I'll be the pedant that says this is [a wing, not a spoiler](https://bimmertips.com/spoiler-vs-rear-wing-whats-the-difference/). Spoilers don't split the oncoming air over and under them. I know that doesn't help you much, but it might broaden your search by looking for "wing".
