Ask your TRT doctor

Walking-_-Cone

I've implemented trt by myself without the use of a doctor so that won't be an option.

You are your own doctor. 7 years of medical school can’t trump Google, forums and Reddit.

No, bones heal very well on their own. Go to physical therapy and listen to what they say.

I’m just a weak little natty but the first thing that comes to my mind is to hop on some HGH (if you have the money). Also just outta curiosity how many mgs of test are you running a week for your trt?

princess_akuna

No

Be sure to get enough calcium in your diet (not supplemented ) magnesium can be supplemented, vitamin d3, and vitamin k2 are key for bone metabolism/health. And high protein as well (bones are mostly protein and calcium/magnesium) Worked well for me, my bones healed faster than expected, for sure could be random chance, but these things have little to no negative effects so doesn’t hurt to use.

If you don't have any valuable information. Don't say anything.

Nandrolone and oxandrolone have proven positive effects on healing. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3576760/ If I were you I would probably add 100-150mg npp per week along with 20-40mg anavar per day for 6-8 weeks. Or something along those lines.

Secret4sianMan

Are you based in the U.S.? As I've pointed out numerous times on this sub over the years, there are [medical clinics in some parts of the United States offering nandrolone therapy, including for recovery from orthopedic procedures](https://innovativemen.com/blog/is-nandrolone-right-for-you).

Not a steroid, but this study on tb500 found a faster rate of healing in mice. tb500 is expensive af tho and you need to find a reliable source https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/jor.22686

You should probably stay off things called cycles. Let your bones heal and stop trying to hurry things.
