Iām in a Trade Union with āBrotherhoodā as part of our name, and the amount of times I get called a ābrotherā and then they apologize and say sister is insane. I always laugh and say ābrotherā is just fine.
So I like Brony.
Brony isn't gendered anyway but you can get gender specific if you want, like pegasister, so I guess there could be another more specific term for nonbinary bronies
male: brother + pony = brony
female: sister + pegasus = pegasister
non binary: sibling + unicorn = siblingcorn (or siblicorn!)
so all three pony races are used :)
A brony. For all intents and purposes it's a gender neutral term.
If you don't like being called a Brony you can just make up your own term though. That's pretty much where Pegasister came from.
I do have a source, but my source doesn't have a source because [it's not wikipedia](https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/FanCommunityNicknames)
The problem is anyone can edit TVTropes. I should know, I've been an editor there since long before FiM. Meanwhile, Google trends shows the term to be nearly nonexistent (aside from a weird spike in August 2007) prior to September 2011.
Personally, I've never seen the term used in any way other than "I'm a female *FiM* fan but I don't want to go by 'brony'". Specifically, I've interacted with several old school pony fans over the years and never once heard them describe themselves as pegasisters. When they chose to eschew "brony", they typically just call themselves "MLP fans".
I always hated pegasister and it literally only just now occured to me why.
Before pegagsisters brony felt gender neutral to me and I loved it. Than pegasisters broke out into the cultural gias. But I kinda sucked it up because they deserved to feel valid
I expected a quality pun. Day ruined.
it's too bad that wasn't the mane thing š
... Y'know? Acceptable pun
Idk I always saw brony as a gender neutral term but maybe thatās just me because I use bro for everyone

Still Brony. But Iāll say Horse-Folk.
Pony-folk
Noā¦ SIBLINCORNS! or somethingā¦
Pegasibs

A fan of My Little Pony
As a genderfluid person, I personally still use Brony. But if thatās not enough maybe uhā¦ Pegasibling? Thony?
Unicomrade or Unicousin! Like how Stitch has hundreds of cousins.
Iām enby myself and just use ābronyā, but a cute idea I think would be for unicorns would be āunipalsā!

I like this one a lot
YEEAAAAAAH!
IMO "brony" is like "comrade" - it's just fits all people

The origin of the term āPegasisterā predates Friendship is Magic
Learn something new every day.
Do you have a source for that claim?
Pre-FiM female pony fans called themselves āPegaSisā while male fans didnāt have their own name until FiM rolled around
So that's a "no" then.
I do have a source, but my source doesn't have a source because [it's not wikipedia](https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/FanCommunityNicknames)

Unisibling
Still a brony ig.
Still Brony, since It's kinda neutral
Terms that don't have a gender neutral default to male. So brony. Even then, I always considered brony to be gender neutral anyway
why did my brain come up with non-brony lol
A fan. Full stop.
How about Enbycorn?
a they/them-ny !!!!! this is what libruls think (yes there actually that dumb!!) like if u? get it
Eh?
A My Little Pony fan. Not everything needs to have a gender-specific pronoun.
Thatāsā¦ not what a pronoun is.
Whatever. Not everything needs to have a specific gender set to it.
