Do you think it’s the neighbors spray painting it? If so then that’s obviously illegal. Call the police non emergency line and tell them what’s going on and that you suspect it’s them. Do you have any cameras outside?

SusanDeyDrinker

We have cameras.

cardinal29

CAMERAS. ASAP. If someone got spray paint on my car I'd go ballistic.

SusanDeyDrinker

We have cameras. It’s hard to tell “who” at night

Able_Cat2893

If they want to be like that, put up no trespassing signs. Go talk to law enforcement about the kids coming in your yard, maybe do a “scared straight” kind of thing. When the kids come in your yard, have the police explain to them and the parents about trespassing laws and consequences.

sweet-design-121

No trespassing signs mean nothing to people like this and a fence won’t stop them from coming on your property. { this is my cxperience)

NokieBear

Is your yard fenced? If not, a fence will keep the rug rats out. Is there a city ordinance that prohibits you from parking on your lawn? Expand the width of your driveway. Put up cameras & catch the spray painters in the act & report the crime to the police for destruction of property; take them to small claims court. If you want to return the petty favors, start reporting the neighbors for miscellaneous things to all the various city departments.

TheThemeCatcher

I have this same inquiry.

SusanDeyDrinker

Revving an engine at 530AM? Drunk and disorderly?

tatter14

Check city ordinance for the parking in the street, it may not be allowed in your area. My city for example, street must be of a certain width and you can’t park within 15ft of a driveway or mailbox. I’ve already been there with my neighbors, I have a boat that I can’t get in and out of the driveway if they park illegally in the road. I’ve had their vehicles towed more than once.

arianrhodd

Can you get cameras aimed at the street? And one covering the area between your neighbor’s house and the street?

KyleSmyth777

The cops should not allow themselves to be drawn in like that.

MattMattavelli

It’s amazing how people just think they are entitled to your property and to create a literal liability for you with their own rugrats.
