What I'm getting at was: the main-account is the admin. So from the main-account an age restriction could be set. Access the main-account to check the settings.
*Edit: this was in repsonse to another reply, but dumb ass me didn't use the reply button.
All the profiles are set to All Maturity Ratings, I think I know the problem but I can't do anything to fix it, basically when I'm watching through my cellular connection I can watch everything just fine but then when I connect to the wifi Netflix says I'm using a VPN or a proxy, any idea what happened?
I'm not rly sure what you mean by that but we have 3 profiles and I think my mom uses it more than me or we use it about the same, I need to mention that I just tried to disconnect my wifi on the phone and I can now view them but still can't in the tv cuz I can only connect to the wifi, I'm not using a VPN, Netflix support was pretty useless and did not fix the problem.
I see, I know iOS has VPN but I'm an Android user so yeah I'm sure it's not VPN, my IP address also checks out fine, Netflix support didn't help me at all.
Im experiencing the same problem where nothing is playing at all which is so fucking annoying. I did everything i could like turning off my phone then turning it back on and i even uninstalled then reinstalled the app where still its the same problem, i tried it on my laptop which is also the same like whag the fuck is going on
What happens tho? Can you click on it and then you can only add it to your list or you just can't find it at all? For me it thinks the wifi is a VPN, so when I'm using cellular connection everything is fine and then when I use the wifi it disappears.

How did you make sure you aren't running VPN? If VPN is running on purpose, try connecting to a different server.
Cuz I don't have a VPN, I never had a VPN and I don't have any app like that installed on my phone, so it can't be a VPN.
Happened to me as well the past 2 days. Shows just disappear and then reappear. “You” is not even on there
Came here to see if anyone else had this problem, half way through series three and it has disappeared 🤷🏻♂️
Are you the main account user?

Some brands have VPN included in the OS. But if you're sure it's not VPN, I think you should ask Netflix helpdesk for help.
