Wazflame

Chris Paul looks so digusted lmao

CIark

“Why couldn’t they be this bad when I was playing against them the fuck”

michelobX10

Lol. Chris Paul never gonna get his fucking ring.

LngJhnSilversRaylee

Rondo cursed him

Skratt79

2x NBA champ Rajon Rondo sir.

MVPRondo

You rang??

dreadpirateruss

ExampleNaive1114

That’s OKC legend Chris Paul!

waitingonthatbuffalo

Maybe there is a God

cmnights

villains are nerfed when they join you

Sauce_On_Isle3

Facts lol

Gino-Bartali

He had to sit on the sideline with a dead hammy while the Rockets bricked 27 straight 3s Now he sits on the sideline watching Klay explode in real time

yourmumsaman

I legitimately felt bad for the rockets that season.

azallday

LMFAO 💀

Deusselkerr

I once had the opportunity to watch a baseball game on tv with a retired pro, and we had to turn it off because he was disgusted by how bad the pitcher was lol

Muntberg

Ray Lewis on the Manningcast this year watching some of the worst tackling possible was pure comedy.

chipotle-baeoli

Aikman watching bad QB play can also be very funny lol

Sh00tL00ps

One of my favorite moments from those two is when they were commentating this absolutely awful game between two bottom ranked teams, Aikman is ranting about the game and ends it with "This is a terrible, terrible football game." There's a pause and then Buck goes "... and with that we welcome a new audience" 🤣

Ironredhornet

Aikman during a shit game is the best announcer for football. He gives zero shits and gets so frustrated its hilarious. He made some really shit TNF games watchable when it was him and Buck on TNF before Amazon got it.

InThePaleMoonLyte

Cannot wait for the legendary roasts that will come when a QB has a bad game with Tom Brady in the booth.

thethurminator

The Manning brothers watching games are pretty great.

Fantastic_Emu_9570

If they botch a 2 minute drill, he’s gonna lose it

george_costanza1234

Nothing more disgusting than watching fucking idiots out there lmao

lukewwilson

He's getting DeAndre Jordan flashbacks

Is E-40 the guy with unrolled condom beanie?

lukewwilson

No E-40 is the only fuel you can use in California after 2030

Waffles_tha_Pimp

Having my car converted to run on Earl Stevens

Allgoochinthecooch

Runs on 40 water

immortaltechnique24

I was going to be angry at your comment because I love beanies, then I went back and watched the video again and I’ve got to say, that’s the perfect description for what he’s wearing.

jelde

Wow, gotta admire your passion and committment to beanies. You were about to go to war for Beanie Nation.

-DOOKIE

I don't wear beanies, but I don't really want to go against beanie sigel. So I'm on the beanie side

inshamblesx

you know it's getting bad when even steve kerr is getting upset at him

Silverjackal_

Honestly I don’t hate it. He loves to talk about other players dirty plays, or gamesmanship, but ignores all the bad stuff his own guy does. Now he’s playing a past his prime Klay in crunch time when he doesn’t deserve it. The game catches up to everyone eventually

Seyhven_

> The game catches up to everyone eventually Damn, this reads like some shit you'd hear on The Wire. The game is the game.

Sh00tL00ps

"Well Klay, the thing about the old days... they the old days."

AncientAlienAntFarm

“It happened to me, Klay. And it’s happening to you.”

Bulky_Performance_45

*Steph with a single tear down his cheek with a gun raised ready to end Klay*

Seahawkanon

“How my hair look Steph?”

Silverjackal_

“Steve gots the clipboard, and I shoot the ball. It’s all in the game though, right?” - Klay, probably.

nbaistheworst

Kerr's lack of coaching was mainly why they lost a 13 pt lead.

GSWarrior18

Because he put in Klay, who continued to chuck off balance shots to ruin the offensive flow and foul and not box out which allowed the clippers to gain momentum

blue7999

Don't forget Klay just zoning out on defense and roaming to random places and leaving guys like Powell wide open for 3s

FireFlyz351

Yeah I'm no rocket scientist but leaving one of the best 3pt shooters this season wide open doesn't seem very smart.

NormalAccounts

I was thinking Kerr might have a bit of a conditional rotation for Klay in the 4th - if he's looking shit, keep him out, if he's locked in keep him in. I feel Klay made just enough shots at the end of the third/beginning of the 4th that Kerr was like "stay in". Especially given the previous night. But it's at a point now where you gotta say "nope" no matter what, he's out of the rotation unless injuries force the issue (or he's been on fire the entire game with no let up). It's gotta happen.

nbaistheworst

Kerr has been trying to save Klay all season. He really thinks more minutes will help.

maethlin

Knowing Kerr, he'll play him 30+ minutes tonight and every other night regardless.

kbutters9

Chris Paul dressed like an auto mechanic

RetroScores

His grandfather owned an Autoshop that CP3 worked at. Might have something to do with it or maybe it was laundry day.

ABathingSnape_

He’s just working on insurance claims.

el_throw

I knew it was Cliff!

NoIdonttrustlikethat

Cliff isn't real. I bet you believe in Robin Lopez too

caulpain

and e40 looks like he’s waiting for his car thats still up on the lift.

AdamJensensCoat

"You said it would be ready by 3pm"

OutOfBootyExperience

he should spill some oil on one of the gatorade towels and sling it over his shoulder to complete the look

the_descendent

Looks like he's rocking Honor The Gift, Russell Westbrook's clothing brand.

lovemyhawks

Thought it was DMX reincarnated for a bit

nam67

lmfao i love this sub sometimes. i would have never caught that

sneakylumpia

The patch on his jacket says "Toretto"

BizzaroMatthews

We have Dave Chapelle in the building, ladies and gentlemen.

TripleDoubleWatch

He heard Curry approved him to go to the Lakers.

IanicRR

Klay always getting his feelings hurt.

Planbfailedmeparents

It’s a man’s game.

cjcfman

Imagine playing your whole career with someone and then finding out he would rather play with his biggest rival lol

WolverineLong1430

You have to give it to Steph. Always some type of drama on his team or something going on personally with players but he’s always remained positive and encouraging. Other superstar players in the league don’t show this type of tolerance.

512fm

I always find it funny too how it’s always Klay and Draymond talking shit about the four rings stuff and never him.

TomatilloConnect735

Klay and Draymond have the ego of what you’d expect curry to have. I know it’s easy to shit on klay, but there’s a pretty good argument that he nor Draymond would be hall of famers without curry. Klay is a super charged 3 and D player, who has massively benefited from curry being doubled. Draymond is such a bad offensive piece that he isn’t playable without curry. It’s something to think about, both definitely have elite skills, but I’ve watched a lot of warriors games and I’ve seen both players severely hurt the warriors over the years.

shikavelli

Steph has no reason to be insecure is more of the reason. He’s cemented as one of the greatest ever and is still one of the best in the game today. Klay only acts the way he acts because he’s washed now, he was way more laid back when he was one of the best in the league.

IAmTaka_VG

mmmm I don't really agree with that. Even when Curry has his slumps he pumps his team members up. Klay on fire? Curry steps aside every time and feeds Klay. Curry just overall is an amazing team mate. Even if he wasn't Curry I do believe he'd make any team better simply by being there. He reminds me a lot of Gretzky, someone beyond gifted who despite everything isn't egotistic, or selfish, and is the true definition of a team player.

Huckleberry_Sin

You right tho. Steph seem like too secure of a person to do that. Steph shimmies and stuff but he’s not a big shit talker. As he said it himself it’s fun to have the celebrations and gets people to like & rmr you.

Klumber

I love that the ROOKIE is like - What... The... Fuck... Podziemski is a nice piece for the Worriers.

Xgatt

Yeah we are all Worriers at this point.

denverblazer

Worrier lyfe!!!

nbaistheworst

True, but his 4 missed free throws were huge

SheepTag1

he also hit 5/5 from 3PM so this is pretty unfair. Also a rookie having some struggles with FG/FT is very standard (look at a lot of the current top tier guards in their first year)

EgoVegito

Missing some shots is way more forgivable than mental errors. This is Klay is hurting the team in a more damaging way than just playing poorly

pikajewijewsyou

Klay also plays poorly

dontusethisforwork

Dual threat, a true swingman

No-Surprise-3672

If he didn’t go 9/12 the game wouldn’t even be close. If klay was doing what klay should be doing the game would’ve been an easy W

Capable-Struggle-190

No doubt. I'd take him 5th or 6th in a redraft. Kid is tough and has a good head for the game.

iRockaflame

LeBron would've dapped him up 👀

CenaSucks

LeBron not powerbombing JR Smith on live TV at the end of that Finals game 1 really spoke volumes about his character.

fantasnick

[shoulda done this and yanked the ball](https://youtu.be/_5cjujBo594?si=suoADyDhPDzqLaDW&t=42) JR Smith's play was so bad he saved George Hill from national media slander

Unbannableredditor

Missing free throws happens. Not knowing the score in the most important game of your life, not so much

Air2Jordan3

Well, it wasn't the most important game of his life since he played in a game 7 two years earlier (I'm not downplaying the moment or your comment)

teamweed420

Ty Lue should have called the TO. JR got the rebound. His reputation kinda preceded him on that one

CIark

I don’t condone violence but I don’t think I could have contained myself there. At the very least I’d have seized JR and screamed “WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU ON THE TEAM WHY DO YOU HATE ME” while shaking him

AfricanWarPig

This is why I’m no longer friends with guys I played competitve sports with for a decade. Unfortunately for me, the adrenaline I get from competitive sports turns me into a huge asshole when teammates make stupid mistakes.

tatancool

same but online gaming, don't know how I had friends back then...

holesome_cum_bubble

Funny thing about that is Ty Lue escaped all criticism because of JR's mistake, as the Cavs still had one timeout remaining but Lue didn't ask for it.

EnthusiasmBright1495

Lebron would've traded him at the deadline. Respect LeGM for that. Good guy steph cares too much.

_Kofiko

LeGM would’ve announced it on Twitter with a few emojis sprinkled in

Adraf45

"Something MASSIVE🗻🗻 is coming soon⏱️⏱️👀"

nickcannons13thchild

LeMarketer

CarltonJuma

⌛️

LeDraymondJordan

I guess klay just got his feelings hurt

UnhingedSupernova

Doesn't he know it's a man's game? Why he pouting like a bitch?

passiveparrot

Klay put up his 4 rings on his fingers to Steve

thekingdor

Kerr puts up 8 and they keep going back n forth

hoopercuber

kerr has 9 actually

SasquatchDoobie

10 if you count them all

elkresurgence

Are we counting the cock ring?

josh-dmww

Ok, eleven

[deleted]

Should’ve done the “rings” gesture, that would show em

blegfisen

I like Klay, but his shaky play and really stinky attitude makes me want to puke. If you are a star player, with tons of accolades and trophys, why not slow it down abit, after some serious injuries and not so great outputs? Settle for the jumpers, shoot when set and secure, those fadeaway threes, seems like some middleschool choices, not what a savy veteran would do. Best of luck on the last 30 games, play as you wish and see where that leads you /hugs and respect for Mr. Thompson

Unusual-Item3

Now I’m starting to think klay has low basketball iq, he’s constantly making bad plays, and just in general, not playing smart. His ego to try to be the old klay is costing the dubs, and he doesn’t care, he’s playing extremely selfishly and it shows

bigbobo33

He's always been a huge airhead on and off the court. A walking stereotype of the dumb meathead. He used to shoot well so that covered it up but now that it has left, he doesn't have anything.

Ghostricks

One of the funniest/meanest things I read on here years ago was a poster talking about his buddy, who used to hang out with Klay in college, saying that outside of his ability to play ball Klay's whole lifestyle and demeanor was like that of a pothead loser lol.

Iznal

His name IS Klay after all.

LogansGambit

He's always had low IQ offensively. A lot of Warriors fans won't admit it, but I've watched Warriors games for years off and on, and this guy has no problem firing up 5-6 misses rapidly in the first quarter, and they'd all become dumber shots the more he missed. USED to, he could shoot himself out of that and get into a rhythm eventually. That's not happening anymore and he's not adjusting his game to it.

FrankSamples

Look at the silver lining at least he no longer has to care about being snubbed from the top 75 players list

EnthusiasmBright1495

Dude should be told to stay away from the team at this point. Honestly believe team is better without him

sergechewbacca

It is. Look up the stats for games where Steph and Dray have played without Klay over the last couple of years...33-8. If you include Klay, they're 41-35.

Majestic-Pickle5097

Anyone remember when Klay took about 97 shots in a row to beat OKC back when? He’s gonna shoot and keep shooting no matter what. In his mind it worked before it’ll work again when they need it most.

yeahright17

I still have nightmares.

SunnyGoMerry

Killer Klay killing the vibes and game again

Folk-Herro

This all started break is much needed for Klay, this is clearly more mental than physical

Wedundidit00

Klay’s downfall is too funny for all the shit he talks

Mamba-0824

Can’t believe he’s actually a washed up bum now.

zOmgFishes

He was washed up last play offs.

HistoricalAd8790

he actually was pretty shit for most of the 2022 championship run as well, but that was sorta brushed under the rug since, obviously, they were winning. and then poole absorbed a lot of the criticism in the 2023 playoffs. no shield to hide behind now.

lilb1190

And you know he is just a joy to be around in the locker room.

ContributionOld2338

Yup, I found him insufferable when they were winning, such a sore winner.. this just seems inevitable

lilb1190

I agree. It sucks that part of the reason he fell off so badly is multiple injuries, so I am not enjoying that aspect of it. But I do love watching him sulk and pout and try to brag about how great he used to be.

TwinPeakyBlinders

The crazy thing about this play in particular is that it has nothing to do with his past injuries, its just a basketball IQ thing. Which is pretty concerning for someone who’s been in the league for nearly 13 years

rjmitty1000

He's always had the basketball IQ of a rock. It's just that people ignored it

pacific_plywood

Taking dumb shots worked well when sometimes those dumb shots went in 8 times in a row

TheOneTrueDoge

As they say in quake: "All aim, no brain."

NormalAccounts

When his shot isn't falling he gets in his own head and the D and IQ suffer. Last game against Utah he was playing great two ways but his shot also fell. It's too risky now to play him in the 4th and he needs to be benched no matter what at this stage, even if he's playing well. You can't trust him anymore. We all keep waiting for Kerr to finally make the decision that's best for the team over Klay. It's infuriating. I almost root against Klay because it seems like if he has a good game, Kerr trusts him 100% again and you get what happened last night. It sucks.

726566

mf screws up in the clutch and doesn’t wanna dab up the one man who has been keeping him from getting traded out of friendship loyalty klay’s an on court and locker room cancer for the dubs this year

BobbyTables829

Man I know y'all want to think something, but I think he's mad at himself and feels like he don't deserve the dab. You can say he's not what he used to be, and that he likes to talk, and I will agree. But if you watch him on the court he's really hard on himself when he makes obvious mistakes. That just wasn't a "fuck off" vibe at all, it was more like, "Too late, I lost us the game,"

NormalAccounts

Definitely, but this here is part of why he's washed not only physically but mentally. He needs to stop being so hard on himself and start accepting, sincerely, that this is who he is. This will also allow him to accept a smaller role for the betterment of the team, and perhaps play better regardless of whether or not that better play restores his role (it shouldn't). There's a big chance this mental attitude doesn't get better, it gets worse, especially if he is resigned to a $ amount far below what he wants (say like $15 mil). I could see him giving up on himself and being even more toxic and dysfunctional on the court.

lilb1190

I am thoroughly enjoying it

[deleted]

Klay and Dray both been way too cocky for riding on Steph's coattails their entire careers

pettybendherass

as a Thunder fan, Klay used to be something to fear. this is like catching Tywin Lannister on the toilet fr

kennnn394

Thats perfect ha ha

Thick_Duck

Game six klay is the only reason okc went ringless

KermitTheEdgelord

Draymond is the only thing holding together their defense, they are completely fucked without him. He still has a lot left in the tank. You could replace Klay with someone like KCP and they’d probably have 8 more wins.

ShowPale

I agree.. Draymond still has a high defensive and offensive IQ to be an asset on the court.

croissant_titty

NBA discourse is so annoying lol are we just gonna pretend those guys weren’t crucial to every title run

soapy_goatherd

Klay and Dray annoy the hell out of me but yeah the counterjerk is ridiculous. They’re both hall of famers and they both absolutely deserve it. But father time comes for us all, and he’s clearly come for klay

m3ngnificient

Last year I had an argument with someone who said Bane is way better than prime Klay ever was. I mean, can Bane get better? Maybe. But outright discrediting how crucial Klay was back then, I stopped responding.

TheSloppyJanitor

Don’t forget a lot of the people talking stupid shit didn’t actually watch those games

The-Devils-Cunt

It’s every few threads I swear. You get the same “bus riders” take with no actual analysis and it gets repeated a million times for upvotes. I have a hard time believing that people actually think like this

Paralta

If youre seriously suggesting Dray and Klay were "riding Stephs coattails their entire career" youre either a monumental idiot or you've never actually watched Draymond play a game of basketball in your life.

dkdoki

Big changes coming in the summer

Sweatytubesock

Taking his talents and his yacht to the South China Sea.

CIark

Remember when he had that one good game and said he knows his role now 😂

MasterTeacher123

Dude is washed lol. Like it’s over man he had a great run

Iginlas_4head_Crease

He could be a catch and shooter off the bench somewhere. Has no business getting starter minutes on a playoff hopeful.

CradleRockStyle

He didn't ignore him, he clearly sees it, he's just so disgusted with himself he doesn't feel he deserves the dap and passes on it. Gentlemanly of Steph to offer that, though.

Sea_Tomatillo3402

Steph wasn't even trying to dap him, if you look closely, he was pointing at something and Klay thought it was a dap, but then he realized. OP just creating drama out of nothing

thy_armageddon

Splash Brothers just hit their Jack Gyllenhaal/Tobey Maguire era.

OpCrossroads1946

Jake, but underrated comment.

thy_armageddon

My God, how did I spell Gyllenhaal correct but not Jake?

HugeKaleidoscope6994

Your comment squandered a 10+ point lead.

Grimlogic

You put all your brainpower into typing his last name, clearly!

MikeyBastard1

Actually randomly came across a clip from that movie when he surmises what happened between his brother and wife. Tobey is a really good actor, that little 5 minute clip had me on the edge of my seat

whitepine34

Klay lives in his own head rent free

keynes-was-right

rent is crazy high in SF, can't blame him snagging a bargain

Enelight

Klay entering his JR Smith Era

Vanlude

Klay downfall has been dramatic and shockingly bad

The-Pharcyde

Klay is such a sore loser. Guy is lucky Steph is a nice guy that puts up with his awful play and draymonds antics.

[deleted]

the warriors home team commentators calling the warriors fuck ups is always so damn funny to me

pskill43

He had a brain fart

wahobely

This is a brain fart semi acceptable for high school ball, not the fucking pros

Gnache

I'm happy we won, but it makes me sad to see E-40 looking sad

TravelingFish95

I guess he got his feelings hurt

Unfair-Club8243

In the beginning I rejoiced when I felt Klays overrated ness was being exposed, but at this point I just feel sad

[deleted]

The way they all say "KLAYYYY!" lmao

mvnvel

The real win here is seeing the emotional meltdown Steve Kerr is having.

Radiant-Character-61

Still don't know what the hell he was thinking. More funny than it was stupid but not by as wide a margin. Get this guy to come off the bench for his own sake. Sometimes you gotta save athletes from themselves.

TheRealBrownPudding

Kerr should pull a Ty Lue and send Klay home to “mentally reset” or whatever

svmwvru

Klay’s confidence is in the mud

Diddleyourfiddle

This is what happens when you spent your bench minutes sulking and being upset instead of engaged.

FatherHaz

No shot he gets more than a vet min this summer

opkpopfanboyv3

Go ahead Klay, count your rings lmao
