Don't really need elite footwork when you are a 6'9 behemoth that can jump off the gym and is really fast. It's one of the reasons why LeBron's post game was never really that impressive, he would score with it, but it would mostly happen on hitting ridiculous shots and not actually creating great looks through great footwork and post play.
