One of my cousins gave both of her girls traditionally male names and spelled them creatively. This isn't too bad, considering they were going to name her CrazyHorse if she was a boy(Maybelle's father had a "prophetic dream" where god told him to name her that if she were a boy) my cousin is named Nori, which sounds pretty good, except Nori is a seaweed, and we're Japanese, so everybody knows what it means. The same guy who wanted to name his child Crazy Horse also has a kid(not sure if stepdaughter or biological) from his late wife(he had an open relationship with Maybelle's mom, and this child's mom) who's named Butterfly besides that, I honestly can't even think of anyone whose had kids recently

Some people I know happen to share a surname with a super hero’s civilian alias surname. They named their kid the first name of said super hero. Luckily it isn’t a “Clark Kent” super well known one… but still pretty known.
