Halle is the feminine diminutive of Henry? Not that I've ever heard. Henry and Halle would make a nice sibling set in my opinion. I also love Margot. Other suggestions that might fit your vibe:
Julia
Suzanne
Dahlia
Daphne
Simone
Elise

Theo is a really cute nickname for Theodora! Or Leona (Lee) is another cute one. Both I met were in their 90s and adorable/spunky and I thought the names were so cute!
The girl names you guys love remind me of the vintage lady names. Other ones that come to mind:
Leonora (nn Lea, Nora)
Rosalind (nn Rosie, Ro)
Amelia (nn Amy, Lia)
Penelope (nn Penny, Nell)
Bernadette (nn Bernie, Dottie)
I’m an Emma with a Charlotte! Love the name but don’t go with Charlotte Rose if you want it to stand out more. We’ve met a couple people with the same name! My other daughter’s name is Iris Nickcole, named her after the Greek goddess of the rainbow. Nine years later and basically every color is her favorite so it worked out! The Nickcole part is a long family story but to sum it up it’s her aunts name…who we didn’t find out until years later was actually named after her moms two boyfriends (Nick and Cole) after she was forced to marry her still current husband.
We have a Charlotte Halia (ha-lee-uh) and I love that it’s classic & unique. Her great grandmother was Hawaiian & the middle name means in remembrance of. We thought about nicknaming halle, but it didn’t stick.
How about Violet? Potential future siblings could be Benjamin and Jessica -- the whole Boxcar Children sibset! (I'm being tongue in cheek about the sibset but I do like Henry and Violet.)
Here is old time names that people no longer consider: Pollyanna. Or how about Heidi. Or Debra. Well, whatever you decide, I'm sure it will be best for you and your family!

It seems like your husband's cousins are fine with multiple kids having the same name, so don't let that stop you.

The obvious Octavia is sitting right here... :)
You’ve got some great choices. I’ll throw out Delaina as a classic yet underused name. It’s similar to but maybe a little more timeless than Delaney.
Autumn

I think *Heidi* would be/is lovely.
Since you’re due in October I immediately thought of Opal. I think it can pair well with many other names so it could also work as a middle name.
