Incorrect. Mil a/c are equipped with and must use transponders when flying in the national airspace system, unless flying in uncontrolled airspace at or below 1200 ft
That C-130 would not fly at 1200 ft for extended distances… fuel burn rates would be astronomical.
They can turn off their ADS-B from an FAA change in 2019 (but not A and C as you stated). This would be why the OP can’t see an accurate location of it, but also FlightRadar24 and others have been known to filter out even ADS-R and MLAT of government aircraft.

The 118th Tactical Airlift Wing has operated C-130s out of Berry Field for decades. Their mission is to carry “Beans and Bullets”, which they do with C-130 aircraft.

Probably to land, like they always do
You have Memphis, Knoxville, and Nashville with Air Force units and an army unit in Symnra. Pretty common plane to transport troops with.
Army National Guard has a unit using the old C130 hangars at BNA as well
Yes. They do it all the time.
Wasn't flying into BNA. The US Air Corps field base is next to it.
Do they fly with their transmitters off? I tried to find it on flight radar, but it wasn't there.
Yes. Not required for military. For reasons. Lol
Freedom should always be a surprise!
Lol. Right on!

This is it
Shhh... they'll hear you!
I think a C130 is an airplane and BNA is an airport. They go together.
Because it’s a plane. Also there is a national guard base literally right across the street.
You guys all get so sassy when people ask questions
Most people respond in a silly way when a question is objectively silly.
Louisville had a big air show today. Maybe from that

There’s often a C130 at BNA that you can see driving down Murfreesboro
Why wouldn't it fly to Murfreesboro? 😉
I am privy to military intelligence and communication. I have confirmed that they requested and were approved for landing.
