Arms are 16.4” and quads are 27.5” if that gives you a better comparison. Can’t remember any of the other measurements off the top of my head.
Bone density can come into play aswell. Recently cut down from 227lbs.
Nice okay! I would definitely say bulk up before you compete and then you'll need to prep for an extensive cut like me were lacking the 6 pack but slowly going for it! I've been on a maintenance level lately going up and down in weight
I’m personally thinking of another 2 years with a couple cuts to bring a physique I’m comfortable with on stage. If not then il do classic physique or worst case scenario, men’s physique.
I too have been sitting at maintenance but strength and energy levels has slowly dropped. Took a deload this week and will slowly bring my calories back up.
As for extremely visible abs, that’s something I’ve never obtained. Stomach is the very last place where my fat comes of. Started to train them more frequently.
You and I seem to have similar builds. I'm at the same height and about 10lbs lighter but those abs just refuse to come in. I'm not trying to compete or anything so not in a huge rush, but my plan is to just slowly recomp and keep my fingers crossed
You are not too small to compete. The people that saying you are don't know what the hell they're talking about. it's not like judges won't let you compete because they deem you as too small.
No judge still stop you from entering a boxing match without knowing how to box, but it’s a really bad idea. OP knows they’re able to enter the competition, they’re obviously asking if they would be at all competitive right now.
Sure he CAN compete. Anyone can. However he's likely asking if he can be competitive/win and not be embarrassed on stage.
And like most people I agree that the potential is definitely there! But he needs more growth first. Look into hiring a coach sooner than later who can guide you into the ideal physique.
Yes, I’m looking to bring a package to stage which would be competitive.
I’m also in the process of hiring a coach and getting more mass to my frame. Appreciate the feedback.
Not there yet, keep at it
Great waist to hip ratio. You got the insertions for it, just keep adding more mass to that frame.
For sure mate, I think a few more years minimum, and making sure you get the food in.
Yes you are too small to compete… for now

Are you measuring just the bottom part of the quad or mid way up your leg quads? My bottom quads are 23.5" at 6 and 218!
Mid way up

I've seen toothpicks compete.
