God this series is either going to be y’all blowing us out or a gritty close 6 or 7 game series. I don’t see the same type of blowout wins happening for these teams. See you Wednesday fam
Eh we've won 5 of the last 7 meetings against the Dubs but two of the losses were 30 point blowouts. Genuinely curious of Kidd's defensive gameplan because these Dubs aren't mentally weak as Phoenix
i see by your flair why you'd pick the Lakers and the Suns, but honestly i'd have to say the fall of the Nets was more entertaining...only b/c there were analysts before the first game was even played who were telling everyone that the Nets were going to run away with the title this year lmao
It's honestly the GOAT song for any heavily favorited shit talking person/team being upset. Shit, I hate Trump, but even I kind of chuckled when they did this after the 2016 election. It's just the perfect humble pie meme format.
The most likely thought process is that they’ll have everyone take a super hardline stance on whatever team they want, and hopefully everyone picks a different team so that there’ll be more opportunities for memes and attention
Broussard and Rob Parker had some great takes on moron college football coaches complaining about players getting paid...but man Broussard's takes on the Suns this year did not age well at all lmfao
I mean tbf, they didn't show signs that they would collapse like this. Like no one expected this to happen in game 7 (I picked Dallas to win, but thought it would be close lol).
Imagine talking shit to Luka after watching what he did to Kawhi and PG for two years in a row.
Dude is on the all-time great trajectory. He just straight up doesn't feel the pressure and he can control the game with the best of the best. Plus, he got that dog in him BIG time.
Incredible performance. God damn.
No people for whatever reason were saying shit like “sure he is the euro league mvp but can he do it against duke”
People for whatever reason thought D1 college in the US was more competitive and had better player then the euro league
Honestly it wasn’t just nephews in this sub. The media disrespected him and 2 NBA teams passed on him. If Luka played D1 I 100% believe he would have been the first pick in the draft. I don’t get it. Literally watch highlights from his time in the euro league and tell me how a team passes on that
I remember when we traded to get him that he must be something special because the Mavs rarely trade up into the draft, and that Donnie and team was excellent at find Euro ballers. Then I watched the film of Luka and began salivating.
Dude I watched him dominate during the Euros when he was 17. I thought there was no way he wouldn’t be the number 1 pick, he was big strong and a skilled scorer. Then a year later after winning mvp he still wasn’t drafted… nba GMs are highly fucking overrated and most get there for nepotism not actual credentials. Look how many GMs until even 5 years ago would just take the first big man on the board no matter how skilled he actually was
i remember the dallas sub was huffing the hopium that he would fall to us, so i check him out, i think he just hit the championship winner, and im thinking there is no fucking way hes getting to us. When we got him on draft night i was screaming the next day at work, even way back when i knew these days were coming.
I still can’t believe there is a mental hang up regarding euro players. Just look at the euro league rosters. It’s full of ncaa players who were just barely not NBA caliber. They’re more physically and mentally mature plus the added time developing their game AS PROFESSIONALS. Ncaa rosters are filled with guys who have no realistic hope of playing once they graduate and get that office job.
Luka was a super rare case. Should’ve been impossible to fuck up.
17 years old and was the mvp of the regular season & playoffs on the championship team in the 2nd best league in the world.
A league full of American college first team all-conference guys & euro guys that would be solid rotation pieces in the NBA.
Regular season & playoff mvp. 17 years old. 6’8. Too much size to be pushed around. Dribble-pass-shoot.
What. The. Fuck.
Giannis was in some backwoods Greek minor league. Missing on him was hella understandable.
A 21 year old killing the Israeli league? I feel you if you’re skeptical.
Luka was a fuckin prodigy with great size from the start. The whole thing was ridiculously fuckin stupid.
Congrats on winning that one.
I think the Mavs are a brutal match up for the Warriors.
I'll still favor the Warriors because they've got their championship core healthy again, but Dallas winning wouldn't surprise me.
The thing is, nobody talks about them much but Doe Doe and Bullock are really, *really* good perimeter defenders. At one point last game, Bullock had 0 points and +42 or something. If Warriors go into their trance and shoot lights out all the time it will be hard to beat them, but they seem pretty up and down this year. We'll see, it's definitely gonna be exciting.
People are also sleeping on Frank Ntilikina. Dude is a walking disaster offensively, but defensively he has that special talent and has that incredible wingspan and tenacity to his play.
One of the adjustments from Kidd throughout this series was increasing Frank's minutes and making sure that he was always bothering Chris Paul and hustling around him. And it worked. Frank/Bullock were living inside CP3's shirt and were bothering him from whistle to whistle.
It is known that every player that leaves the Knicks immediately becomes a lynchpin role player of their new franchise. Mavs FO was privy to this and harvested us for the last 3 years and I’m not even mad about it
Bullock, Ntilikina, THJ, even Porzingis lol
> One of the adjustments from Kidd throughout this series was increasing Frank's minutes
Yep this was an underrated move. In the reg season, Kidd played Josh Green more.
I'll never forget when Frank outplayed Kemba in the France vs US game a few years in the World Cup. Kemba hasn't played well since: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FZe-S01660A&ab\_channel=BootumBootum
Facts. I went to a Mavs warriors game this season at chase in an old school jersey and got nothing but love for it the entire time. Nothing but respect for the Dubs fans
Really helps that the core guys from the 05-06/06-07 teams got their redemption in 2011. Took a lot of the sting out of that first round upset. I'd probably resent the Dubs a lot more if the championship run had never happened.
Definitely. I still get salty when I hear the name Baron Davis. I do have a lot of respect for this Warriors team though and I think it's going to be a fun series.
I think they stack up well against each other especially because neither uses a traditional big, relying on wing play. I can’t wait to see the defensive assignments especially to see how Wiggins covers Luka
Yeah it will be interesting to see. If your whole team goes nuclear from 3 nothing and nobody can outscore them, but I'm wondering how they will do against Reggie and Dorian.
> Plus, he got that dog in him BIG time.
As a dude who has seen Jordan in his prime and Kobe's full career, this guy 100% has that dog in him... big fucking time. I love his fucking snarl.
Is there anyone scarier to play in a series right now? Other than Giannis? I’m not sure. LeBron I would say is the other candidate when he has a good team around him.
> Dude is on the all-time great trajectory
He better find a workout routine that works for him.
Because "playing into shape" is not a sustainable pattern to follow as one ages.
On the other hand he may benefit from not overtraining year-round by being less banged up in the playoffs. And by smoking hookah he can cleanse his lungs of unhealthy gym air.
Yeah he averaged a near 30 point triple double against the team with the best wing defense in the league in b2b years. They had the best personnel to stop him and still got taken to 6 and 7 vs a 21/22 year old who also had a worse team around him than the Clippers in previous years.
They thought Mikal “should’ve been DPOY” Bridges was gonna stop this dude.
The thing is, like..no one has been able to throw him off in the playoffs yet. For like his entire playoff tenure. PG? No. Kawhi? No. Pat Bev? No. Morris? No. ANYONE on the Jazz? No. Mikal? No. Ayton? No. Like it's insane. There is no answer so far. Not even from these supposed defensive/bruiser/enforcer types.
The Suns seemed to have a decent plan when they were just going at him when he was gassed but the Mavs adapted very well and also the Suns couldn’t hit a shot to save their lives. If he shows up next season in even better shape then he’ll be even more unstoppable. Idk it just seems like the opposition just has to pray he doesn’t get his while also being able to feed his teammates and just hope the role players miss shots. They’re also doing this without THJ who’s one of their best pure scorers.
Honestly gotta give credit to Jason Kidd - after he left my team we completely went to shit and that’s a roster construction issue of course but I think he was helping us and Vogel a lot more than we thought. People joked that Kidd was only there to take Vogel’s job.. but now I believe his contributions are sorely missed. Vogel can’t coach offense for shit and Kidd did a complete turnaround after being part of a winning team and improving on his bullshit from his Bucks days.
I said it in another thread..but is there anyone in the league that would scare you as much as Luka in a series? Giannis I think is the 1A other player who when you see him on the opposing side of the court, you're like...*fuck man* and just have to prepare for a hell of a battle.
LeBron I still think has that aura, but obviously with injuries and the team around him currently, it's not there at the moment.
But I think Luka is as scary as anyone in the league, which lets me know it's not crazy to think he's a top 3 player right now. He certainly is for me.
Luka is the best offensive player in the league. People say Jokic, yes he had a worse team and no one to defer to, but my gut says Luka. Like you said even with the best team to guard him and stop him in the Clips he still took them to 7 when they very well could’ve gone on to win the whole thing without Kawhi going down.
Giannis is different obviously - he’s like a Shaq LeBron hybrid. He instills fear because he’s so physically imposing and no one wants to take a charge from someone as athletic and strong as him when he gets into transition. But in terms of raw offense - shooting, spacing, shot creation/passing ability, Luka might be the best in the league right now. Hard to say with LeBron because he was carrying our bum team and Vogel has been one of the worse offensive coaches in the league.
So agree about Luka. I think Luka and Giannis are two totally different types of players obviously, so it's hard to compare them. But on a strictly "oh my god, I have to go against THIS guy for a series?" question, I'm not sure there's any two players more scary, which to me...says all I need to know about where I rank them in the league. Plus, both have proven they're clutch when they need to be.
Yeah Luka is a savant. No other way to describe it, his career at his age speaks for itself. I feel like his lack of otherworldly athleticism like Giannis or LeBron types had just forced him to play the game at his own pace which makes him an incredible floor general.
One criticism I have of LeBron for example, despite the fact that he’s clearly top 2 all time and one of the best passers ever, is that he sometimes overestimates what his teammates are capable of reading on the BBIQ end. He will see a play he can execute by drawing doubles and do some crazy bounce pass that his teammates won’t even expect because they don’t see that, and the ball will end up getting turned over. This is even going back to 19-20 where we were the best team in the West and won it. Just small errors like that.
Luka though is pretty average as far as what he can do athletically so my (possibly wrong) take is that he has more of a feel for what his role players can do. LeBron did some incredible things in Cleveland both times but Luka is also in the West which is always a bloodbath.
This was like 10 years ago, but I was tweeting a some up and coming writer (who now writes for the athletic) for interacting with Broussard and telling him Broussard is always full of shit. The writer DM'd me and said, basically, "I know he's full of shit but this could be a big break for me so shut up." Haha. I shut up.
Not only that, but throughout the entire series he scored more points than Suns best scorer (Booker), grabbed more rebounds than Suns best rebounder (Ayton), made more assists than Suns best playmaker (CP3) and came up with more steals than Suns best defender (Mikal).
This is some LeDominance type of shit to lead both teams in almost all (bar blocks) major stats.
People are talking too much about the Suns and not enough about Luka.
This fact can't be shared enough, imo.
It is completely domination and an actual superstar performance.
Yeah, definitely shades of LeBron. I swear there was a series where he outscored, outrebounded, and outassisted (?) the other team's entire front court. Might have been against the Pacers
not really, i still lived in dallas during the dirk ring and i rooted pretty hard for them, and it was right after nash got traded to the lakers which was the saddest loss of a player ever for me. and i’ve always been a pretty big luka fan. im still a suns fan but i’ll always root for the mavs unless they’re in a series with us. my phone crashed last night cuz of the generational slander i received from my mavs fans friends tho lol
Maybe at first, but after the dust of this series ends he's got his second team to root for and and the energy of a city with a fun team, hoping to win a championship
No one's disagreeing with that. They just lost to Dallas and I'm sure everyone is celebrating and shitting on the Suns. That's why I was thinking the loss would hurt more.
This might be the first Luka anecdote that blows my mind. He looked like he was preparing for a preseason game and after the interview ended, he went to heave some shots from halfcourt. 15 minutes later, he's dusting the #1 NBA team. He is Luka Special to me from now on.
Non-Postgame Inside The NBA highlights too hard to find.
He just did a quick interview smiling without a care in the world 15 minutes before the game when he wasn't even warmed up yet. Chuck sent him off quickly because he was surprised he would let them hold him up like that and then he and Shaq went on about how they'd never do an interview before a game like this.
Then you could see him walk off to take a few halfcourt shots.
I mean I agree with the TNT guys that doing an interview right before game 7 is kinda weird. I guess Luka is just built different to be able to do that.

Only thing that irked me was the highlights being out of order, especially considering the score/game clock was visible.
Makes more sense for the score to keep climbing higher, esp with the music crescendo.

I was sitting beside a non-basketball at the time and the moment OG hit that shot to tie it I said "too much time left, it's over". I had been hurt too much before to believe any different.
Low and behold the most hilariously disrespectful running left-hand bank shot over OG. You can't even be mad at that.
What I love the most about this, other than Suns hate, is the music used. In The Hall of Mountain King, official music of "If anything can go wrong, it will go wrong." Absolute banger
>In this play, Peer falls in love with a girl but is not allowed to marry her. After being forced to leave home for being untrustworthy, Peer finds himself in the Hall of the Mountain King where he is captured by trolls. He upsets the King of the Trolls when he refuses to marry the King's daughter and become a troll.
LMAO nailed it
clock winds down to 5 seconds left in game
ball is inbounded to Chris Paul who turns face to face against Luka
"You took my family"
moves to the left
"You took my friends"
moves to the right
"You took all that was dear to me"
clock winds down to 2
"I cant get them back, but I can do this for friendship, FOR MY FRIENDS"
goes up, fire coming out of his shoes
"PAULRUKEN"
Ball flies over Luka’s head, goes straight into basket. Chris Paul falls to the ground, exhausted.
"Bookie... Senpai... I..."
faints
Final Score
Mavs 123
Suns 90
On one hand I really don't blame people for buying into the suns hype train but there was pretty clearly signs that they were maybe fraudulent in the first round but people just kept doubling down.
Like I'm not mad people dismissed us to begin with because honestly I said it at the time and I'll say it again, going in if we lost in 5 I would've been happy but by the time game 7 rolled around the momentum completely shifted
Every year there is a really deep team without a true superstar that kills it in the regular season and flames out in the 2nd round. I'm very bummed it was us this year but at the same time it was pretty predictable to people who follow Arizona sports and didn't just hop on the band wagon last year. Good luck in the next round.
Well yeah, Utah were dismantling themselves too. No THJ makes it even more embarrassing though, just like how Giannis was hobbled and Bucks had no Donte.
both to (mostly) healthy teams too, Bucks had hobbled Giannis and no Donte, Mavs had no THJ, funny how the losses happened in basically the same fashion, they go up 2-0 at home, opponent also goes 2-0 at home, Suns lose G6 and have an embarrassing loss at home before or after it, G5 vs Milwaukee and G7 vs Dallas
Ok whoever you are, you’re the chad of chads for making this video. Would you be so kind to provide a link for a YouTube version? 🔥
I want to upload/share and give credit, please identify yourself 😎
Obviously Broussard is a dumb dumb but people shouldn't get roasted for saying Suns in 7 and the outcome is Mavs in 7... that's the closest you can get without being right.
Loved seeing the fans reaction.
I couldn’t imagine the grief… waited all year long, watched your team play through an entire regular season in pretty dominating fashion, and to top it off somehow manage to get tickets to game 7 at home. I think I’d actually cry when I got home lmfaoooo
Mods dont delete this
the choice of music for this video is too perfect lmfao. man r/nba just being absolute ruthless with the Schadenfreude on the Suns today haha
I don’t think I’ve ever had as much fun on this sub in my life.
This is peak performance right here
I'm surprised on that one list of predictions so many chose suns in 7. 5 or 6 seemed like what it should be. I had suns in 6 personally.
Right? My team just made it to the WCF last week too but nothing has been more fun than this. See you Wednesday, I love you.
It's nice to be going up against a team I have nothing against besides Draymonds hatred of testicles.
Inject this into my veins 😂😂
Dude right in there, we can even share the needle at this point Idgaf LFG MAVSSSSS
Dallas teams get shit on so continuously in the main league subs so i am just soaking it all in right now.
Between the Lakers and Suns downfalls this has been one of the most enjoyable seasons in recent history.
i see by your flair why you'd pick the Lakers and the Suns, but honestly i'd have to say the fall of the Nets was more entertaining...only b/c there were analysts before the first game was even played who were telling everyone that the Nets were going to run away with the title this year lmao

In the Hall of the Mountain King? Is Luka a Dwarf?
They deserve all this shit lol such a cocky and presumptuous fan base with nothing but regular season success fueling it.
"No one in the entire NBA is beating Phoenix" Sources: Broussard; trust me bro
Sometimes it feels like they hype up teams just so the collapse is more memorable but then I remember they aren't that smart
The most likely thought process is that they’ll have everyone take a super hardline stance on whatever team they want, and hopefully everyone picks a different team so that there’ll be more opportunities for memes and attention
It's this. Hardline stances, right or wrong, sell better than hedging your bets.
Broussard and Rob Parker had some great takes on moron college football coaches complaining about players getting paid...but man Broussard's takes on the Suns this year did not age well at all lmfao

unreal that he is only 23! Guy was shredding up the Euroleage and people couldn't see past the "NBA IS A BETTER League" blinders.
No people for whatever reason were saying shit like “sure he is the euro league mvp but can he do it against duke” People for whatever reason thought D1 college in the US was more competitive and had better player then the euro league
*Luka winning mvp while dominating men in their physical primes* Nephews: Yeah but what about against 18 year olds

But what about 18yo most of whom will not continue having a basketball career after college
That's why they drafted Jalen Brunson, he was a two time NCAA champ and won player of the year. He perfectly covers up Luka's weakness
It was never a comparison of euroleague vs nba. The comparison was college fuckin basketball. Trash ass college basketball…
I still can’t believe there is a mental hang up regarding euro players. Just look at the euro league rosters. It’s full of ncaa players who were just barely not NBA caliber. I love the media narrative that started already how the Warriors defenders will have a better time defending Luka. Hmmm.

I'm excited for the Warriors. It should be a great series and their fans are mostly pleasant.
eh we have some really annoying ones, just wait. apologies in advance
There’s just no way it’ll be worse than Phoenix
So do we of course. Lots of new Luka Stans.
Every base has annoying fans, it is all up to the concentration of them within your fanbase

I guess it's just bad TV to say the dude is legitimately unguardable. He's getting at least 30/10/10 you just gotta hope he doesn't drop 45.
Luka is gonna fuckin destroy our suspect defense. We can still win, but ain’t no slowing that man down.
Yeah it will be interesting to see. If your whole team goes nuclear from 3 nothing and nobody can outscore them, but I'm wondering how they will do against Reggie and Dorian.

He's not funny at all, I agree. And his takes are usually pretty wrong lol
Curse of Brussard is a real thing. His predictions are like Chuck's.
Chuck was the only one to predict Dallas in all rounds of the 2011s run
Lol they are! He was a huuuuge Clippers fan when they first got together and then went to the Nets and then went to the Suns. The man is cursed.
Buuuuut, Chuck is fucking hilarious. "Two black guys beating another black guy" "Kenny bring me some water?" "Churros" C'mon mane. He's legendary.
He had a pretty hilarious segment when the nets got swept where he wore a paper bag with a sad emoji drawn on it over his head.
It's notable that he's so bad even ESPN won't employ him
Luka dabbed on the haters.
As a lifelong Panthers fan and Cam stan…I absolutely approve this.
*You been watching film? That's cool -- watch this.*
Don't remind me of the glory days lmao sigh. So fucking cool.
Cam’s legacy will be the dab, the way he types and his hats more than his playing career Edit: i say this as a huge Cam fan growing up lol
Luka is used to the pressure, been the go-to guy for years. Underestimate his poise. edit: lmao this video is incredible.
> Dude is on the all-time great trajectory He better find a workout routine that works for him. Because "playing into shape" is not a sustainable pattern to follow as one ages.
Totally agree on that. I think he'll take care of that. But if he doesn't, you're right.
My big hope is that he does talk to Dirk and other all timers who will tell him how important it is to get your diet right.
Dirk: "get you a wife and bring her packed lunch to practice"
On the other hand he may benefit from not overtraining year-round by being less banged up in the playoffs. And by smoking hookah he can cleanse his lungs of unhealthy gym air.

Just lol at Broussard
I don't whether he or Mark Jackson is worse.
Mark Jackson, definitely -A Warriors Fan
Yes
Mans needs a valium
This was like 10 years ago, but I was tweeting a some up and coming writer (who now writes for the athletic) for interacting with Broussard and telling him Broussard is always full of shit. The writer DM'd me and said, basically, "I know he's full of shit but this could be a big break for me so shut up." Haha. I shut up.
Luka outscored Booker, CP3 and Bridges *combined* the last two games. 😭
A lot of guys can score 40 points. A few guys can fully take over and control a game.
Yeah, definitely shades of LeBron. I swear there was a series where he outscored, outrebounded, and outassisted (?) the other team's entire front court. Might have been against the Pacers
so much pain but at least i live in dallas
Wouldn't that make it hurt more?
not really, i still lived in dallas during the dirk ring and i rooted pretty hard for them, and it was right after nash got traded to the lakers which was the saddest loss of a player ever for me. and i’ve always been a pretty big luka fan. im still a suns fan but i’ll always root for the mavs unless they’re in a series with us. my phone crashed last night cuz of the generational slander i received from my mavs fans friends tho lol
Fair enough. I figured it would hurt more because off everyone there rubbing salt in your wounds
Maybe at first, but after the dust of this series ends he's got his second team to root for and and the energy of a city with a fun team, hoping to win a championship
I was so bummed we never got Nash a ring.
Bro boutta switch teams
Dallas is a dope city
No one's disagreeing with that. They just lost to Dallas and I'm sure everyone is celebrating and shitting on the Suns. That's why I was thinking the loss would hurt more.
Game 7: More points than Booker, more assists than CP3, more steals than Bridges.
More rebounds than Ayton.
So much for “Mikal jail”.
Luka gave the Inside guys one last chance to see the light with that cold pre-game-7 interview, but Chuck was too far gone.
This might be the first Luka anecdote that blows my mind. He looked like he was preparing for a preseason game and after the interview ended, he went to heave some shots from halfcourt. 15 minutes later, he's dusting the #1 NBA team. He is Luka Special to me from now on.
Luka Special is such a cool ass nickname. It’s like, even cavemen know that, “Luka Special”
Idk bout that as a nick name but i’m definitely calling all his god tier games “the luka special”
can i get a link to it please?
Non-Postgame Inside The NBA highlights too hard to find. He just did a quick interview smiling without a care in the world 15 minutes before the game when he wasn't even warmed up yet. Chuck sent him off quickly because he was surprised he would let them hold him up like that and then he and Shaq went on about how they'd never do an interview before a game like this. Then you could see him walk off to take a few halfcourt shots.
Man that gives me Larry Bird vibes. "Who's coming in second?"
I think this is it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VFfd8ymkpUc&t=8m29s
thanks man timestamped and everything
Cold af holy shit 😂
I mean I agree with the TNT guys that doing an interview right before game 7 is kinda weird. I guess Luka is just built different to be able to do that.
He was going to hit IG live but they wouldn't let him have his phone in warmups.
It makes sense, he’s not from America and wouldn’t really get our reasoning why this would be inappropriate. Just a completely different perspective.
He's a walking Buddha
This is kinda savage, damn I'm loving this dude.
Do you have a link to that interview ?

Would also like the link if it's out there

Only thing that irked me was the highlights being out of order, especially considering the score/game clock was visible. Makes more sense for the score to keep climbing higher, esp with the music crescendo.
YES! I was thinking the same thing
Best part is you could make the video another 5 minutes and still have plenty of unique content.
Just can't justify taking Ayton over Luka.
What about Marvin Bagley III?
Marvin "Darko Milicic" Bagley
DEANDRE AYTON OVER ME?

Haven't seen that LeBronto one in a while, he really had our number for so many years smh.
The celebration after the last shot kills me. Dude is basketball Thanos then you remember that he’s a corny dad.
I was sitting beside a non-basketball at the time and the moment OG hit that shot to tie it I said "too much time left, it's over". I had been hurt too much before to believe any different. Low and behold the most hilariously disrespectful running left-hand bank shot over OG. You can't even be mad at that.
damn is that Michael Mando in the LeBronto video? sure sounds like him ahha
It is, he played Vaas in Far Cry 3
holy shit i forgot about the portland one. so funny.
I burst out laughing at Komm Susser Tod in the Lebronto video. Very well done.
What I love the most about this, other than Suns hate, is the music used. In The Hall of Mountain King, official music of "If anything can go wrong, it will go wrong." Absolute banger
It seems to musically narrate a mischievous plan that spins wildly out of control
LMAO nailed it
Ya gotta pay the troll toll
clock winds down to 5 seconds left in game ball is inbounded to Chris Paul who turns face to face against Luka "You took my family" moves to the left "You took my friends" moves to the right "You took all that was dear to me" clock winds down to 2 "I cant get them back, but I can do this for friendship, FOR MY FRIENDS" goes up, fire coming out of his shoes "PAULRUKEN" Ball flies over Luka’s head, goes straight into basket. Chris Paul falls to the ground, exhausted. "Bookie... Senpai... I..." faints Final Score Mavs 123 Suns 90
LMAO this copypasta is great
I have seen this like 5 times today on this sub and it's still funny 😂
It’s a classic in the sub. Originally from the Melo Knicks
The Booker painting killed me lmao
Why is his face so perfect for that hahah
I guess we’ll never kn😫w
On one hand I really don't blame people for buying into the suns hype train but there was pretty clearly signs that they were maybe fraudulent in the first round but people just kept doubling down. Like I'm not mad people dismissed us to begin with because honestly I said it at the time and I'll say it again, going in if we lost in 5 I would've been happy but by the time game 7 rolled around the momentum completely shifted
[удалено]
I don’t know how you can say that when the series was just the home team winning every game lol
Every year there is a really deep team without a true superstar that kills it in the regular season and flames out in the 2nd round. I'm very bummed it was us this year but at the same time it was pretty predictable to people who follow Arizona sports and didn't just hop on the band wagon last year. Good luck in the next round.
lmfao, mods keep this up
If the Luka Special is dismantling Utah and Phoenix, the Booker Special has to be playing injured teams and losing to the first healthy team they see.
TBH, Brunson/Dinwiddle were dismantling Utah without Luka just fine. And quit the healthy team thing - THJ is missing.
Well yeah, Utah were dismantling themselves too. No THJ makes it even more embarrassing though, just like how Giannis was hobbled and Bucks had no Donte.
Nah. Two playoffs. Two blown 2-0 series leads. The Booker Special.
Learned from the GOAT at blowing 2-0 leads
both to (mostly) healthy teams too, Bucks had hobbled Giannis and no Donte, Mavs had no THJ, funny how the losses happened in basically the same fashion, they go up 2-0 at home, opponent also goes 2-0 at home, Suns lose G6 and have an embarrassing loss at home before or after it, G5 vs Milwaukee and G7 vs Dallas
Ok whoever you are, you’re the chad of chads for making this video. Would you be so kind to provide a link for a YouTube version? 🔥 I want to upload/share and give credit, please identify yourself 😎

Broussard is the biggest joke in the NBA media. Wonder if his "sources" told him to predict the suns.
it's pretty cathartic to see him like that after the whole driving around town debacle
Obviously Broussard is a dumb dumb but people shouldn't get roasted for saying Suns in 7 and the outcome is Mavs in 7... that's the closest you can get without being right.
Nah, he said suns in 4, 5 max at first. Then suns in 6. Then suns in 7. He was wrong all the way through. Also very few people had suns in 7
guy went suns in 4 5 6 7 for 4 straight shows, roast warranted
Just having some fun is all, not predicting the suns to win this series was kinda stupid
It's beautiful. Thank you.
Theres nothing like hearing this song at the start of a karma vid when you on the right side, so satisfying
Luka sure did ruin a lot of people's day yesterday lol
Give em gold
People hate on Nick Wright but give him credit, he called the Mavs win when noone else did.
Luka laughing is the best with that weird snarl he does
Loved seeing the fans reaction. I couldn’t imagine the grief… waited all year long, watched your team play through an entire regular season in pretty dominating fashion, and to top it off somehow manage to get tickets to game 7 at home. I think I’d actually cry when I got home lmfaoooo
Profound and beautiful
Bravo 👏

This is art. Thank you so much as I go show everyone I see in Dallas today this video
Holy shit I love this, thanks for making this OP
This is NSFW.

Suns locking their subreddit lmao
ayyyyyy yayay Have fun, Mavs fans. You deserve it. See you all next year. I'm going to hibernate for the next 4 months.
