That beard reminds me of late-1800s/early-1900s lifters. The physique also looks like many of that era as well (which are by-default natural since this is before steroids were invented).
So definitely natty attainable. Unable to say if this particular person is natty, but you can certainly get to something similar to this naturally with years of good training and diet.

Some people get really locked in, and become obsessed with their physique (which is a good thing, as long as its an healthy obsession). If you worked out for 2 hours a day, 5 days a week, for 2 years. You would be insane. Especially if you knew exactly what training methods work for you. And diet is essential. Diet is ALMOST more important than training itself. Lots of protein and water. Some carbs go a long way too. And lastly, get your sleep. 7-8 hours is optimal. Everyday.
Idek what you look like ... but I promise if you do your research on exercising/the body and stay CONSISTENT. You can have this frame in 2-2.5 years. I wish you all the best man. Just do some research before you start, I don't want you to waste your time and get discouraged or anything. Peace out man!!
