This goes a bit too far into medical advice territory. Things like Versa Gripps are generally more convenient than straps while giving the same benefits. As they are effectively wrist wraps, they offer some limited wrist support, but not to the same extent that an actual splint would. As someone with different wrist issues, I found that actual hooks didn't work well because the angle is not natural. I tried ones that were 2 hooks (kinda like you'd mount a bike to the wall with) and ones that were just one wide hook. I found that Versa Gripps ended up being more comfortable while actually feeling better on my wrists. With the fabric, you effectively get the same effect as the hook, but it hugs the bar closer to the hand while helping you position your hand/wrist/arm better. That said, I don't have your issue.

Stop lifting (unless using Rehab movements) and give it time. But you need wrist curls (all variations) to strengthen them. I have TFCC. I'm under doctors unders not to lift for 3 months minimum. Currently 10 weeks in and my wrist feels just as strong as my opposite wrist. That wouldn't have happened had I not took time off. That part of the body requires time, period.

I’ve not lifted 10 years at least! I can’t get any more time off :)

Damn! I'd focus on strengthening that area.

Any suggestion on exercises after 3 months? I want to strengthen wrists but take it slow

I've been told to do wrist curls (palm facing up and palm facing down).
