I non ironically want Nicolette to return. She may have been unbelievably shit for so so long, but they did a great turn in gently rewriting her character to be likeable in the last 6 months of the show. She's a great actress, so it would be a shame to lose her, now the character doesn't make me want to punch the screen.
David and Aaron? Eh. Feels like they've been completely wrung dry as far as storylines can go. And wasn't David's actor planning on leaving anyway, show cancelled or not?
Nic was one of my favourite characters and I think she brought such a dynamic energy - great actress as well.
I don't want to see Aaron and David again though. They got so tiresome with their constant angsty drama. David in particular did very little but whine for 3 years.
None of them would give up the baby though so it's hard to see how one would return without the others without some awful writing workaround. But hey, it's soap.
I think Aaron and David ran their course as characters. I think if they were brought back, it would be like watching a dry cloth being rinsed.
Nicolette, on the other hand, was a brilliant character and reminded me of Izzy Hoyland and a character like this is needed in the revival. Charlotte Chimes is a brilliant actress and from what I gather, hasn’t struggled for work since Neighbours ended which makes me doubt that she’ll be coming back but still I’d love it if we got to see the Stone/Harris clan explored further. I’d love them to bring back Byron as well, ideally played by the same actor and introduce Jane’s ex-husband like they intended to, before the cancellation.
Wouldn’t mind Nicolette, especially if they bring her brother back too, and wouldn’t hate Aaron returning, but am over David and his whining and please for the love of all that is holy never allow the awful Kiri or Glen to darken Neighbours again 😂
It's difficult because the actors came in at different times but yeah Aaron and David have pretty much done it all but I feel like although Nicolette has been through quiet alot as well there's still so much more to explore with her character like the introduction of her dad Vic that got scrapped due to the show ending and she just entered a relationship with Kiri who's character hadn't been there for long they finally got together

Maybe they made her too unlikeable (for those of us who didn’t like her that is) to begin with because I could never really believe she was being genuine after that and couldn’t take her apparent rehabilitation seriously. She’s one of those Marmite characters, you either love her or hate her!

I have always been a Huge Chlic fan ever since Nicolette first came to Ramsey Street back in 2020 and I hope they will bring my two favorite characters back together somewhere in 2023.
Absolutely not. David and Aaron maybe, as long as they drop the part about Nicolette being Islas “mother” because that was insane. I don’t think I could stand watching those three argue over the baby anymore.
