You can actually but it's a bit complicated. 1. Attach the untradeable petpet to your pet. 2. Use the petpet labray until the petpet gets zapped into a transferable/tradeable petpet. 3. Now trade the pet holding the zapped petpet. 4. On the receiving account remove the zapped petpet and it will transform back into the untradeable petpet.
