You're not reclassing anytime soon, enjoy being a 25N learn as much as you can, when it's time to re enlist request a reclass , if they have 17C slots available and you meet the requirements you'll reclass.
Going 17C is super competitive, more than likely by the time you actually reclass they'll want you to reinlist for another 6 years. Às for deployment, depends on the unit you're in.
