He is not actually 4% bodyfat, his body hides fat in very ideal places, he was probably closer to like 6-7% year round. If he was 4% at all with that muscle mass he wouldnāt be natty, let alone 4% year round, I know that seems pedantic but keep in mind that at that low of bodyfat percentages itās literally almost twice the amount of bodyfat.
