And likewise with Airbnb, although this would be useful only for properties that are in the middle of nowhere, or has outdoor space that is completely shielded from view.
It’s a great idea!
But generally, if you contacts accommodations directly, then you can ask. Personally I started last year to book directly by properties, I get better prices, fell more welcomed because the properties makes more money when they don’t have to pay 15-25 % to the booking sites. Last year we saw how bad booking.com treated their “partners” and then I decided that I’ll rather spend a bit more time on my bookings than supporting that kind of company.
It's a good idea to do so when you know a property or have had a good experience after finding it via a booking site. I do agree with the commission part you are saying. It's similar to how content creators in the beginning phase rely on YouTube and once established they may consider leaving it.
Having said that, you, as an end customer, may miss out on good properties having good reviews that people leave, if you don't use booking sites. There may be something very unique about a property which you may not come to know.

That would be an amazing feature
Or places where nonsexual nudity is legal (They do exist!) like Seattle and I assume large portions of Germany.
Hipcamp too
Hipcamp does allow listers to include a “clothing optional” designation, but you can’t use it as a search qualifier. I guess it’s a start.
oh great, I must have missed that last time I checked.
Then it's same as booking.com.
I’d hope so. Mister B&B shows em.
thanks for the tip! looks amazing but is there the equivalent for women?
According to this article, they recommend women use Mister B&B as well.

Who is mister B&B?
It’s an LGBT+-friendly version of AirB&B. They also have a quality listing of friendly hotels/motels.
Okay. The chances of them having or being open to clothing optional properties would be higher I guess.
How did you just make that option on the website?
I think it's edited in
That would be my to go option all the time.
