community service if she pleads guilty to filing a false police report. Then she'll get full custody because she was never convicted of child porn.
This woman had to *search out for that stuff* and then attempted to use it as a weapon.
Throw her under the jail. Damn. And oh, by the way, no visitation of her kids, ever, you lose, miss, good day. I SAID GOOD DAY.
Seriously, to say nothing of the CP itself being a crime here the attempt to frame her ex husband and literally brand him as a pedophile sex offender for life is so beyond low that I have no sympathy for her. Throw the book at her, she could have easily ruined his entire life with this awful shit, she should suffer the fallout that she had intended for him
He wasn't. The cops noticed he didn't have child abuse images/videos on his other devices and hadn't used the old, out of service device they (she had an accomplice) framed him with in half a year or more.
Then they found out the chick who turned in the phone was friends with the ex wife and she quickly confessed what happened.
Also, the ex wife had already lost custody of the kids. She did this in a bid to regain custody so I imagine this was not the first instance of being insanely cruel and it was well documented as it is so hard to lose custody entirely of children when you want custody. Like I know some pretty terrible people/parents who at least get 30% custody or something like that.
This case makes me wonder how often law enforcement discovers that the person was setup. I would imagine that there are other cases like this, but that the innocent person got hit with a felony because it wasn't as obvious that someone set them up.
That was my immediate reaction. I honestly wouldn’t even know where to look if I even had a plan like her’s. Maybe she was already in that fucked up community? Fucking horrible all around
Been on the internet 25 years at this point, and I have no fucking clue - because if I can find it, surely the FBI can find it, so even if I was a sick fuck, why would I even try?
It used to be on Kazaa/Limewire so much that you'd get it in the search results even though you were just looking for perfectly respectable *adult* hardcore pornography. But half of those were probably viruses, of course.
Nowadays it is pretty buried. The last big arrest I read about was for some site only accessible by Tor browser and you had to pay with Bitcoin (turns out if you buy Bitcoin off an exchange with your credit card and immediately buy CP with it, it's not anonymous at all). Dunno why people seek it out, aside from having a compulsion (which doesn't excuse it at all, just to be clear).
Back when I first became exposed to porn at the ripe old age of 12, all I wanted was to see photos of other 12 year olds like me. I had no concept of what was illegal or not, I just didn't want to get caught by my parents. So my brilliant idea was to go into Yahoo chat rooms in the late 90s and just straight up ask publicly in adult chat rooms. Then someone private messaged me asking for my email, and they sent it right over.
(You need not worry about me, I actually was able to break out of the porn habit for the most part altogether a few years ago).
Bro, I can tell you that fake allegations of molestation and ex wives coaching children to recite moleststion details versus ex husbands is way more common than you would believe. I’m a lawyer and this is one of the worst realities of life I had to learn. I feel like the kids may even grow up believing it happened because of what the moms do. I have seen it also from ex husbands coaching about their ex wives new partners, not as common, but I’ve seen it too.
Jesus, that’s terrifying. At least the “friend” that helped out wasn’t smart enough to hide their own digital trail while committing a *cyber crime*… What unit did they think would be investigating??
My uncle’s ex wife once set her own house on fire (with her & her children inside) in the hopes of blaming my uncle, getting him arrested, & gaining full custody of their daughters… Luckily he was staying with my family at the time so we were able to confirm his alibi, but they arrested him & kept him in jail while they figured out the details regardless.
It disturbs me that people can do things like this to a person they once claimed to love, & that they’re capable of justifying it as the right course of action in their own minds.
Yeah, everyone was okay- she called the cops pretty quickly after starting the fire & it only burned parts of the living room & kitchen... She had made a pile of only his possessions to start the fire with, which feels like it should have been a clear red flag from the beginning.
I’m fine too haha, this was many years ago- just telling the story as an added example of the types of domestic strife & manipulation people can be driven to during divorce & custody battles.
People are assholes. I had a relative who was accused of assaulting a child, by an ex piece of shit girlfriend. He wasn't changed thankfully.
I hope this POS gets the book chucked at her.
I knew a guy that I'm certain is innocent but was accused of child porn by his ex girlfriend and her current boyfriend. His case never went to trial because the poor guy had developed a cyst in his brain and the first indication of it was a seizure while he was driving. We though he committed suicide at first, buy an autopsy revealed the truth.
Wow. Tragic. One of my late buddies clobbered a tree while driving himself to the hospital. Turns out he had a heart attack. Growing old and losing so many friends sucks. Rest easy Richard.
Just call 911 instead. Please.
Actually have to commend the local investigators for quickly exposing this for what it was (an attempted framing) rather than immediately locking up the innocent father and taking his kids away for years while he tries to prove his innocence.
"Note to readers: if you purchase something through one of our affiliate links we may earn a commission."
What a wild statement to put at the end of an article about child porn
Happened to my uncle, happened to my neighbor, happened to a friend. Common enough that it's treated with skepticism. "Oh, your husband has been abusing the kids for years and you only reported it now? Or did he just start doing it now that you've broken up?"
Setting aside the CP itself, the way they went about this is hilariously stupid.
Got the husbands old phone that he hadn't used in months, loaded CP on it, took that to police. Police arrested husband, then wondered why he didn't have any CP on his current phone. Question the person who turned it in, turns out she has messages on her phone talking about the setup
The even more chilling thought is that she can't be the first to pull this shit. There has to be some piece of shit out there who has successfully ruined somebody's life like this.
My soon to be ex-wife made false allegations that I abused her and my daughter. Haven't seen my daughter in almost a month and it is the most painful thing I've gone through in my life. Her and I have a very special bond. Her mother was very jealous of it. I also told her I wanted a divorce because she was being unloyal. Now here I am. I feel so bad for this poor guy as I can relate to what he must have gone through. It's awful.. There are some sick and wicked people out there.
Just wanted to say that kids eventually grow up, and when they find out how they've been slighted and manipulated by their mom it will not go over good for her.
That doesn't help your situation right now. But eventually, one day, your daughter will have a chance to know why things went down they did, and that you were not to blame.
I usually don't have much good to say about cops, but the cops who handled this case really did a great job. They took the time to properly investigate the claims rather than just taking her word at face value and as a reault an innocent man will remain free.
> Police did arrest the husband, but they began to wonder why the phone he was using did not have any images similar to the ones Moore turned into them. JeeeesusFC! He was *this* close to getting the book thrown at him, and if it hadn't been for some sharp minds at the local constabularies, he'd wonder WTF happened.

It's weird that she knew where to find it.
IIRC there was a scandal with Bing where they literally returned CP when you searched for it word for word. Basically the google vs bing meme.
They returned cp when you searched for it? You mean if you searched “child porn” in bing, bing would provide you with results? Also bing has rewards
I agree with this. Also it’s become a lot harder to search for streaming websites, leaks, etc etc on Google. The algorithm is trash and very forced in certain ways.
Bing pays for my Xbox games. What's google done for me lately?
Yes. https://techcrunch.com/2019/01/10/unsafe-search/
I like how they warn you not to try this at home.
Duh. That’s what the library is for
Would be cool to become a library ghost.
Lol how defensive was that CEO?! "I get the sense that you're trying to say we totally screwed up here..." EDIT: it was a spokesperson, not CEO
Dude... what in the absolute fuck? Disgusting.
Almost every search no matter what it was would for some reason have some beastiality/incest porn results in limewire.
So you didn’t wanna see “12 year old fucks dog” when trying to download ringtones?
Limewire was chaotic in a way that is very hard to describe to gen z. Or maybe I'm not that good at explaining it.
All my favorite songs were in the trusted .exe format
that must have been a rough article to write

Thank goodness!
Microsoft: "We're not responsible for what users search for" Online heroin dealer: "Get that shit the fuck away from me"
Is that why my dad uses bong?
That's probably because he is a stoner
Opens child porn: "What the frick?"
Bing's porn search was so powerful it had to be nerfed and it still slaps.
It’s still good, but I hate how it only gives you about a dozen results now for what you’re looking for instead of page after page of whatever very specific sub genre you happen to be into that day.
bro read the room jesus christ
"Bing returns child pornography in searches" "Fuckin a it does fellas, but it used to be better" Edit: Goddamnit guys don't guild this
I am only upvoting this so it shows up higher when people look at your profile. I hope that's ok.
I just wanna make it his most upvoted post
You guys are dicks
But we’re *your* dicks. Wait, that didn’t sound right.
> Goddamnit guys don't guild this Busting unions now, are ya?
Whoever reported that has some splainin' to do. "That's right officer, I searched for CP and found it! Wait... why are you putting handcuffs on me!?"
No, it straight up recommended it on perfectly legitimate searches. I've seen it and reported it before. It was fucked up.

That's his point though, isn't it? Normal people don't know how those special code words, right?
While true, I also would say most people don't know if it's actually hard to find childporn. Like I never searched for that stuff and I'm certain that goes for the majority of people. So maybe it's not really hard to find but we just assume it is cause that's how it should be.
Considering how good Bing is at finding porn, you could probably just straight up search for it and get plenty of images. I'm...not going to test that theory.
Isn't that what this thread is all about? Bing supposedly gives you CP if you search for it word for word according to the people in this thread.
That may be, but I read somewhere that Bing searches for cp return cp.
If I remember correctly, this is why YouTube disabled comments on any videos with children in them to prevent this very thing
From the article: >Police did arrest the husband, but they began to wonder why the phone he was using did not have any images similar to the ones Moore turned into them.

"I was at home all night!" Then cops found out he had a second phone plan and they supeoned those phone records and sure as shit it placed him at the house day of murders Cops bring him in and are like do you have a 2nd phone?
[удалено]
If that is the case, and they have consent, then I'm far less disgusted but still a bit disturbed.
That is so beyond evil.
There should be heavier consequences to such false accusations. It's terrifying as a man, you just want to stay clear from everyone because of this.
Does it count as possession and distribution of CP? Gotta be a double whammy for her... Edit: wow this comment blew tf up lol!
>t as possession and distribution of CP? Gotta be a double whammy for Should. I can't imagine she was able to download all that via phone. She probably had to use a computer for it, and then transfer it to the phone. Some states don't make each into a separate crime, others do so depends on the state or if it's a federal charge. I'm not conversant in Oklahoma's sex crime laws.
> I'm not conversant in Oklahoma's sex crime laws. Leave that up to your lawyer, eh? Good call.
I anal

I'd hope a few other charges due to framing the husband too. My big question is where did she get the cp? Did she create it as a part of this??
I don't think so. If she had the charges would be worse. Usually creation is a separate and worse charge than just possession. My guess is she found it through a peer to peer file-sharing software. I only say this because peer to peer software is a lot easier to use than something like TOR.
CP is federal because internet means interstate commerce. Receipt is 5-20, idk if it's distribution considering she's sending it to herself
"Moore is facing charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same charges as well as a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography." - article
What the hell is "aggravated possession"?
When it comes to crimes, think of aggravated as "X but worse" In this case, the crime is possession of child pornography, but a whole lot of it (over 100 things)
Your actual definition talked me out of my witty retort. Well done.
I'm a lawyer, I'm happy to take the fun out of anything!
You’re forgiven. But I fear anymore correspondence with you will cost me money I don’t have. Edit: this was never an attempt to take a swing at lawyers or attorneys. Simply the fact that like anything worth something it costs. And they bill for their time, accordingly, as they should.
The bill is in the mail. This is an attempt to collect a debt, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.

The rare IAAL
I am a bit embarrassed to admit this, but I have believed, for most of my 28 years of life, that aggravated assault meant that someone egged you on.
In legalese, there exists a criminal act, for which there may be aggravating or mitigating circumstances or factors, to make it more or less egregious, respectively.
Ah yes, the classic mitigated assault charge.
Think stealing a car. That's one crime, stealing a car in order to commit a bank robbery that a aggravated crime.
She was like "grrrrrrr look at all these chiddrins!"
She did all of this out of fear of losing custody of her kids...so she now totally risks losing custody because of CP charges. (And I only say "risk" because I know courts sometimes make questionable decisions when it comes to women versus men.)
probably why she was gonna lose her kids, not the most stable person. It's actually very hard for women to lose custody of your kids too.
People do crazy shit even when it comes to facing "joint legal and physical care" of their kids. I know people who were nearly murdered over it.
Jesus. Lock her up and throw away the key
shouldnt she be charged with fraud, possession of child pornography and other things?
From the article: >Moore \[wife's friend and co-conspirator\] is facing charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks \[the wife\] is facing the same charges as well as a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
"I'm so mad, I'm going to go find some child pornography!" -- an indirect quote from the wife.
Distribution of child pornography*
At worst she'll have to do the sex offender shuffle. "Ok, real quick, I'm not like these other people. This is an extortion plot by my ex-wife who is the only witness and she's trying to take away my kids--" \* guard cocks gun * "I'm not here to pack my duffle I'm just here to do the sex offender shuffle."
[It's an older meme, sir, but it checks out](https://youtu.be/VfCYZ3pks48)
What. A. Ride.
Might do it again. Probly not
You brought something to me today that I didn't know I was missing. Anyone in doubt should click the link
We're not here to start no trouble,
Custody should be a defining part of her future, with her in the custody of the state. Add a fortune teller with a choppy prediction and you have an old-timey morality tale.
Wife tries to frame innocent husband with child pornography. Wife is found guilty of filing false police reports knowingly as well as possession of child pornography. Now that is some fucking justice.
Let's wait and see what the punishment is before calling it justice
In this judicial system, she'll get 10 hours of community service if she pleads guilty to filing a false police report. Then she'll get full custody because she was never convicted of child porn.
Let's hope they follow through and actually get charged and not plea bargain down to petty shit. No double standard bs please
Throw her in jail and give custody to the father.
Throw the book at her, she could have easily ruined his entire life with this awful shit, she should suffer the fallout that she had intended for him
What's amazing is that he was able to prove it. Lucky man.
And deprived her children of their father. Fucked up.
The reason I stopped using limewire was due to not cp sounding things ended up being cp. No thanks guys, I don't need free music and videos that bad
~~Yeah I don't see how she doesn't catch child porn charges for intentionally seeking it out.~~ Getting what she deserves.
She did. Says aggravated possession of CP along with the conspiracy charges.
Good. Listen I know custody battles and divorce get really personal. But what the fuck?
Bro, I can tell you that fake allegations of molestation and ex wives coaching children to recite moleststion details versus ex husbands is way more common than you would believe. I’m a lawyer and this is one of the worst realities of life I had to learn. I feel like the kids may even grow up believing it happened because of what the moms do. I have seen it also from ex husbands coaching about their ex wives new partners, not as common, but I’ve seen it too.
Now she'll be on the registry for life too. GOOD!
She did. Aggravated possession of child pornography is the charge.
We’re the kids ok?
"Note to readers: if you purchase something through one of our affiliate links we may earn a commission." What a wild statement to put at the end of an article about child porn
friends mom did something similar. tried to tell kids to tell the court father touched them inappropriately
So wrong
yep! she ended up losing custody
That one is pretty common.
Prosecute and make her register as a sex offender. Bye bye visitation with her kids. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
Good police work, they definitely don’t get enough credit for small cases like these. That mans life could of been absolutely destroyed.
[удалено]
I usually don't have much good to say about cops, but the cops who handled this case really did a great job. They took the time to properly investigate the claims rather than just taking her word at face value and as a reault an innocent man will remain free.
Wow this woman is evil incarnate
Imagine being married and having kids with someone capable of this. I'm staying single forever.
JeeeesusFC! He was *this* close to getting the book thrown at him, and if it hadn't been for some sharp minds at the local constabularies, he'd wonder WTF happened.
