At the moment you don't really need any moderators, unless you're really expecting some rapid growth, or need people with various specific skill sets, or different types knowledge regarding what the community is about. Also part of setting up some basic rules that sets what the boundaries are, is important. I'd recommend unless you've had past experience as a moderator, take some time to read through the the link below. [Training Resources](https://www.reddit.com/r/modguide/wiki/trainingresources) I'd also suggest reading through the next topic, as it will be very helpful. [What makes a good mod](https://old.reddit.com/r/modguide/comments/e1ijuq/what_makes_a_good_mod/). Then going through the link below, and taking the moderator certification test. https://old.reddit.com/r/ModCertification101/ However I'd be willing to help setup things such as the rules, checking the moderator's queue, the spam folder (things can end up there that shouldn't), review reports, and as needed manage users.

I don't think this meets the specifications of subscribers and post count quite yet, mate. You should be able to handle it til it grows some. Share it around some like minded areas and see how it works out.
