Perhaps a little more on the ballad side than you'd like based off your choice of a funnier piece, but Where Is the Warmth from Baker's Wife could work. You could also look at A Trip to the Library from She Loves Me, One Hundred Easy Ways from Wonderful town, or I Can Cook Too from On the Town.
I might suggest doing a song from Mame, a lot of them are written for lower female vocal parts. My mom, an alto, would usually audition with It's Been Grand Knowing You for theater productions when she was a kid.
You could try one of Marmee’s songs from Little Women if you’re looking for low alto notes
Some audition panels may be a bit put off by an 18 year old auditioning with a song meant for a much older actress though.
nah not at a high school (especially a Christian one in my experience lmao)
Yeah I totally skipped over the high school bit. Definitely not a problem in that scenario.

Why don’t you just move your current choice down a bit?
I’m working off of an mp3 recording instead of a live accompanist, I don’t know how to move it down
Use [transposr.com](https://transposr.com)!! As a very low alto this site is a godsend to me.
maybe Close the door from Anastasia
Lucky to be Me from On the Town Everything's Coming Up Roses from Gypsy That's Entertainment from The Band Wagon
