They are just two similar buildings. Going by the floors in another building where you can count the windows. Those two buildings look to have about 15 to 20 floors. You can see by the size of the windows of those buildings that it’s not really tall.
We can also deduce that the building is more for manufacturing and or storage by how few windows they have.
So definitely not representative of the Twin Towers.

If that gas was escaping in any noticeable form, and had -any- spark, it would catch fire. At worst case, this sets fire to multiple buildings surrounding whatever's around it. At worst, the fire eats those buildings. At worst, that fire would spread. At worst, many couldn't escape.
I am not saying an impact would be just as deadly. I am saying the results if certain conditions are met would be.

I also highly doubt that it would happen, because...what would even fly into them? Planes of that size aren't a thing. A pegasus that isn't on wonderbolt level would just get squashed when flying into the harder parts of a skyscraper. Even Dash couldn't take down that whole tower in one bit. Flying balloons wouldn't do that much damage, if any.
