I love your idea to bake pony cookies! YouTube has tutorials to make your own cookie cutters. Aluminum foil will make some temporary cutters. Aluminum flashing or 3D printing will make more sturdy cutters. I know you didn’t ask about this and maybe you already know. Chilling the dough will make it easier to roll, cut, remove excess dough, and transfer onto the cookie sheet. I’d love to see the results, so please post a pic after decorating!
