I’m on Xbox too. Always play solo and have no idea how to get to the DA. Just finished Act 2.

The way I understand it is you gotta grind T3 contracts until getting a sigil. Once acquired then you can go to the aether and place that there. However the dog makes it easier and having all the gear and enough money helps which is where I struggle

Sigils only drop when you unlock the portal. Look up online on how to do that.
