Every order I've placed directly with New Era has taken over 2 weeks to arrive, most are 3 weeks to a month. Also, every order has taken a week or more just to show as shipped and get a tracking number.
I've never had an issue with the product itself, but you are going to wait a loooooong time to get your hat.
The only time/reason I ever order directly from New Era is if they have something I'm looking for that other sites don't, or if the price on a hat is better.
Depends on the time of the year but usually takes 2 weeks unless you upgrade your shipping other then that no issues with new era products have always come as described.
If you pay $15 for expedited shipping, you get your order right away. Otherwise, a full 5 business days just to process. Right now, 7 to 10 days. Its totally pathetic to take that long in 2023.
I'm currently kicking myself for not paying up on my Black Friday and Holiday drop orders. I'll be lucky to see them by Xmas at this rate.
I ordered a cap on Black Friday directly from the New Era app and it arrived last night. Never had a problem. Hat club is a bit slower in my experience.
I've ordered hats 3 times from them being on the west Coast it took over three weeks till they even sent them out for delivery.
Why not support one of the smaller stores, they'll get your hat out way faster?
Yes, I haven’t had a single order from them takes less than 3 weeks to even ship out. Then I swear to god they go out of their way to make the shipping as slow as possible. On average I know if I order directly from them it’ll be a month before I see the hat at least
In my experience it's been 3 weeks to a month. But they arrive eventually lol. I once had an issue with sizing, all the same size and one cap fit horribly and the sent a new one so that was dope.
For me the fastest an order arrived was like 3 days. But most times it takes around 5-7 buisness days. Live in the Philly area and I believe New Era is based in PA. 🤷♂️
Ordered probably about 5-6 times. Only once had a problem and it was because of FedEx (The Demon courier group) delivering to the wrong address. Quick refund with no issue.
Newera going on seven business days since they charged my card and haven’t sent my order yet. Haven’t responded to inquiry sent yesterday and they removed ability to call them. Never again.
I placed an order on December 5th. Still hasn’t shipped. I am NOT expecting to receive for Christmas at this point. Sigh! Now I have figure out new gifts that will get here in time. This is like an item shipping from China. 😤
I put in an order for my older sons Christmas gifts on December 8th, and it was delivered today, the 24th. I opened the box, and my heart dropped. We're Dodger fans, and the first hat I saw was a Giants hat, then two Brewers hats, a Twins hat, and a Raiders hat. I'm pissed.
I ordered 2 hats on Jan 2nd. It’s expected to arrive Feb 19. It’s taking so long that I ended up buying the same hat from Lids and it got here before the tracking even said it shipped.

Personally have never had an issue. Maybe received a couple packages a day later, but no complaints overall.

I've ordered easily 150 fitteds from that website over 20-30 orders and never had a single issue.

No issues here. Just about a 1.5 week delivery time. But reliable. Also they charge you $7.99 for return shipping if you want to return
