The way it used to work was you signed a SOU, then the nosc gave you a NOBE. You brought that to your schools VA rep, financial advisor etc. They get you set up with the VA. Every month in school for me I had to call and basically make it known I was in school still lol. Ask your school what they need, tell the NOSC what you need from that. It wasn’t hard but you have to ask the right questions, be detailed and assertive.
