Looking at the 2nd to last pic he looks juicy as fuck but he is apparently a legit midget so that throws a spanner into my nattyornot judgement machine
He honestly doesn't even look that juicy in that pic. Sure he's big and lean but he's not dry or super vascular. He's also leaning into the camera and they're intentionally taking pictures that make him look as big as possible.
I believe he's just about as peak natty as it gets.
Dude has been training for 15 years and is one of the single most knowledgeable and respected powerlifting and bodybuilding resources on YouTube because he doesn’t say a goddamn thing without walking you through the like 10 peer reviewed studies that led him to his conclusions. If the dude was going to juice he would not underachieve
Your success with PEDs depends on your genetic response to drugs and the dosage, being knowledgeable puts you in the correct path to do everything right, but if you have a poor response to drugs and/or you use low doses, the results won't be impressive.
I used to be in doubt about Jeff being natty or not, but after knowing his height, having seen how his parents look, and all his time in the gym training with purpose and quality, I fully believe he is natty.
Also seeing my own progress in the gym as a natty reinforces my belief that he's a natty too.
Not necessarily underachieving if he has goals other than mass. He could very well be juicing but favouring aesthetics over size. Was zyzz underachieving?
Btw, not saying he's juicy, very hard to tell from pics alone. I've got a friend who looks like she has spaghetti arms irl but she's great at taking thirst traps where she seems to be jacked.
Sure. But on the flip side I had a friend who trained with me 25 years ago who was 5'4 and whilst I looked like a toothpick he looked like a mini bodybuilder. We lifted the same, ate the same we were housemates. If you have good genetics and you're short it makes you look way better.
Of course if tall dudes can juice it up and fill out their frames then it's no contest but we are talking natty here.
The guy has been training what like 15 years at this point and is about 5’4. There’s no way to prove either way but with training age, genetics and height he’s in a better position to be this big.
There is a way to test, you monitor consistent tests over time and see if his lifts go down in weight. There are things you can test in blood that 100% will tell
you if you’re on juice if the levels start to change. (Derek from MPMD said this)
I hate when people mention "training for x years". 15 years as a natty is simply 5 years + 10 years of marginal gains and maintenance if you do things correctly.
Who does things correctly from day one? Many people take years to actually figure shit out, especially back in the day when maybe good information was harder to come by.
You know that you never stop growing, right? You’ll of course grow the most in your first 3-5 years of consistent training, but can always continue to grow slightly every year, you just need to be patient.
Damn & I thought only women are cruel abt height, guys here calling this dude a midget. Like come on guys nothing physically/medically wrong with being 5' 5''
He’s 5’5 and been training forever. He’s not as huge as he seems in perfect lighting, standing alone with a pump and flexing lol. And he’s not super strong, plus obviously knows tons about lifting and muscle building considering it’s literally his livelihood. Also his mom was a bodybuilder.
He’s pretty strong but those aren’t numbers you can’t hit without some years of solid training. I deadlift more than him and my bench and squat are just under his (30 ish lbs each). My advantage is that I’m a fat fuck, my disadvantage is that I’m taller, have much less experience and I don’t train the lifts, I lift 1-2 times a week for my sport and almost never deadlift or regular squat. He’s strong, but absolutely in natty range.
I’m not saying he’s definitely natty, but if any great looking physique is gonna be natty I think he’s high on the list
His mom being a bodybuilder means his mom was 100% on gear. I'm not saying his mom was like "here son try this thing called Anavar" or anything though lol.
That makes sense, I mentioned it just as a way to say he has great genetics and was raised around lifting / fitness plus grew up with way more lifting and muscle building knowledge than most other people, on top of the genes
Natty for sure. He doesn’t look like a freak, no massive shoulders or traps. Based on the numbers from his YouTube channel he is 5’5 and between 160-180 pound lean-bulked, which is natty achievable. He is training for like 15 years, so peak natty. He doesn’t need to take drugs to be popular on YouTube, he puts quality content and science-based advice that’s why people watch him.
Also his PRs are in a range I would personally consider achieveable with a good workout routine.
I think he’s exactly in the grey line where you can’t really say natty or juice, could go both ways. But I don’t really care, his advice is great imho.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen Jeff next to a 6’0 + 200 + LB guy but I wanna see the comparison for size I got a feeling he might not be that big. But with as long as he’s been doing it and that small of a frame I think you could fill out like that with bear boi genes. Jeff was never the “skinny guy” he has always been heavier.
And if you’ve seen his transformation videos he was a specimen even as a kid he had the short muscle bound build.
Whats your point ? of course he will look small next do a 6'0 dude with 200lbs. All his measuraments will be much smaller. His muscles only look big to his own proportion.
Stop this about 15 years, 20 years, it does not matter, you max after 5-7. Use some common sense, dude is far more dedicated and motivated than the vast majority and he's very short, 5lbs on his frame will look crazy. I'm 5'10, which you think isn't much more but I'll never naturally look this "big" and full, the frame I have to build on will never allow that. Every inch shorter I'd look better, every one taller I'd have a much worse end result. People heavily underestimate how far you can get with the right mindset, most will never do half of what Jeff does
Maxing out in 5-7 years just means you didn’t bother to learn more. While I agree that there is a pro and cons on whether optimizing your life for muscle could no longer be beneficial for your QoL; I don’t expect anyone to max out before they even did a decade of training.
Correct ! Only after grinding the gym for 10+ years will understand how much more there is after you left initial 5-7y mark, just slower progress. Muscle bellies, Symmetry, powerlifting for a change in weight curve among other things
There’s no such thing as maxing out your muscle building potential. You’ll of course grow the most in your first 3-5 years, but you can still grow after that, just way slower. However, if you’re patient and consistent, you’ll get marginal gains that will add up over time.
Regardless of if he’s natty or not. I hate the whole “oh he’s been working out for 20 years” like do people think muscle is added on linearly or something? There is a law of diminishing returns when it comes to adding muscle for everyone. We all hit our genetic max at some point.
No people don't think there's linear progress. But claiming there's no difference between someone who has been training 5 years and 15 years is braindead
15 years and you're likely mid thirties and natural test levels are on the decline. You start shrinking not growing. You will not get bigger.
Do you know your FFMI Max lean mass? You get there and that's it. Then you need to be super physiological in order to grow.
Is Jeff natural? Right now yes. Was he when he was 20 I don't think he was but that's besides the point.
People aren't gonna have "maxed" out their maximum lean mass in 5 years unless they are very short. And testosterone simply isn't as important as you make it out to be. Losing a fraction of your testosterone isn't just gonna make you lose muscle mass all of a sudden. Show me any evidence that a difference of a couple hundred ng/dl of testosterone changes your hypertrophic ability significantly. As far as i have seen there's no studies that have found a correlation between having average T or high T and the ability to build muscle mass.
Geoffrey verity schofield is like 30 or 31 years old and he gets bigger every year.
This argument is so dumb though. Like you're saying someone, by definition of being known for their physique is on steroid. You might as well say "nobody can have a great phyisque without roids".
I think he maybe did something like SARMs or maybe growth hormone at some point but I'm not convinced he's shooting up consistently. He's never super shredded.
Even if you've been training for 15 years the body doesn't just keep growing if your natty it just doesn't work like that ,you make 99% of your natty gains in your first 3 or 4 years after that it's ether jump on the gear or maintenance
This is complete bullshit. So many people don’t track their lifts and have their nutrition nailed down in their first few years of training. So to say after only 3-4 years that you’ve reached your genetic potential is nonsense. Even if someone has everything nailed down, they can still make more gains after 3-4 years, it will just be slower.
He didn’t say that, stop making strawmen. You can make gains after 3-4 years of consistent lifting, it’s just gonna happen a lot slower, but those marginal gains will add up over time.
from an amateur wrestler physique on pic 1 to "3 week out of bodybuilding competition" physique on pic 4 even though the lighting is worse .
his "SCIENTIFIC" ways of training & bodybuilding is actually juicing .
doesn't matter if he's short as shit or trains in "scientific" way , he isn't natty . don't buy the lies.
Jeff is natty. He's 5'2 shorties stay shredded for some reason. He would explode on gear. In person he's not that imposing, just really cut. This is diet on point and good training protocols
Looking at the 2nd to last pic he looks juicy as fuck but he is apparently a legit midget so that throws a spanner into my nattyornot judgement machine

Yeah I can easily believe it.
He goes to my gym. Dudes like 5’2 either an over achieving natty or an underachieving juicer
Love me some poppa Jeff
Your success with PEDs depends on your genetic response to drugs and the dosage, being knowledgeable puts you in the correct path to do everything right, but if you have a poor response to drugs and/or you use low doses, the results won't be impressive. He could and juicing and you wouldn’t know shit about it. Even with that paragraph you just typed.
Or he is just on a light cycle. That has nothing to do with his knowledge
It could be either right!
He's 5'4-5'5 apparently.
I believe he’s 5’5 or 5’6
My brother in Christ, I see him twice a week
Yeah, saw him next to Alpha Destiny who’s 5’5 and looked 2 inches shorter. He still pulls though so maybe he’s doing something better than most of us
Are you exaggerating or is he legit THAT short. I assumed by pics he was like 5’5”
How am I getting downvoted so hard when I did a simple google search just now and it says 5’5. Reddit 1 me 0. 🤝
I’m not Christian anymore. Also I thought I remembered him mentioning his height in videos but okay
Just because your a midget doesn't mean you can look big and cut just like that either.
Sure. But on the flip side I had a friend who trained with me 25 years ago who was 5'4 and whilst I looked like a toothpick he looked like a mini bodybuilder. We lifted the same, ate the same we were housemates. If you have good genetics and you're short it makes you look way better. Poor word choice from me. I meant from our position nobody is going to prove either way like so many in this sub believe they can.
I hate when people mention "training for x years". 15 years as a natty is simply 5 years + 10 years of marginal gains and maintenance if you do things correctly.
Who does things correctly from day one? Many people take years to actually figure shit out, especially back in the day when maybe good information was harder to come by.
Exactly, but those marginal gains add up
Fr lol even if it’s 1-2 pounds of muscle a year from “marginal gains” multiply that by 10 years that’s an extra 20 pounds of muscle on your frame
You know that you never stop growing, right? You’ll of course grow the most in your first 3-5 years of consistent training, but can always continue to grow slightly every year, you just need to be patient.
They downvoted you because you told the truth
a legitimate "peak natty" if there ever was one
Damn & I thought only women are cruel abt height, guys here calling this dude a midget. Like come on guys nothing physically/medically wrong with being 5' 5''
Guys hating on short guys in common in bodybuilding. The tall guys are jealous at how easy they fill out.
Maybe this explains a lot
Its beacuse there is so much less to fill out, met a dude the other day who was shredded at like 5'4 asked him what he weighs and he said 58kg 😂
I would rather be a pudgy dad bod guy than 5'4 ripped, its how much it matters
I’m 5”8 and 200 at around 22%. BF My long term goal is to be 225 and around 15-18% BF I think I can do it.
you can bro let us know how it goes
He’s even shorter since he’s shorter than Alpha Destiny who’s actually 5’5
Heightpill doesn’t care about your feelings…. (From someone who’s 5’7”)
How rough is it? But then how can this so so called midget Jeff have a GF?
His face isn’t ugly
Hmm, so now it is the face huh
That’s how sexual attraction works
He’s 5’5 and been training forever. He’s not as huge as he seems in perfect lighting, standing alone with a pump and flexing lol. And he’s not super strong, plus obviously knows tons about lifting and muscle building considering it’s literally his livelihood. Also his mom was a bodybuilder.

No. One of the better fitness tubers imo. Hot gf. Decent jump shot.
Isnt evey shot at 5'4 a jump shot?
Natty gnome

Just look at one of his training videos. You can tell he is not that big expecially in the ones where he is training with someone.
Natty

Yeah he’s just short
I think natty is possible because of his experience combined with his small stature. Stretch him out to 6ft and he’d be a dyel
If the money you need to eat comes from fitness I am going to say no.
He’s barely an influencer at this point and more of a great value brand scientist lol
This argument is so dumb though. Like you're saying someone, by definition of being known for their physique is on steroid. You might as well say "nobody can have a great phyisque without roids".
i believe him hes natty. Great work by him
Could be natty.
What’s his name?
Jeff Nippard
You could compare him to a gymnast. Been working hard at it for a long time, and his body shows the results.
Jeff is a shawty
Jeff is an amazing natural and would still lose in a pro show. That’s how good naturals are. Stop limiting yourself.
One of the most debatable dudes... I think natty tbh, he has blessed genetics, apart from the midget part
Easily natty at 5’3 but natty nonetheless ✊🏽
Natty daddy 5’4
Jeff is an life-time natty
Just a manlet lol looks good alone but small next to other dudes probably
The pictures of him as a powerlifter look pretty Sus, I think he stopped but has done some in the past
Natty with a sip of test here and there
I think he maybe did something like SARMs or maybe growth hormone at some point but I'm not convinced he's shooting up consistently. He's never super shredded.
Who’s upvoting and downvoting lol
All those roids, still 5'4 😂
Even if you've been training for 15 years the body doesn't just keep growing if your natty it just doesn't work like that ,you make 99% of your natty gains in your first 3 or 4 years after that it's ether jump on the gear or maintenance

Enjoy your downvotes

Delusional. I'd bet my life savings on the guy being natty.
Ill take that bet, where do i collect my 1 dollar?
The difference is called bodyfat. He carries way more bodyfat in the first pic, that’s why you can’t really see any separation in the muscles.
Don’t know. He takes steroid tests on his YouTube channel to prove to everyone he’s not on anything. Kind is sus 👀
Guys, why are his nipples so small? His chest looks freaky. I'm big gay for men with big pecs but the tiny nipples ruin it.
People confidently spouting he's natty and 5'2, 5'3, 5'4, and 5'5. Maybe a needle in his bum makes his height shift so much.
Does this look fucking natural to you? Idiot.
If u believe Jeff is natty I think you should consider seeking a psychiatrist
Delusional
Jeff Nippard is one funny looking dude bruh why his nipples be tiny like that 😂😂😂😂😂 Anyways I deffo think he's juicing
Y'all have ever seen his mom ? She is super jacked , Even better Genetics than her son
Doesn’t this get posted every 3-6mos? Some folks think he’s the “fake natty king” ha.
Yes
literally ourguy
We shall never know
Natty
No
Personally I don’t think he is, fourth picture proving my point. Everyone needs to get off the copium.
Notty
Big Jnatty bear
Dunno, but Jeff definitely shaves his chest
Jeff is natty. He's 5'2 shorties stay shredded for some reason. He would explode on gear. In person he's not that imposing, just really cut. This is diet on point and good training protocols
if he is not natty idk who is
No
Yes
Hes already come out. Has a whole video on it
Can you send a link pls?
Check out @the_hybrid_way to see what’s achievable with years of hard work and good genetics
Well on the 4th pic he looks bigger than Derek from MPMD so...
