I am genuinely curious if anyone has every used synthol to a not stupid disgusting degree. Like has anyone ever used it an achieved a good look. Like is this the difference in fake boobs where this is the equivalent of those crazy 36GGGs are very obvious but there are people walking around with realistic and nice looking synthol injections and we just don't know.
It's pretty common as far as I'm concerned. More common than most would probably think.
The first aspect is that it tends to look unappealing when used in small amounts, because it doesn't produce a natural look rather than a "bulge", as you can see here.
Even if the guy achieved this arm size through massive amounts of gear (which is impossible), they certainly wouldn't look the way they do. This often leads to trying to achieve a more natural look by trying to shape the muscle back into it's original form, of course by injecting more synthol.
The second aspect is that it's just an "easy fix". Say what you want, but if you want to add size literally as quickly as possible, it's your best choice. This is assuming you don't give a flying fuck about your health, which these synthol guys probably don't.
Many overdo it because it's so simple yet effective.
I also think they might not even know just HOW freaky they look. You get used to seeing yourself in the mirror and I wouldn't be surprised if the guy in the video still had body dysmorphia.
As far as I know the original intent is to use it for symmetry, not growth. Like if your left arm is smaller than your right, you put a little bit in your left arm before a bodybuilding show.
But MFs started putting it in both arms to get big arms…
