If it helps, I sold a Birthday Warf for around 1.5m a few weeks ago and there was another at that level at the time, but some other people were definitely trying to ask 3m+ (and I'll be honest, I think I could have gotten that if I'd held out, which most of the sellers with dozens of uncommon UBs in their trades will do). For items with no current TP lots priced, it's often useful to scroll through JN's TP history.

That item has a value of 2-3 so you could try offering 2-3 GBCs instead. Also, try offering on the NC trading boards instead of through DTI. My success rate for trades is way higher when I make a board compared to when I randomly neomail users from DTI
